Walked in for a foot massage for 60 minutes for $19.99. Left pretty happy. The foot massage gives you an over-the-clothes body massage too, which was good. The rating is for the guy's efforts in trying to give a good massage, but he clearly wasn't trained in any massage techniques. Standard Asian massage place. FYI - they do ACUPRESSURE massages...so don't come here expecting a relaxing Swedish massage. That means they really work out your knots and GO IN. My soul Sista suggested this place. We had scheduled at appointment for 6:30 pm. We reached there couple mins late. At first the owner behaved rudely. She kept saying she called my friend but my friend did not get their call. The call should have been dropped or something. Our session was from 6:30 7:30. By the time the conversation was over it was already 6:40 and she said we only have 50 mins. We agreed. Even though it says foot massage, they gave whole body massage. The moment we submerge our feet in warm water I was ready to take a good nap. Masseuse started with head massage then following whole body massage. The staff knew exactly to massage on pressure points. Usually my right side neck/ shoulder is what bothers. Oh boy! when she said massaged that I was on cloud nine. It's in lions complex just few mins drive from new park mark. The price is very very very reasonable, the service is great. The ambience and music are really soothing. The only cons I could think of is not having the door. Who ever speaks at the front desk or front sitting and the door rattling wakes you up. Wish there was a sound proof door. After the massage the owner gave a warm cup of water and appologized. They were booked back to back and offered us a our 10 mins next time if they are not super busy. My over all experience was really wonderful and this place actually deserves 4.5 star. I am going to be back with my family and friends. Walked in as a walk-in and they did take us, but it was confusing because no one said anything to us for a few mins. It was completely empty in the main foot massage room. They, I mean they because there were about 4 people, who walked back and forth from the back to the front repeatedly. I think they might have been checking to see who was available to do two foot massages. Massages were fine, nothing extraordinary or memorable, but my husband was knocked out. As I laid there I could hear the front desk lady's conversations with people walking in and also over the phone. She was loud and was quite rude. A man walked in asking if he could do a walk in and she said yes but it would be a 30 min wait. He said "really" and she said "you should have called before hand" and he said "I did and there was no answer" she snapped back saying "NO WAY." He pulled out his phone to show her his call log, and she proceeded to tell him it's because she didn't hear him on the other line. And poor guy walked out. When I went to pay they allowed Venmo. I paid $60 for two foot massages and tipped $12 which is 20%. The lady at the front snapped at me right away and said "not enough." I asked why and it turns out they require a $10 minimum per service, that's 33% tip. I wish there were signs about the $10 minimum per service or would have verbally told us before hand. She was so rude about it. If they need more money for their workers they should just charge higher prices to pay their employees a reasonable/ what they deserve rate and not expect customers to tip higher. I came in on Christmas Eve, The young lady at the front was very accommodating and had very good customer service skills I told her I would pay by cash for a tip. My massage was good but very rushed as they were closing and I came towards the end. I went to my car to grab my wallet and the lady that gave me the massage was literally waiting to see where I was going , as if I was running off lol. I had a hundred dollar bill and she said how much , I smiled and asked for $95 back. Keep in mind it was only 30 minute massage which was $30. As she went to get change she yells at me saying you should just put it on the card! She was furious and could not find change, she came back with 90 and insisted o take it. Meaning a 33% tip! I asked for 95, I said and she got so mad and threw a temper tantrum and literally threw the $100 bill on the floor, she said screamed go home! And no good! Merry Christmas no good! First off, The water they used to soak feet in was almost cold, so uncomfortable, foot rub was extremely rough and the guy was literally taking no efforts in making the experience even one bit relaxing. This place is great for a quick fix massage to relax for a while. The prices are affordable and they even have happy hour prices during the week. I usually get a 1 hour massage. I am a fan of the prices and the massages. My only complaint though is the person at the front desk. They are not friendly in person nor over the phone. They will tell you one thing over the phone and then it ends up being something different in person. This has happened to both my husband and I. Their customer service and communication could use some improvement. This place has absolutely awful service! When my boyfriend and I went for a body massage, the lady at the front desk had us pay beforehand, instead of after the service. We told her we wanted to pay afterwards so we can include tip, but she said we had to pay beforehand. We didn't have cash on hand so we included the tip as we were paying with card. We have $7.5 per person, so - 15% tip for each of our service. As we were typing the tip amount into the card reader, she grabbed the card reader from us and pressed cancel and demanded that minimum tip is $10/person! You can't tell someone how much to tip!! I work in retail and let me tell you, it messes up not only your perception on humanity but your body goes through so much in a day as well. My upper back is constantly knotted and my arms and legs are in constant motion that they've been abandoned as well. Peter does a great job in loosening my tense upper back and he does pressure points on my feet that I've never experienced in other foot spas before! Amazing! The only negative I can say about this foot massage place is when they are massaging your feet they utilize a tool and stick it in a couple of places on the bottom of your feet which killed me felt like a piercing knife, hurts so bad.
