I could tell they were making fun of me while I was there. I brought my own color which was an old Sally Hansen yellow which I cannot find another color like that anywhere. She sneezed, took her mask off and wiped her nose with her bare hand and continued to file my nails with the same hand. This is why I had my gel x nails removed. I'd rather do my own then leave a nail salon with bad vibes. They charge for every little thing; cut down, callous removal, gel polish removal. Sort of feel they nickel and dime you here. I had a book on my lap which was falling off while my fingers were soaking. They did not try to help me move it during the pedicure. No pride or integrity. After calling to confirm availability for 2 walk-in manicures and were told we could be accommodated, my mom and I stopped in for the first time on a Thursday night. We were pleasantly surprised to see a sign out front that said new customers would get 20% off, off to a great start to kick off my birthday with manis. When we came in to pick our colors the woman helping my mom was insistent she get gel despite my mom saying she just wanted a regular polish because the gel messes up her nails. She was very pushy until my mom ultimately felt peer pressured into getting gel. I grabbed a bottle of powder and told the front desk attendant I would be getting dip. The woman helping my mom took her to a station so I followed them back. The technician kept getting upset with my mom for talking to me as if that was affecting her service. A couple technicians came by to ask if I was getting a manicure and when I showed them I wanted dip they walked away. I figured someone would be helping me soon or I would just use the same tech my mom did. While my mom was on her last round of curing, the nail tech took her apron off and said she was excited to be going home. We looked at her confused and asked if she was going to do my manicure. She said she doesn't do dip and hastily threw some lotion on my mom's hands. We asked to speak to a manager because the salon was closing in 30min and it was beginning to look like we weren't getting helped. When asked who was going to help me she was flustered and stepped away. I decided it wasn't worth it to me to wait for them to get it figured out and went out to checkout. We told the girl at the front desk we would just be doing my mom's manicure and explained that I would have been happy to change my mind if someone had told me from the start that no one in the building could do dip, but instead they just dropped the ball on providing customer service to manage those expectations. The receptionist apologized and gave me a 20% off coupon. That felt pretty halfhearted since all new customers get 20% off anyway. When my mom went to checkout her gel manicure was over $50 - with the 20% off discount. She did not have any spa treatments, massage or enhancements. The tech offered to put a snowflake and candy cane on her nails for the holidays but did not state they would cost extra so that likely helped bring up the price however that still doesn't justify the high cost for minimal services rendered. The cost is way too high for the level of services rendered and the customer service is lacking. I would never fault someone for being busy or short handed over busy holiday periods but I will fault you for actively avoiding problem scenarios ans hoping someone else will figure out your problems. I went to Tippy Toes down the street the next day and had much better service for a fraction of the price. read more

Didn't have a good experience here. The nail tech that helped me was not welcoming at all. She asked me what color I wanted right after she handed me the colors, and throughout the service she was grumpy and not pleasant. At the end, she told me she was done and told me I can dry my pedi in my car with a fan on. I was taken back bc normally they let you stay until your nails are dry. It wasn't even that busy. On top of that, they had a huge banner up as seen below advertising "20% off for first time customers" but turns out it only applies for services more than $40 which was not clear upon checking in. I got a regular pedi ($35) so they said the promo is not applicable. I'm never coming back here again. Such an unpleasant experience. read more

They got us in right away and I just got the pedicure, it was $35 for regular pedicure and extra $20 for gel... a little bit over priced but I haven't got my toes done in a couple months so it might be just the inflations. Anyways they did a nice job the french tips were perfectly aligned and the service was great. Very friendly and they also serve drinks! I got the mimosa, it was delicious. Be sure to bring your ID. My niece had acrylic nails done and what they charged her was price gouging: she was charged $10 for her length, extremely short, charged for doing ombre, charged for the shape. Her short nails were over $100. I asked if she could put my own polish over theirs and was told it was extra. I'm surprised they didn't charge us for sitting in their chairs. I came here for a dip nail set and pedi for Mother's Day which was 5 days ago. When I made the appointment on the phone I asked for pricing and was given a *new customer price* with a 20% discount. Kathy the nail tech was polite and helpful and initially I was happy with the her services. Once it was time to pay I was told the 20% discount only applied between Monday - Thursday. Why couldn't they tell me that when I made my appointment??? 2 days later the dip is literally popping of my nails, I called asked them to fix it and they did free of charge. 5 days later 2 more nails are literally popping off. I do not recommend this place. I got to my chair she buffed my nails and was about to do the polish before any cuticle maintenance. I had to ask her to do them. She did multiple layers of a gel coat and then removed them to then put the color on with no top coat or base coat. I don't think my nails will last long and they are a bit clumpy at the base. I felt like the nail tech did not know what she was doing. I tried this location because it was closer to my house.
