If you are searching for a safe, clean, and overall just amazing school to bring your child - this is the place! We looked at several childcare services throughout the valley and this one stood out. What we loved most was that this location truly is a community, or village so to speak. It really feels like a family and the staff just adore my daughter. While I'm away from her, I know that she is being cared for just as I would do myself and it is such a blessing and brings so much peace of mind knowing she is with this staff while I'm away. As a first time mom, it was so scary but Tonya and her team really took special time to make me feel at ease being away from her. She is always making crafts and they keep in touch while I'm at work. The location is easy to get to. The location is clean. The playground is nice. They do work with you if you work for a school district and need to take vacation time during school breaks. You are able to not pay tuition for the time period you are gone. We loved Miss Shannon in the 3s room! She left on maternity leave and that's when things went downhill fast. The kids play musical rooms trying to keep their ratios in check. In theory there was supposed to be an older 3's and younger 3's room but it seemed that staffing was an issue and prevented this set up on most days. While this may not seem like an issue it becomes an issue when your child has food allergies, are potty training, or really just want to know how their whole day went. Messages were not given to new teachers as the child traveled to their room. I had to keep my child home for several days to solidify potty training because they couldn't do it. Claimed he cried because he didn't want to stop and use the bathroom and they felt bad. So many times I was told I wasn't sure how his day went because he was with a different teacher. I was told he was eating great even asking for seconds. Then an assistant claimed he really didn't eat much. I don't know which was true. I just know he was coming home starving. If your child has any other allergies than nuts (they are a nut free facility) I don't recommend this location. Many of the employees need nutrition training i.e. knowing what is dairy and what isn't was a difficult concept. From personal experience a doctors note on file is not enough to keep my child from being given dairy on multiple occasions. We lost trust with the staff because of this and pulled our child. They would not allow a doctors note to let me supplement his meals to ensure he was kept dairy free. They would rather a doctors note on file to administer Benedryl. I can't trust them to not give him dairy but I'm supposed to trust them to administer medication? While our child isn't anaphylaxis to dairy, the reaction does build and eventually his gut shuts down. This had been explained multiple times and they still neglected to care. Mine and my sons experience with this daycare has been a roller coaster. I am a single mother and have to take my son to a daycare so this one being close to my home and very clean I chose it. In his time here we have had issues with rashes (that only occur during the work week when he is in school, never on the weekends) bumps, scratches and bruises (a lot) I know kids get these as they are kids and are clumsy but this happened a lot, one time even picked him up and he had some other kids shit all over his clothes and shoes, it was disgusting. I have called corporate 3 times with complaints that were not being handled correctly on site. Recently, I got out of work early and went to pick up my son. When I got there I was told that he was in the 1's room (he is 3) and that he was on the playground. I went to go and get him and noticed that through the glass door the daycare worker yanked a tricycle from his hand and pulled him towards the sidewalk with the other hand and was VERY rough. I then ran out there and knelt down to see if he was ok because after she grabbed him so rough he then started to cry so hard his face turned purple. His hand was let go when she seen me and his hand was frozen in the same position she was holding it and it was purple. She then began to scream at me how she was just trying to clean the playground and from there I let her have it. We then were face to face yelling at each other about why she had to be so rough. No one came out to calm her down for at least 10 minutes. The only thing holding me back from kicking her ass was my son holding my leg and the other kids crying. This girl was VERY unprofessional and I would never recommend this school ever to ANYONE. They then chose to let me know I am more than willing to unenroll my son then fire this horrible girl with no knowledge of how to treat a child. read more

This daycare by far is absolutely the best. They go above and beyond the parents needs and out of the child in this as well. My husband and I found this place during the pandemic and we felt that our child would be very safe and secure here. They took all the necessary steps and precautions to make sure we and everyone else is children and everyone else were safe during the pandemic. Our child is in the infant room and I will say the teachers in the infant room and I'm sure goes for the same and the other classrooms are all absolutely amazing. My son has never once cried or gotten upset when dropping him off or picking him up he always goes in with a smile. His favorite teacher is shy she is amazing!!! They all are!!! The office does such an amazing job and communicating with you when your child need something or if they have maintenance issues or anything going on in the facility. They are also by far the best and reasonable price daycare that we found during the pandemic. Even when a child started on eating food and they made sure that we approved foods for him to try before they do anything. They also are very private and discreet and don't give out any information to other families about you. As a new parent I have a lot of concerns and questions and was of course nervous about sending my son off to daycare. But Sunrise Preschool has made all of my worries and concerns go away there by far the best. I recommend using them for your daycare or preschool. read more

Do NOT take your kids here. First of all you're not even allowed to go in and see your child. I had witnessed my child get yanked from the window outside. When confronting the owner telling her what I just saw and that I will be reporting her all she did was smile and say "ok" that's was it. My son went their for 2 weeks and everyday they brought him to me full of boogers. The outside is an actual representation of the people on the inside, disgusting. read more

The daycare is amazing. The director, the staff, and the teachers are exceptional. I would recommend coming here over anywhere else.

My daughter has attended this daycare facility since I went back to work from maternity leave. The staff are wonderful and I love the new building! My daughter has a few friends from her school that attend as well but she also has a whole other group of friends from other schools she gets to play with. I love the way the rooms are setup and the playgrounds have all new equipment. The staff gave my daughter a strong head start prior to starting kindergarten. She knew all her colors, shapes, numbers to 20, her ABC's, and she could write her name very well. This was all due to the teaching at Sunrise. I recommend them to everyone. read more

We have been taking our daughter there for about four months and are very happy with it. She likes her teachers and everyone is friendly. We have seen other daycares that are dark and/or cold feeling, but my daughter's room is bright and inviting. I would recommend Sunrise. read more
