Super service from Super Glass! They installed two vanity mirrors in my house. The measurements and quality of the glass were spot on; one mirror had cut-outs for light fixtures and it fit in quite well. I asked them to expedite the order due to certain reasons and they did the best to deliver it in the timeframe in which I needed the mirrors. Super Glass even removed an uninstalled mirror that we no longer needed, free of charge. But the above is also what you would get from other top rated mirror and glass companies in the Bay Area. What really set apart Super Glass is that the lead (can't remember whether it was Milad or Arash) took personal interest in my project and educated me on what would be a better choice for our bathrooms. For e.g., I had originally decided to go with beveled edge mirrors but then realized these would not match the overall style and instead opted for polished edge. Other top rated companies I talked to cared the least what was right for my situation. My only concern is that it took me multiple phone calls and emails to catch their attention and get the job scheduled. LOL. This review is long overdue! I had custom shower glass doors with polished nickel hardware installed in my master bath--4 years later they are like new, incredibly beautiful and strong. I highly recommend the glazing which keeps them clean and transparent. I also had a custom mirror placed over my vanity with cut outs for the lighting fixtures, which also came out perfectly. !!!!!! STOP -- TURN AND RUN !!!!!!!! I contacted this company due to all of their glowing Yelp reviews. However there is a dark underbelly with this company. EXHIBIT A- They will flat out lie to your face in an attempt to upsell you. We were told "this shower door is unsafe and since you have two small children running around...we'd hate for this to crack, fall on them and injure them." Not a bad strategy. Considering marketing psychology teaches us most people buy for one of two reasons: fear or pleasure. However upon fact checking with three different companies including one out of state via Skype to confirm their diagnosis wasn't simply because they "wanted the job" Super Glass's diagnosis was 100% FALSE and wildly inaccurate. The shower door didn't need to be replaced, simply fixed. Super Glass Quote using fear = $2,000 3 other glass experts = $275 EXHIBIT B- Super Glass was excited to find out since we are a track home and all the shower doors are the same in this complex that they should "contact the other home owners and let them know about this problem." All of my emails & phone calls with SG were deeply rooted in fear and being pushy to increase their revenue. Bottom Line: You don't want to do business with Super Glass. You're getting a shower door replaced for heaven sakes, you shouldn't have to be on guard as though you're on a used car lot. I ended up going with Argonaut Shower & Mirror and was completely pleased with their service and result. read more

I was quoted a price for shower doors but since my shower tiles were not sloped correctly, I had to get a tile company to fix the tiles. We needed to replace one of our glass sliding patio doors. After comparing the Yelp reviews and calling around, Super Glass ended up having the best review-to-price ratio. A licensed technician came over on a Saturday to measure the door and write up an invoice. A week later, the same technician replaced the door. He showed up on time for the first appointment and was a little late for the second one. Both times, he was extremely courteous and professional. He wore shoe covers whenever he entered the house, swept up the work area neatly, and wiped the glass door clean when he was done. The technician was also very efficient (in and out in less than an hour). The price that Super Glass charged was exactly the price that they quoted me when I first called them for an estimate. Brothers Milad, Sam and Arash has helped us tremendously throughout the process of choosing among the various shower doors and getting the right product for our budget. We chose to go for a frameless shower door with showerguard. Installation was professional, efficient and quick. During consultation, we previously asked Sam if he knows how to clean the exterior of our Condo windows. It was difficult to reach and clean properly. During installation day, he came back just to help us detach the windows from the frame and cleaned them thoroughly! At the end of it, Sam also offered to dispose of our older shower doors. My wife and I went to Super Glass because they were highly recommended by a contractor who is a friend of ours. We had a couple of contractors come to our house to give us estimates for other jobs. Both told us we needed to get our shower enclosure replaced as soon as possible because ours could no longer be trusted to prevent water from leaking. They said the water could leak through the floor to the family room downstairs and cost thousands in damage. I was alarmed by what they had to say because they had no part in getting the shower enclosure replaced. We went to the Super Glass showroom on the weekend and spoke with Milad. We were excited about what we saw and decided on a frameless shower enclosure for our master bathroom. We spoke with Milad for about an hour and he answered all of our questions as we were trying to learn as much as we could before making this purchase. We were able to decide on what we wanted from what they had in the showroom and from what Milad told us. We learned a lot about frameless shower enclosures in that hour. Milad described the process for purchase and installation and said he would send me an email with an estimate using the preliminary measurements I had given him. In the showroom he was able to give us a ballpark estimate using my measurements. He said if we decided to accept the estimate in the email his brother Sam would come over to our house for the final measurements. They work closely with Tile and Grout King who grout the areas in the shower that need it and remove the old shower frame. Milad told us about how much this would cost and how we would go about getting a scope of work and estimate from the Tile and Grout King. I received the email with the estimate, and it was the same as Milad said it would be in the showroom, and exactly the same as our friend the contractor had told us it would be. I used this estimate to comparison shop with other businesses that install frameless shower enclosures. I called several and went to another showroom to get an estimate using the same measurements. The new estimate I received from the other showroom was a lot more than that from Super Glass, and I remember thinking about how our friend the contractor was able to make another good recommendation again after a couple he had made before. I was really surprised at how much more expensive the new estimate was and wondered how they could stay in business charging that much more. After Sam came over for the final measurements, I called the Tile and Grout King for them to come over and get an estimate. Again the estimate was what Milad said it would be. We decided to have Tile and Grout King re-grout the tile on the bathroom vanity cabinets because the price seemed reasonable and it needed it, and if we didn't do it now we never would. Tile and Grout King said we should call them to do their work when the glass came in for the enclosure. This is what we did and also set up the shower enclosure installation a couple of days later. Chris from Tile and Grout King came to re-grout the bottom of the shower and other work they said needed to be done in the shower, and also the vanity tile. He did a great job and made the tile look new. I was really happy to see this job get off to a great start with no surprises. Sam came with a helper and installed the frameless shower enclosure. It looked incredible, just like in the showroom. It made a huge difference in how our bathroom looked, and we were happy we decided to spend the extra money and go with the frameless enclosure rather than the framed. It changed the whole appearance of our bathroom. Everything about this job went great. From the showroom and talking with Milad, to the Tile and Grout King, and the installation with Sam. Everything we were told was accurate. We are very happy customers and would recommend Super Glass to others. read more

I worked with the guys at super glass when building my house. They build and install very cool frameless shower doors, which is more like a wall of glass. The installation was impeccable with attention to detail being given from every person I worked with at the shop. The installers were friendly and professional. The service is another deal all together. I can't say enough about the way the Super Glass team went above and beyond in preparing my shower doors quickly, installing it quickly, and the service I received after installation. About 45 days after installation I was noticing that one of the seals on the moving part of the glass door was coming undone, so I called the shop immediately. There was someone at my home the next day with a fix that repaired the problem. I was called, unsolicited, by Super Glass three weeks after the fix to make sure things were alright. At first, I tried to go with AMC and ABS but then I found out that there wasn't a lot of options for the glass type. Also, they were not willing to come to do a measurement if I didn't accept their prices. I then tried Yelp with hope that I could find a better place, and I found Super Glass. I felt very comfortable when I first contacted Super Glass. One of the owners were Sam. Sam came to see me at my house. Even though two of my bathrooms were not ready for the measurement, Sam still came. After taking a look on the size of the shower areas, he explained the difference of each type of glass and the sizes of each shower enclosure. Then things went smoothly when the bathrooms were ready. Sam got back to me right away when I had questions for him. When the shower doors were ready to be delivered and installed, Sam and Javier, Sam's partner, had come for installation. I never would have selected Super Glass if I went with my first experience with Milad. Melody and Milad were very helpful in getting me all the information I needed to make my decision, but like others have stated, Milad misses appointments, so avoid Milad and see if you can get someone else for the appointment because their work is top notch. Sam and his team installed two shower doors(one frameless + one slider) and 3 wall-to-wall mirrors for a property renovation. I am very happy with their work and would highly recommend them. Sam is extremely professional and very knowledgeable. Relative to other local glass companies, its price is very competitive. The overall process is very clean, efficient and stress free. In a nutshell, Sam came out for measurements and provided a quote. Within a week I had the custom shower doors ready to install. There was an issue with one of the shower doors (not Super Glass fault) but Sam quickly replaced the door with a new one (That's standing behind their work and putting customer satisfaction first...HUGE plus). I also had mirror cut-out holes for vanity lights that were cut perfectly (ie cut-out was right on top of the pancake light box) . This was not easy since the mirrors were wall-to-wall and backsplash-to-ceiling. Fantastic job by the team as well. Javier and Reza are amazing. They worked together efficiently and you could tell they've done this a million times. Both extremely professional as well.
