I absolutely love this company and the prices, workmanship and service. I worked with Sam but I fully expect you would get the same great service out of anyone who worked there. I did a full bathroom remodel and installed a beautiful frameless shower with shower guard glass (which never spots). I am so pleased...and everyone who sees the shower ends up with shower-envy! Sam is very personable and has a high degree of integrity in everything he does, as demonstrated throughout the entirety of the job. And seven months later, when the maids seemingly chipped the outside edge of the door, he had the opportunity to replace the entire door...he revealed that they had only broken the plastic stripping and cracked the glue which turned the $1500 job into a $150 job! It is very difficult to find this sort of integrity in ANY industry. Therefore, I would very highly recommend them! I am so glad I found this place. I had a really odd request that i didnt think could possibly be met. I have a coffee table that I absolutely love. It is made of three large pieces of glass that swivel to change the composition of the table. I broke one of the pieces of glass when moving the table and was sure that it couldnt be fixed. I brought the broken table to super glass to see if it was at all possible to get this fixed. To my surprise, they were able to construct a new piece of glass to fit the table exactly. The glass looked exactly the same accept they used temperred glass to make it stronger. They also did a UV bond to ensure better strength. Not only were they able to recreate the glass but they actually constructed the table back together and tightened all of the conecting pieces. This is only the second time I have felt the need to give someone a reveiw on yelp and the first time wasnt from good service. I didnt think it would be possible to fix this table. After installing my shower door for 2.5 years, I started seeing the door rubbing each other at the top edge when opening and closing it. I have gotten 4 bathroom/shower enclosures with these guys, so my review is based on having spent several thousand Dollars with these folks. In a nutshell, my advice would be to take your money & find another provider. Milad is a nice enough guy and he is generally willing to help. Where the problem comes in is that they have made an art form of blaming everyone else for their mistakes. In my house, the screws they used to attach the glass enclosure to the tiled bathroom wall were so small that they did not even attach to the stud in the back. Their response? Well, my contractor had the stud in the wrong place and/or facing the wrong way. Another customer centric provider would simply have gone to Home Depot and picked up longer steel screws and completed the job. The installer Sam yelled at me in my own home to the point where i had to ask him to leave and never come back. I would not recommend these folks for anything. The product they sell is perfectly fine, it is their attitude that needs a major reset. read more

I was interested in having a glass counter installed in my bathroom. I originally visited their showroom on Mar 12 to speak to them and see if this is something that they could handle. Melody scheduled an appointment for Milad to come out to our house to look at the project and talk in further detail. The appointment was scheduled for a one hour window the following day. That one hour came and went and I didn't hear from Milad or anyone else from the company. When I called to ask I was told that it was in their computer for the next day. I was frustrated, but accepted that this was an error easy to make and was probably just the result of a misunderstanding by one of us. Milad came to the house and was very friendly, took measurements, and offered suggestions. He referred us to the website of the company they work with for counter tops and said we should pick out a few designs that we wanted to see samples of. We requested the samples on Mar 18. The samples were received April 9, which seemed like an extremely long turn around time. I wasn't sure if this was the fault of Super Glass or the company they ordered from. When we went to view the samples, almost all of the samples were pulled from Super Glass inventory. We could have likely viewed almost all samples a couple of weeks prior. After viewing the samples we selected which pattern we liked most and requested a quote. We have a lot of projects to finish in the bathroom, but they are all dependent upon whether we go with a glass or granite counter. We were making this decision based on the estimate. I requested an estimate on April 10. I followed up on 6 different occasions to see if the estimate had come in from the glass vendor yet. I was either ignored or told they didn't have it yet. I finally followed up with the glass vendor today, May 8, and I was told that they had sent the complete estimate a couple of weeks ago. The vendor also then called Super Glass and asked them to call me. This was several hours ago and I still haven't heard anything. Clearly, this was not a priority for them. Unfortunately, I have set my project back another 2 months due to their lack of response and lack of professionalism. I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received and would not recommend their services to anyone. read more

We'd read Yelp reviews of Super Glass and called them for a quote. Milad from Super Glass showed up and took measurements of our kitchen for a glass backsplash. He also took measurements for two glass panes (floor-to-ceiling panes for our Eichler) that we wanted replaced, as well as for a glass pocket door for our master bath. During the appointment, he spent about 10 minutes admiring the master shower that we'd gotten another glass company (South Bay Showers) to install. Milad said he hadn't seen a shower like that with a glass return panel. After the appointment, a few weeks went by and no quote. I called Milad about four weeks after the appointment and he said he didn;t know what had happened to the quote and that he'd send me the quote the same day. Nothing. I called again a couple of days later, and talked to someone at the store and left a voicemail on Milad's cell phone - no response. Not only did they waste my time to take measurements, they don't even bother responding with a quote or returning voicemails. It's OK to say "Sorry, but we are not able to take on your business at this time", but no response is not acceptable. read more

Went to their show room at the Junction (inside Bay Stone) and no one was there, so drove all the way to Campbell. The person was nice and showed me options, but could not give me a quote right away. I waited for a couple days as she asked and no quote. I called on the next day to remind and waited another couple days without quote. Called again, talked to people, left voice mails, etc. 3 weeks have passed and I never ever heard again from them. Absolutely poor customer service. After coming to my house to get the measurement, they promised to send me the price quotation and product info the next day so that I could submit to my HOA for approval, but they never did. Update...Their mid December solution was to replace the door. They brought in a new one and found they needed to retro fit it (the water channel I believe) so the old door was put back on. I was told it would take about a week or so and told them to call me as it would be heading into the Holiday. I also told them the handle on the old door was missing a screw (always had been) and the rubber seal they replaced prior was warped and so the shower was leaking a little worse than usual. The door now drags. It is now the end of March and I never heard back from them. read more

I had new shower door/glass enclosure installed! The old one was gross and was no good. We had been putting off replacing it but we found Super Glass on yelp and then Sam came and measured, gave a quote, the next time we saw him, he came glass in hand! He finished with a silicone sealing and installed it in maybe 30 minutes! Sam was kind, respectful, and considerate when coming to the house to install - he was careful and quick in the bathroom. Also, what i appreciated after calling lots of handymen and contractors lately, that when you call the number, there's a receptionist, and they'll call you back, take a message and all that - not just someone answering their cell on the go.
