I drop 3 shirts off on Wednesday 1/14 and was told I could pick them up on Friday 1/16. I stop by Friday morning after they opened and told they were not ready and told to complete back later. The shirt was waiting to be pressed or I would have canceled my service. This delay cause me challenges for a business meeting I had at 10am. THESE PEOPLE DO NOT DRY CLEAN!! I saw one of the workers (who I think is the owner), picking up clothes from the laundromat next door and the zipper to our very expensive couch cover was damaged. When I confronted them, the man proceeded to harass me and tell me to go back to my country and that our couch was "ancient." Extremely unprofessional and just disgusting behavior. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I'll never, ever, ever step foot in this place again. First of all, it's nasty in there. You'd think a dry cleaners's would be super clean!! WRONG!!! The front girl, wish I knew her name, I swear -- she thinks smiling will kill her or something. She's always grumpy. I brought in 3 articles of clothing... We took our shirts for Dry Clean and they charged us about $2.50 for one, when we did it the second time Meggie charged us $6.25 per shirt without us knowing, so they are charging us different prices (first my husband went, second time i went without knowing the initial price), and they basically CHEATED us on the price, we are very unpleased and feel weve been reaped off!! This is the best dry cleaners I have ever used. I really love clothes and I'm really fussy about caring for my clothes so I tend to almost exclusively use this dry cleaners. Though they are pricey, they are well worth it. This dry cleaners has gotten stains out of clothes that I never thought would come out. They do offer a coupon on the back of the receipts from the Ralph's Super Market across the street for 30 percent off but they won't bag each item separately if you use the coupon. Sometimes Super Cleaners will tag a garment as having unremovable stains but I honestly can't see the stain on the garment that they claim couldn't be removed. Every garment I have taken there looks stain free when they return the clothing item. I'm a very happy customer and I've recommended this dry cleaners for years to people who are looking for a great dry cleaners. read more

2 days ago I picked up what was ONCE my very white tuxedo suit from this dry cleaners...It was the second time I had gone to pick up my suit. The first time I went in for pick up I just left without checking(I had a bunch of garments) until I got home that is when I noticed the color change. I went back and I told the lady who runs the cash register (maggie?) that they had made my suit very dingy looking and that I would like her to fix it? I also went out and bought the pants brand new from the store so when I took them in there would be no question about the condition/color of the pant. The cashier (maggie?) said she is the one that cleaned them.When I showed her the MAJOR color difference between mine and the new pair it was a stark difference she couldn't deny, but she did! Keep in mind I only wore this suit 1 time for my birthday party a few days before. Upon picking the suit up the second time it was the exact same except for the food I had dropped on the lapel was gone. Which was great but the suit had been ruined. I asked to speak to the manager (owner?) And when I did he said my suit was a mess??? Not sure what he meant by that because it wasn't? As I mentioned I only wore this suit ONE TIME! He was VERY,VERY ANGRY,RUDE AND MEAN!!! He didn't even want to talk to me about it not even for a minute he just walked away in a fuming temper! I had to follow him to show him the difference with the new pants and my dry cleaned pants he said the manufacture used different materials to make my pants...REALLY?...REALLY, ITS A SUIT!??? I will be filing a claim in small claims court. Running a business like this is unacceptable and to have such an attitude with your customers is extremely wrong. As you will notice the good reviews are far and few between and someone even mentions the owner screaming and hollering at customers. I don't know about you but i'm not spending my hard earn money at this dry cleaners ever again! Unlike other places I've been to before, she remembered me starting on my second visit, which really stood out to me. I rely on my work clothes being dry cleaned and pressed without any issues, and there never are any! Their next day service is perfect and one of the other main reasons I consistently use them. This is place is horrible, they have terrible service. Not only do they screw you over, but they lie and are not nice. I went to pick up clothes on the day I was supposed to and the lady told me it's not ready and she'll have it tomorrow (Saturday). I came in on Saturday and still it wasn't ready So I said fine thank you and sorry (although why would I apologize for her messing up my clothes... Anyways) when I came in on Sunday these assholes weren't there. I stayed there for like half an hour before I decided to drive around and drive by every 30 min. Slowly, it became around 2 hours of me driving back and forth and they never showed up. I had to go so I left. I can't believe I wasted my time at that crappy place. One word...PHENOMENAL! Very friendly. Very reasonably priced. Very fast turn-around. They really take care of your clothes and you can tell. If there's an article that may be ruined in the process, they tell you upfront and give you all the other options to get it cleaned. They're not after making a quick buck...I Love That! This place used to be ok in 80's. before the fire!? Fire.....? I took a designer suit to her and when I went to pick it up, she was gone, my suit was gone and the place was locked up. Took me a long time before I located her on Reseda Bl and got my suite back. Although she had my phone # and could call me and let me know what was going on. Took me years after the place reopened in Encino to go back there. It was about four month ago that I decided to drop off a blouse and a small white jacket. When I went to pick them up, I paid $10.00 for the jacket and $5.00 for the blouse. I noticed the white jacket wasn't cleaned and just hung on a hanger under a plastic wrap. To make sure 400%, when I made it home, I took a q tip and a drop of liquid soup and rubbed it on a small spot on the sleeve and immediately turn white and spot disappeared. I called her and told her that my white jacket wasn't cleaned, she hung up on me. I called her back. This time she said, bring it in and I clean it again, but you have to sign a paper that if the jacket is ruined, I am not responsible. I told her,.. then obviously you didn't clean the jacket the first time, thinking that you could ruin it and if that's the truth which it is,.. why did you charge me $10.00 for cleaning the jacket. She started shouting in my ear and then hung up the phone. I could never reach her again. This place is a nightmare. The women is a nightmare. They won't clean your clothes.
