Service was not good. Our office ordered lunch for eight people leaving a nice gratuity. When we got back to the office, we were missing a couple of items and all of our requested sauces. Our owner went back to the store to gather our missing items and was treated very poorly. The employee didn't believe we were missing our items and refused to give us sauces that were prepackaged for ToGo orders. She told our owner to go to the condiment table and pump her own sauces. Our work tried to call super chix today for a take out order. We were left on hold for 25 minutes. I called back and asked for a manager. The person who was answering the phone would not give me her name, and hung up on me 3 times. i called back to ask for the manager and she said "Yea you already called and asked me that, why don't you just come up here!" She was rude and due to her ongoing rudeness our office will NEVER ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN. My boss had made it a habit to take us to lunch there and pay for all of us. We will never return. I will tell everyone I know to never go there because I can spend my hard earned money elsewhere where I am treated like a human being. read more

This was a terrible first experience but the food was awful and way too expensive for below KFC level. Tenders were absolutely comically drenched in sauce that leaked through the bag and covered all of the other food. Pickle chips were disgusting and tasted like they were old and then cooked in old grease. Everything looked and tasted as if someone completely clueless about cooking was playing in the kitchen. We were pretty excited to try Super Chix but finished our meal a little underwhelmed. We ordered our food to go, as a COVID precaution, so I suppose we should have better checked the bag. After asking, we were assured ranch came with the Nashville Hot salad. I got home, no dressing. Eating a grilled chicken salad with no dressing is a bit disappointing. I felt a few more veggies could have been added to the salad, but I suppose I say that because the lack of dressing made it seem bland, even with the Nashville hot sauce on the chicken. My bf got the Korean fried chicken sandwich and said it was "ok". The salted fries were pretty great. All and all, not a horrible experience, we just felt it could have been better. read more

I got tenders and the rosemary pepper fries. The tenders were perfectly cooked, with a nice brown crunchy batter and a flavorful juice tender inside. The french fries were amazing, they cut their own fries and they were crunchy outside with a great texture on the inside, the perfect fry. The rosemary pepper seasoning wasn't to heavy so they were terrific fries. I will definitely be recommending this place to anyone in the mood for some chicken and fries, will try more of the menu on my next trip. read more

Huntsville has a new gem!! This place was great! I ordered the Korean BBQ chicken sandwich. All of the sandwiches can be made fried or grilled which is pretty cool. I also got a hand-spun shake. The flavor of the day was Butterfinger, so I went for that and let me tell you it did not disappoint except when it ran out. So good!! The fries are hand cut and made to order! Yum!! We ate at Super Chix today at lunch. It was very busy, but the service was quick, and we got our food fast. I had the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich and Cajun fries. The sandwich was very good and spicy. The fries were crunchy and full of flavor. My husband got the Nashville Hot Chicken salad. It looked very fresh. He said he enjoyed it. Our grandparents got the chicken tenders and cheese fries. They said they were very good as well. They were much bigger than we expected, so they had left overs to take home. We also shared an order of the fried pickles. The chips were thick good quality pickles. They were some of my favorite fried pickles ever. The custard was very good as well. I actually did not want to try this restaurant. I wanted Mexican this night. I'm glad we decided to try it because I was pleasantly surprised. Instead of a sub-par chicken sandwich I found a delicious Bavocado sandwich. Crispy bacon, tomatoes, huge leafy green lettuce, ranch and avocado slices. Juicy fresh chicken breast. Way better than a Chick-fil-A grilled chicken sandwich, which I consider the best basic chicken sandwich. And the same price too! $6.50 for this sandwich. $4.50 for the large serving of Cajun fries, which my two friend and I split between us. It was more than enough! Super good fries with many dipping sauces to try. We tried the custard for desert and it was so creamy and thick. I had a chocolate custard swirled with Reese's. Watch out Chick fil a, here comes Super Chix. This is the best chicken sandwich you can get. All of the sauces are available at a sauce bar. My son had Nashville hot. He liked, I didn't. It had a lot of black pepper and not enough smokey hotness. My wife and daughter loved the plain and I had Korean bbq sauce with slaw, spicy and creamy. The custard was amazing as well. We had chocolate, vanilla, strawberry cheesecake, and Reese's cup. All creamy and delicious. The fried pickles were thick cut chips fried perfectly. Our only complaint and reason for 4 stars are the fries. They are way too thin. We ordered cheese fries and a cheez wiz type sauce was squirted on top. Not worth the extra money. I agree with other reviews that it is a Five Guys with chicken. I just wish the fries were as good as Five Guys. read more

The sandwich was amazing, everything was soft and delicious from the bread down to the chicken. The loaded fries came with cheese on the side, they are so good!
