The coffee was great! We got bagels with cream cheese and just enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere.

Always a friendly face to greet you and everything you need. They also have delicious food and good selection of drinks.

Average bagel place. Salads in the display case didn't look fresh. They had nice big pastries wrapped in plastic which looked fresh. They write your order on a piece of paper to make sure they get it right. Seems to be a local neighborhood place. We just happened to be nearby and needed a place for breakfast. Two. Stars because the lady behind the counter was very kind. However, one thing that will absolutely turn my stomach is when I see the person whom is making my food wearing the same gloves for everything. She was at the register when I first walked in giving another customer their change back. She then starts to work on my food order with the same gloves she just touched money with and the same gloves I just saw her crack eggs with. I used to work in the deli business I know how to work with food in a sanitary Way. This is absolutely disgusting. I don't know if they can't afford to buy gloves but I won't be going back read more

On my way back home to Florida, I stopped by to pick up some bagels to bring back. I called ahead to ask if they could hold 6 everything bagels for me and the gentleman on the phone was very helpful and accommodating. When I arrived, I was welcomed and my bagels were in a bag for me. I explained how I wanted to bring them home and asked to get a full dozen. I selected the bagels I wanted and the owner said give him some free ones, too. The customer service was absolutely the best! All 3 of the people working this day were friendly, engaging and helpful. They asked about my trip and sliced the bagels for me as I wanted to freeze some when I returned home. We talked and shared stories and I felt like I lived nearby. If I move back to Long Island, I will definitely make my way often. When I return, I will also stop by for more bagels. The bagels were tasty, fresh and they don't skimp on the cream cheese. I always come back to this bagel shop. Their bagels are soft with good chew. I seldom toast my bagels. So if the bagel is hard it's not due to toasting. Recently I started getting their mini bagels. I feared that the smaller bagel might be tougher, so I ordered a regular one too. That wasn't the case. Both were delicious, pillowy goodness. Went in on a Tuesday morning, two people ahead of me, one was allready being helped then the other guy was asked what he wanted. I waited my turn, was never greeted or acknowledged. Someone else comes after me being there for 5 min and the guy whose working at the bagel store starts asking him for his order. Total disregard for me. Make sure to check their math. They like to charge you for a drink after they tell you it comes with the sandwich. Happened two days in a row. And when i confronted them that a sandwich and bagel shouldn't come to $20 and change they tried to argue until I presented them with their own prices +tax and my order was a good $3 cheaper than they charged me. There's no reason to come here. Prices are high, bagels and egg sandwiches aren't ver good, and the place is very dirty. The bathroom in particular was terrifying with stuff all over the mirror, corroded faucet, stained and dirty walls. Turned my stomach thinking how dirty the kitchen must be. Not impressed. The prices are more expensive than other bagel places in the area, and the staff is anything but friendly. WAY too much butter on the buttered bagel to the point where my bagel could've made like Mark Spitz and swam multiple laps. The egg sandwich ($2.49 + tax) was mediocre. The bagel itself wasn't bad but the egg was not cooked properly and was way too soggy to be a solid fried egg. To focus on some positives: The place is clean and spacious with plenty of seating. You can get Boars Head meat and cheeses instead of going into a supermarket. A bagel to go is anywhere from 75 cents to $1.10. I recommend not getting your bagels in a strip mall to begin with, so this is further evidence. read more

This is my favorite bagel spot. No bells and wistles or anything fancy, just a great spot fir a bagel, breakfast or a sandwich. The chicken salad is great, give it a shot for lunch. Also ordered a couple of hero platters from here for a holiday party at my house. The price was right and the heroes were perfect. read more

Stopped in here because it was the closest place I thought I might be able to get a salad while driving on Sunrise Highway on my way to visit my dad in the hospital. When I walked in I noticed that there were no salads displayed or on the menu but when I asked if they could make me one, the cashier cut up all the veggies and made me a fresh, beautiful salad.
