Great find. Tried to go to Lisa's Kountry Kitchen and it was closed. So happy I ended up here. The Grillmaster omelet was the bomb!

The rugs, walls, areas under the tables, booths, and bathrooms could all use some serious attention. It was a little hard to enjoy my meal while sitting inches away from mystery stains on the wall, including a few that appeared to have dripped down. I tried not to stare, but unfortunately, my eyes kept returning to the scene of the crime. I come to this location fairly often and usually enjoy the food, but the buildup in some of the commonly overlooked areas has reached the point where it is no longer easy to ignore. This visit, I ordered the seafood boil that includes lobster with the signature seasoning. Flavor-wise, it was good. My only issue was that it was extremely oily. I know butter is doing most of the heavy lifting here, so I probably should have expected it, but it was still a bit much for me and I could not finish it. I can definitely see other people loving it, though. The food quality here is usually pretty consistent, which is why I continue coming back. Unfortunately, this visit was harder to enjoy because my meal came with an unexpected side of "please do not look too closely at the wall."

We were seated right away and ordered appetizers (which were just okay), but it took about 30 minutes for someone to come take our entree orders. Then another 30 minutes to actually get the food. So about an hour total after being seated. We all ordered seafood boils. The flavor was okay, but every single one had corn that was cold and still frozen in the middle. Definitely not appetizing biting into that. Portion wise, it's not as big as I expected. If you're not a big eater, you could probably share one with appetizers. Otherwise it felt a bit small. Also, the wet wipes they give you smelled like a dirty sponge, which was kind of off putting. Overall the experience was underwhelming and I wouldn't go back. The best part was honestly just the company I was with.

Unfortunately, that was probably the best part of the experience. The service was just okay--not terrible, but definitely not what you'd hope for, especially at a sit-down restaurant. On top of that, almost everyone's food had some kind of issue. Orders were messed up, some food came out cold, and overall it just felt unorganized. The experience as a whole was disappointing, and honestly, it helped explain why so many Red Lobster locations are starting to close. Between the mediocre service and the food issues, it just wasn't worth it. Would I go back? Probably not. I think I'm good on Red Lobster for the foreseeable future--maybe even for life.

Either way, I was surprised going inside and seeing how big it was. I came here for the Bite30 meal. I enjoyed the NEW ENGLAND CLAM CHOWDAH AND CLAM CAKES - Cup of Chef Mike's secret clam chowdah recipe! Served with (2) famous Rhode Island clam cakes. Not the best chowder I have had but that comes down to personal taste. The main course of the LOBSTER MAC & CHEESE Cavatappi pasta tossed in a five-cheese blend of Asiago, Cheddar, Smoked Gouda, Fontina and Parmesan with Sweet Potato Casserole and Vegetable Of The Day on the side was great but, wow, it took a long time for it to cool off enough to eat it! The KEY LIME PIE - The Florida classic! Topped with strawberry sauce and homemade whipped cream was a nice finish to the Bite30 meal even though I would normally pass on dessert entirely. It was all good but next time I would see if the lobster roll is the real reason to be coming back! Service was amazing. Yes, well beyond my wrongful small shack assumption before going inside!

I was super surprised by the food at Red Crab Juicy Seafood. We ordered the Family Platter A which comes with 1 Ib Snow Crab Legs, 1/2 Ib Shrimp (no head), 2 Lobster Tails, 1/2 Ib Sausage, 1/2 Ib Corn and 1/2 Ib Potatoes. Everything came out good. It was definitely worth the visit. There was plenty of seating inside. There were multiple televisions for the kids to watch. We will comeback soon to try another family platter.

WARNING: Be cautious when ordering the raw oysters, here. The server had a "I don't give a F…read moreattitude" when I had my first bite of half-dozen raw oysters. The one oyster I started to bite into was the WORST tasting I've had in a long time. It was gritty and tasted like it had died, before it was caught. I asked the server to let the manager or cook know this, as I was concerned for other customers' safety. She gave this look like it was me who was the problem. No manager bothered to come to our table, to ask me about it, either. She also scoffed at my reaction when she said that the Alaskan King Crabs market price went up to $92 / lb - which I thought was way overpriced for a place like Red Crab. So, I got the snow crab legs, which were excellent, as well as the boiled potatoes. The generous amount of butter had an off-putting flavor, but still went well with the crab legs. The corn on the cob sucked, as it was soggy, from clearly being kept in a warming oven or pot for too long. The cheesecake was small, but really good, although I did have to ask about desserts when the server was ready to give us the check. She was also slow in bringing out the dessert and updating our check, but nicer towards the end of the dinner. This is about the 5th time I've been to Red Crab - and just this location. They need to work on food quality consistency, better training on the servers, and take seriously when a customer nicely complains about raw oysters, that don't taste fresh and clean.
