At around 6:30AM, it seemed "THIS" Chick-fil-A was overwhelmingly understaffed. Comparing it to other Chick-fil-A's in other airport, this was the least efficient of all the ones I've encountered. First the good: there are two ways to order --- with a worker at the cashier's area, or at a self-kiosk where you can place an order. NOTE: This is an airport location, so prices are definitely more premium than typical locations. Although I ordered a simple (!) spicy chicken meal --- why did it take 15 minutes for it to come out? ALSO: THEY HAD NO HONEY. This wasn't just my experience, but also those around me as well. One thing that I will note, is that I don't think this is a Chick-fil-A problem, this is a Pensacola eatery problem; I saw many at Einstein Bagel's enduring long waits for their orders as well. In any case, my experience could have definitely "could've done better". Pensacola --- awesome beaches, mid customer experience!

It was definitely their pleasure to serve us, as it is at nearly every chick-fil-a I've ever visited. They pretty much tell me every time I visit, anywhere in the country. Anyway, the drive-thru here is situated pretty well with good signage and direction. Always clean, and easy to navigate for the most part. Our food was fresh and tasty. The only thing that could have made it better would have been a few more chick-fil-a sauces in the bag. But otherwise it was our pleasure to eat the lunch we ordered.
