Thankfully, Dalla's gave it a shot and they were amazing. They removed all of the makeup stains and missed spots that the other dry cleaners didn't take care of. There was also a problem area on the sleeve that looked like the previous dry cleaners over treated. Dalla's was able to get that squared away also. My shirt and three piece suit was looking brand new when I picked it up. They worked with my fast turnaround needs as well, having this done within about a day and a half. When I checked my total I decided that I did not want to pay a certain price for one of the items. So I went back into the store a minute later and asked her to only repair one of the clothes and I would take back the other one. She responded with such blame saying that it was my fault that I misheard her. I did admit that I misheard the price. But because she was so upset with me she decided to refuse service for me on all the clothes that I brought in and sent me away telling me to go find better prices somewhere else.

My Essentials sweater came back faded, misshapen, and looked like it had been dried improperly in a machine dryer. The material and fit were completely messed up afterward. On top of that, my silky shirt was also damaged and no longer looks wearable. I trusted this cleaner with valuable and delicate clothing, and they failed to properly care for any of it. I would strongly recommend being careful before bringing important or sensitive items here. I payed $80 just to get my clothes ruined!
