I am so glad I found this place. Finally a place where I can feel good about sending my wife and kids when they have been treated so poorly at most oil change and repair shops. For the past 3 years I have been taking the cars to get serviced because it was so frustrating to hear that my wife or kids were taken advantage of. So I was told by a friend that I should really try this shop across from centennial high school. I told him I was really not a fan of a big chain quick lube. So as observant as I am I decided to wash the car next door and I was looking to see how these guys worked. So after about 45 min. I was getting ready to leave the car wash and my car would not start. I asked for a jump by a random guy and it would not start. This guy told me to walk next door and talk to J.T. he will see what he can do. So I did. J.T. said no problem lets see what you got, as if he was excited to help. So he brings a battery tester and a jumping device and proceeds to check things out. He cleans the cables,test alternator,checks starter etc... Turns out was a .15 cent fuse. So here would have been my bill. Tow $65 Diagnostic $99 You need this and that $100 to $500. My time and frustration with my wife cause it was her car and needed to use it for her job to carry some important clients. So I asked J.T. what do I owe you? He replied a chance to earn your business for life! He refused payment and as in fact gave me a loyalty card with a discount to get an oil change. We talked more and he was telling me that this shop was his dream. I can tell he takes pride not only in his shop but random people like me. I got my oil change there and was I surprised with the service (again very observant). His service and staff is better than dealership quality. I serviced all my fluids filters and wipers for half the cost and time I was quoted. So I asked J.T. how can you really afford to do it so cheap. I am locally owned, I don't expect to get rich, I am very humbled and I am a true believer of word of mouth. He will be my only shop I go to for life! He said your put here on earth to do something. My something is people and cars and I love it! Who says that anymore,really! J.T. thank you and I will tell everyone I know that you are the most honest professional guy I have ever met. I have been trying to get ahold of Dominic as I have been lied to again at his shop - I just recently moved to the area and since the shop was close I thought I would give them a try for an oil change - It took a long time but they got it done - I have attempted to go back three more times for additional work and have been lied to and again today and this was the time I decided I have been abused enough - We went in last week for a follow up visit and they could not get me in even though they were supposed to complete the work they had started - I asked them when was the soonest I could bring it in and they said the following Friday (today) eight days later - WOW ... another 8 days was the soonest to finish the work they had started - So I bring it in today and they said I was not on the list for today and sent me away - Instead of doing the right thing and working me in I was just told to go away and nothing they would do about it - They are busy and that I understand and that is why I made the appointment and waited an additional eight days - But for them to send me away is just bad business - I have already spent lots of money with them and they should have finished the work - If I took it somewhere else (which I could have since it had been eight days) I would have had to start all over again because no other shop is going to believe what I tell them is wrong with it - I am going out of town and now have to rent a car and throw more money away because this shop LIED TO ME YET AGAIN read more

When I Googled a place to get my oil changed in Franklin, I lucked out when Super Express Lube popped up. These guys are fast and friendly. You don't even have to get out of your car; they change your oil while you're still sitting in the driver's seat (the guy changing the oil is in a basement-type thing, so they don't lift your car up with hydraulics or anything). They do try to up-sell you on other services, but there's no pressure to buy. There's even a sign that says feel free to say "no" to any service they offer you. I've dealt with a young man named Dillon each time I've been there, and he is great. Very polite, very professional, and a nice guy to converse with. I brought my car back to have the brake pads replaced, and they got it done fast and efficiently. No pressure, efficient staff. They came to me with several additional services that they felt would benefit me, and didn't get pushy when I declined. During the process, the technicians showed me my oil levels before and after service. They also gave me visual comparisons of fresh fluids to what is currently in my car. My rear differential fluid was almost black compared to the original yellow fluid. Even with the obvious need for replacement, they didn't push when I declined. It seems they just want their customers to be aware of what is going on under the hood. Kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. Thanked me for my business when I left. I took my car here for an oil change and the service was exceptional. It's been a long time since I've received exceptional service. Sadly enough as an African American in dreads I usually have to be in a suit and drive my convertible BMW to get good service in Franklin but I didn't have my fancy car, I looked like I've been in quarantine for 2 months and they treated me like gold. My dentist office is like that and I drive an hour to stay loyal. This is only a 30 minute drive but it is totally worth it. If I'm giving you my money I want exceptional service and these people are doing it. They've earned a loyal customer today. read more

My husband just left town on an emergency business meeting & we just moved to the area (so we know no one) I was stranded on the side of the road & called a creditable company for a reference to a GOOD mechanical shop to help me. I called super express lube & within 10 mins I had someone from the shop pick me up, have my vehicle brought to the shop & repaired in no time! And very affordable!!! Coming back from a trip my car turned the memorial 100,000 mile mark. After exiting the interstate the gears began to "skip". A quick call to Super Express to tell them about the issue and was told to come straight in. Issue was quickly assessed and taken care of. I am a Christian missionary, I just had the most amazing service from not one, but three staff members, including the owner at Super Express Lube. I never took the time to ask, but my guess - judging by their attitude, character and service, they must be believers. The owner knew I had to prepare for a trip to Texas, and the entire staff began to service and check the car for road safety, without any additional charges. Ask for Kris he is the man...Took my Honda in for a VSA recall at the dealership up the street. They said I needed brake work...turn rotors on the front and replace pads all around. Felt like I was about to get ripped off... I was!!! Saw these guys on yelp and drove just down the street...These guys FULLY replaced my brakes (not just pads or turned rotors) for 1/3 the cost of the dealership quote. Great service, great price! The employees were all very kind and helpful. I sat in my vehicle while they changed my oil, air filter, etc. It was kind of fun. They answered all my questions and explained what they were doing quite thoroughly. I felt really comfortable that they weren't being shady or ripping me off. It has been years since I have been this excited about a business. I not only got a great oil change by friendly people, JT also helped save me a huge car repair bill and a Major headache. Super express lube is probably the most screwed up business in Tennessee. Last time I went in I noticed some of the employees pocketing the cash instead of putting it in the computer. Also if you have ever been in there you will notice how cheap the owner is and how horrible he treats his employees . All in all worst lube tech shop I've ever been to, do not recomend. read more

I've been going here for several years to have maintain work and oil changes. They are quick and friendly and do a great job! I love not having to even get out of the SUV. I have recommended them to family and co-workers and hear the same comments. I go on my lunch hour for oil changes and just eat lunch in the car!! Makes car maintaince easy... I have been getting my oil changed here for over a year now. Haven't gone to another place since. Employees are great, they let you know what you need, and you don't feel like your just being sold products for no reason.
