Im in town for work and decided to try this nail salon and when I was assigned a nail tech I felt it was rushed, if I asked to go back and touch up a nail to file more square the tech seemed bothered and not friendly . She took her 10 min break in between the callus remover soaked on my feet . If I decide to come back I don't want to do it with the same tech . I do not recommend this place. I got to my chair she buffed my nails and was about to do the polish before any cuticle maintenance. I had to ask her to do them. She did multiple layers of a gel coat and then removed them to then put the color on with no top coat or base coat. I don't think my nails will last long and they are a bit clumpy at the base. I felt like the nail tech did not know what she was doing. I tried this location because it was closer to my house. I will not be returning and will drive the distance to my other place for quality service. read more

My mom, sister and myself came here two days ago. We had such an amazing experience here. They took us in without an appointment which was fantastic! Tammy did my nails and was very friendly and sweet. I got gel x cat eye. My mom got gel x with red and black colors. My sister got acrylic set. They offer free water, beer and wine while you're getting your nails done. It really felt like we were getting pampered. I would definitely comeback again when I'm in Vegas. I had a CBD pedi and a gel mani. I'm satisfied! The nail tech listened to me and was gentle. The place was empty so it was tranquil and inviting. I have to reduce the stars to 3 because the gel nail polish used lifted within 3 days and I need to get them redone after 5. I realize that the service I had done is not an expensive one--I had a gel polish change. But for $30 plus 20-% tip I expect better than this. The polish is clumpy and not evenly spread. She left a huge gap on some nails near the cuticle. My nails are jagged and rough along the edge because she did a rough file. Lastly, there is pink remnants from my previous polish not removed and visible. She talked with her coworkers and rushed through my service. I will look for another place. It is subjective when you go to any nail salon because it just depends on who you get. I got an older lady who tried to upsell me my whole service which I respect I guess but was annoying. I get pedicures pretty regularly so my feet are in good shape. With this being said clipping and cleaning the cuticle doesn't take long so I appreciate when maybe you take a bit longer on the message. I was in and out painted in about a 1/2 hour. It felt a rushed and not enjoyable. Just wish I could find a good message. read more

I get my nails done at a lot of nail shops overseas & here in the USA I initially left a good comment on this page i'm very fair with my reviews to any business, but I had to come back and leave a comment about this subject I noticed when I was in there again with my family member sitting and waiting and listening to the manager and & his wife's conversations to the ladies that work there . I understand some Vietnamese because I have family members that are .Vietnamese . This Manager Guy is not a good guy!!!!!! i will find out whoever the owner is Because they need to get rid of this Guy Every person reading this you have to understand any of these ladies that are doing your nails will be affected. By the way they're being treated. Therefore, the quality of your nail service Could suffer because how he's treating the ladies there. He favors his wife and his family. They got rid of the young receptionist in the front. She was awesome very courteous they give their only black nail Employee a hard time and don't really like her and for no reason at all,This Guy Manager operates with unfair practices, not allowing the ladies to make the money giving them fake appointments so that he can steal & give their appointment to his wife .... This is not how business should be ran he pretends like he's the owner when he's only the "manager" I will report him to the state of Nevada for Unfair business practices & reach out to the owner and discuss this with the owner. He either needs to change his way or the owner needs to find a new manager it's not good for her and her bussiness as well . It's not right to those Ladies!!! So if you book an appointment with a certain nail tech, make sure you wait for that person to do your nail service. If not, he will give it to his wife and rhe nail tech he favors and some lady will not get paid for her work. Trust me when I tell you this, I've watched him do it.!!! Came in to get a fill. Tech was rushed. Left my nails very thick and uneven even after I asked several times to make it thinner. Took a little length off and shaped in to what was supposed to be almond. Kept making it lopsided and ended up way shorter than requested as had to fix the shape several times. Didn't end up fixing it as was losing too much length so I decided to leave it as is and hopefully will have someone else correct it in 2 weeks. When painting left a large space between cuticle and color ( looked like a 10 day growth). When I asked to get closer she said with a dark color it will be messy. After I insisted she agreed. At this time we basked for someone else to do it as we were not seeing eye to eye. She said no one else will do it, called me "difficult " and rolled her eyes. Supposedly she is the manager, but didn't give me her name. Charged me a "shaping" fee for what should have been part of a normal shape correction with a fill and never actually gave me an almond. I came in for a nail repair and color change - They charge double for everything- $10 for a broken nail and $15 for color change - if you want to use their dryer to dry it's an additional $10 -, I asked about chrome polish and that was additional $15 - my total would have been $50 I skipped out on the dryer and chrome . Wasn't happy with the service last time I went. I took my daughter who was visiting & we asked for two regular pedis - as soon as we said that they started talking in their language. For a good 20 mins. Also the lady kept grabbing her phone to text in the middle of the pedi!!! Disgusting! They didn't put any oil, lotion or scrub on my daughter after they were done painting her nails, no light massage nothing! Aside from that they charged me $20 each for gel, charged me $10 since we both got French tip on our toes! I love this place! Everyone is so friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is luxurious and upbeat. I've been here a couple times now for a pedicure with Ally. First time I got gel with acrylic/tips on my big toes and I LOVED THEM. They stayed on for like 3 weeks and the acrylic toes were so pretty! Every other place I've been to makes the acrylic too thick and weird but Ally did them perfectly! She also mentioned that my nails were weak and that I should do regular polish, so that's what I did this most recent time. I was hesitant at first about doing regular polish but Ally slayed yet again. Their pricing is also very upfront so there's no hidden charges like some places. As much as I understand up selling the callus remover and other ad ons, my feet should not still be rough on the bottom and have thick on the toes and on the bottom. My skin was not manicured on my toes I felt she did a rush job and when I asked her about my skin , her reply was it won't come off with a regular pumice stone. Well then use a drill or another method to take skin off. Also use cuticle tools to trim skin around toes. I've been getting pedicures for years. This is by far not in the top 10 DISSAPOINTED. I talked to the owner that I got French tips and the most expensive package, the owner told me not to worry that he would take care of it and not charge me.
