I never leave a review but I had to this time, my right foot toe is swollen and it's throbbing. Upon arrival.. I asked for a mani and pedicure. I specifically asked for pink French tip and referred to a picture. The nail tech that did my hands began on me and left me to work on someone else for about 30 mins while she had me wait for her with my hands in the soak off.. my fingers were left in there for so long that my fingers started burning and pulsing.. I sat there so long that my fingers got so wrinkly.. meanwhile I had a younger girl working on my feet(loved her) but I had asked for a fake toe nail on my left foot(the younger girl didn't put the fake toe nail on, the lady who was working on my manicure did.) Once she was done with the other client.. she came back and started working on my hands. She then began filing my nails off.. meanwhile she ripped off one of my old nails(my left hands thumb) she then added a white dip on my hands(after I specifically said I wanted a clear pink under the pink French tip) I told her and all she said was "'not yet" as she was filing down my nails the nail tech kept cutting me with her electric filer in every finger except 3. The cuts were bad.. now some of my fingers are swollen and all cut up.. after she did the white dip.. she then asked what color pink I wanted under my French tip.. I once again told her clear pink but it's too late for that since the nail was fully white. She then added a hot pink.. which I hated.. then she tried to place a lighter pink as my French tip (the original color I wanted for the French tip) but then once it was placed on there, you couldn't see the pink from the French tip, she then told me it wouldn't work; that I have to put white French tip.. she then started placing white nail polish for the tips and I absolutely hated it so I told her to leave it as is.. I walked into the salon first asking if they can do the requested nails.. they said they can do anything and that it would be easy but they did not get anything right. I got there at 10:30 and left at 1:40pm.. I was sooo disappointed.. they then told me to leave them a yelp review and I'll get 20% off.. I still paid $112..... I was there Thursday... and it's only Sunday and the nails are alr chipping. Once she was done with my finger nails she began finishing my toe with the fake toe nail. (The rest of the toes were alr completed by the other younger lady.. she did amazing btw) once she put my toe nail on.. it didn't match the size of my left foot toe nail.. today I woke up crying cause my fake toe nail is hurting me really bad to the point I broke out in an allergic reaction.. pretty sure it's infected and I have to go get it checked. I'm really upset cause I spent soooo much money and it came out terrible. read more

Sunrise nails is led by new management, and what a change! This is a family owned business that is extremely professional and very kind individuals. I'd recommend giving this place a chance and see for yourself. Also, they take their time in both a manicure and pedicure, and this is the ONLY place I have allowed them to clip my toe nails. Came here for a regular full set and wasn't very happy with the results. First off, the price said $22 she ended up charging me $25. When I go to other salons they usually cut your nails and take off your cuticles and buff them, they did not do this at all. I had to tell the lady to cut my nails. It felt like she didn't want to do anything. She just filed my nails and started putting the tips and acrylic. When I come to a salon, it's my time to relax and get a hand massage, THEY DIDN'T EVEN DO THAT! I won't be coming back. Horrible experience! I feel like she charged me the extra $3 because I made her cut my nails and had her fix her mistakes. I was so annoyed that I didn't even tell her to cut my cuticles. read more

I literally see this place every time I go to Petco and decided to give them a try. I read that walk ins were welcome, but I DID NOT feel welcomed at all. As soon as I walked in, one lady asked me "Did You call" and I said "Good Morning." She asked again "Did you call?" I told her "no." Then another lady came from the back and said "you can wait" and I asked "how long is the wait?" The First Lady began speaking to the other in their language, which I found completely rude and neither answered my question. She said "we're busy..." it was 10a and there was only TWO other women inside the salon besides me who were being helped. I got up and walked out. Cassie is ALWAYS sleepy . She tried to remain professional today as she did my nails , but that didn't work . She nipped my skin around my cuticles (Ouch right ) . I set a 530 pm appointment.
