SO SO BAD! And so expensive.... The slowest (was there almost 3 hours) and one of the most expensive mani pedis I've gotten in the area , total came out to be like $180 for basic gel x and gel toes. Idk HOW that happened but if you are going to charging more than lovely nails and spa (the best nail salon) then you better do a good job. Nails were not shaped well, they had attitude , and I was there for almost 3 hours and they were doing my nails at snail speed . Idk if the had girls who were learning doing my nails but that is not ok to do and then charge full price.... They just don't have skills there . Prices should be lowered in my opinion and I regret paying honestly I should have just walked out or complained and got a discount because I was very upset with my nails that I spent my hard earned $$$$$ on. I was pleasantly pleased with my first experience at Sunrise Nail Salon and with Cassey, who did a wonderful job, on my nails. I was able to make a same day appointment and only waited about 5 minutes before she started on me. I was greeted warmly and given a color book of dip powders to look at while I waited. I never had a dip service before but I loved it. I was offered a mimosa and listened to nice relaxing music while my nails were done. Cassey is friendly and pays great attention to your nails and is gentle. This is the first time I left a salon with no cuticle cuts, so I'm happy. I will definitely be back. I have been looking for a nail salon that I can say that's my place I go to. I find a few here and there but they are never consistent. Decided to give this place a try on a whim while waiting outside of another nail shop that failed to open on time. This was the first shop to come up and I am so glad to have found it. Cassie ( the owner) is such a sweet down to earth person, I talked to her the whole time as if i knew her since forever. The place is remodeled and very clean. I usually get Gel nails because I'm allergic to acrylic but Cassie recommended I try the dip powder, and I did and I am not disappointed in it. Love the shape, color, and feel of my nails. Did a walk-in 2 days ago and I absolutely loved the experience from Leo. I wanted a gel pedicure so I went with the Express Pedicure which was $30 and I paid $20 more for gel + another $8 for French tip. Leo was very careful with my toes. The salon looked clean and he used sanitized tools which is so hard to find in a salon nowadays. I'm glad to finally find my forever salon for pedicures :) Ask for Leo if you want a great pedicure! read more

I'm new to the area and wanted to give this place a go. I show up and there is literally no one here. Not a soul around. I yell out "hello" multiple times and no response. I finally call the phone number and I can hear it go off, a girl answers and asks me what I need to get done, she also tells me she's sitting right outside. I called this morning to schedule a mani/pedi. It was my second visit. The first wasn't so great I was helped by a very inexperienced you lady. After she brought in the owner Cassie to help things got better. So I thought I would give them a second chance. I asked for 11:00 am and requested a more experienced person. I guess that was my mistake!! Cassie said that person was in traffic if I could make it 11:15. Sure no worries. I arrived at 11:22 because it took me 5 mins to find parking .Parking is terrible in this center. As I walked in both Cassie and the other employee were waiting on a client. Cassie immediately told me I was late and she took another customer!!! What??? She went on to tell me my appointment was at 11:00 and I was late . She also said I texted you it just arrived as I walked in. I am sorry to say I will never return or recommend this location. There are a least 10 salons on Western. read more

I never leave a review but I had to this time, my right foot toe is swollen and it's throbbing. Upon arrival.. I asked for a mani and pedicure. I specifically asked for pink French tip and referred to a picture. The nail tech that did my hands began on me and left me to work on someone else for about 30 mins while she had me wait for her with my hands in the soak off.. my fingers were left in there for so long that my fingers started burning and pulsing.. I sat there so long that my fingers got so wrinkly.. meanwhile I had a younger girl working on my feet(loved her) but I had asked for a fake toe nail on my left foot(the younger girl didn't put the fake toe nail on, the lady who was working on my manicure did.) Once she was done with the other client.. she came back and started working on my hands. She then began filing my nails off.. meanwhile she ripped off one of my old nails(my left hands thumb) she then added a white dip on my hands(after I specifically said I wanted a clear pink under the pink French tip) I told her and all she said was "'not yet" as she was filing down my nails the nail tech kept cutting me with her electric filer in every finger except 3. The cuts were bad.. now some of my fingers are swollen and all cut up.. after she did the white dip.. she then asked what color pink I wanted under my French tip.. I once again told her clear pink but it's too late for that since the nail was fully white. She then added a hot pink.. which I hated.. then she tried to place a lighter pink as my French tip (the original color I wanted for the French tip) but then once it was placed on there, you couldn't see the pink from the French tip, she then told me it wouldn't work; that I have to put white French tip.. she then started placing white nail polish for the tips and I absolutely hated it so I told her to leave it as is.. I walked into the salon first asking if they can do the requested nails.. they said they can do anything and that it would be easy but they did not get anything right. I got there at 10:30 and left at 1:40pm.. I was sooo disappointed.. they then told me to leave them a yelp review and I'll get 20% off.. I still paid $112..... I was there Thursday... and it's only Sunday and the nails are alr chipping. Once she was done with my finger nails she began finishing my toe with the fake toe nail. (The rest of the toes were alr completed by the other younger lady.. she did amazing btw) once she put my toe nail on.. it didn't match the size of my left foot toe nail.. today I woke up crying cause my fake toe nail is hurting me really bad to the point I broke out in an allergic reaction.. pretty sure it's infected and I have to go get it checked. I'm really upset cause I spent soooo much money and it came out terrible. read more
