First the good: there are two ways to order --- with a worker at the cashier's area, or at a self-kiosk where you can place an order. NOTE: This is an airport location, so prices are definitely more premium than typical locations. Although I ordered a simple (!) spicy chicken meal --- why did it take 15 minutes for it to come out? ALSO: THEY HAD NO HONEY. This wasn't just my experience, but also those around me as well. One thing that I will note, is that I don't think this is a Chick-fil-A problem, this is a Pensacola eatery problem; I saw many at Einstein Bagel's enduring long waits for their orders as well.
