I don't normally review fast food chains, and I've actually intentionally avoided this location because of the previous reviews, but I got off work late, hadn't gone grocery shopping, nothing else sounded good... so I decided to try it. I showed up a little after 11, and my expectations were low. I braced myself for what I assumed would be an unpleasant experience, thinking the employees must be so done with people at this point in their shift, the last hour. To my pleasant surprise, a cheerful young man came over the microphone, welcoming me to this location and asking how he could serve me. I received my food in a few minutes, very warm, correct order to a T. One of the other employees even waved at me as I drove off, while she was cleaning the floors. Okay so like this is Taco Bell so you can expect a few things: Cheap Easy to make Good enough I see this on Grubhub: the new Grilled Cheese Burrito, have it delivered now. I think oh wow this is interesting, I'll try it along with my usual cheesy potato grillers and chicken quesadilla. HOLY JESUS. Cheese but not cheese to where it's overwhelming. Definitely cheesy on the inside and it compliments the slight tangy kick it gives you of chipotle sauce rice chicken red frito and cheese goulash it basically is on the inside. I've never had a problem with any of the workers, they've always been friendly & nice towards me. My issue is with the food. On September 17th, I underwent a surgical procedure on my left leg. Afterwards, despite the pain, my wife, granddaughter and I decided to go through the Taco Bell drive-thru. My granddaughter ordered a Triple Double Crunchwrap Box to share with my wife. I ordered two Beefy Nacho Grillers. The girl taking the order said "What are those?. I never heard of that" I explained that it was simply a burrito filled with seasoned beef, nacho cheese and red strips. She said "We don't have those." First off, she sounded like she was distracted and that I was an interruption. (perhaps it was close to the end of her shift. It was almost 4pm.) Second, this item is listed online and for the particular restaurant we went to. (2011 Airport Blvd in Pensacola, FL.) I was so disappointed, I paid for the crunch wrap box, and declined to order anything for myself. My granddaughter specified Coke as the drink for the combo, but she received diet Coke instead. I usually go to this Taco Bell in the evenings after 8 pm. There is always a huge line of at least 6 cars and I'm not sure why. The four times I have been my order has been messed up. They have forgotten items and have giving me the wrong items. The employees are rude and act like they don't want to be there. If you ask for sauce they will give you a huge handful. Every time I order tacos the shells are always broken, the employees don't look happy to be there, and are usually on their phones in customer view, the food is mediocre (for a Taco Bell that should tell you something), and last time I went there the person in the window tried to hand me 3 drinks at once, and I ended up spilling some of our drinks on myself because of their carelessness. Moved here in November, since then I have had 7 meals replaced including the one tonight. All I ask is for no onions. When I get my food not only are there onions in it, it has so much I couldn't eat it if I wanted too. Their tacos are always broken and everything is sloppily made.
