We arrived as party of 3 around 1pm. The dinning room was filled but luckily we had just missed the lunch rush and were seated right away. I ordered the soondubu and kalbi combo. My soup medium spicy and bursting with flavors. Banchans were simple but super tasty and fresh. Kalbi was sizzling as it was served. Everything was delicious and clearly lives up to the hype.

I recommend the seafood one or the intestine one, as those are my favorite, and they put a lot of meat and tofu. The other dishes, like the galbi and the bibimbap are excellent as well. Also, I love their banchan. They have bean sprouts, a seaweed salad, kimichi, and cucumbers. Their cucumbers are some of the best I've had, as that is my favorite banchan at any Korean place. The only thing I have to knock, as other reviews state as well, the service is pretty mediocre. It is difficult to flag anyone down after they give you your food. So if you would like refills on banchan or water, it may take some time before someone looks your way. Parking is very easy, in a large shopping plaza. Overall, this is a very good place for Korean food and I will be back often.

We came on a Saturday afternoon and their service was fast and we were taken care of right away. Prices are reasonable and we were able to share a combo and one grilled meat for a party of three. We got galbi combo with kimchi beef soup and grilled pork belly. Everything was so flavorful and their banchan were delicious and tasted fresh. The meat on the galbi was my favorite part--they were not stingy at all! Will come back when I'm craving a good, hearty, Korean meal.

We ordered the jjajangmyeon, braised spicy beef back ribs, and fried dumplings, and everything hit the mark. We asked for the beef to be made mild, and the heat level was perfect -- still flavorful with just enough kick without overpowering the dish. The server laughed and mentioned it might be too much food for two, but clearly they underestimated our commitment to both dinner and leftovers. The banchan was also a nice touch, and the potatoes and seaweed were standouts for me. Overall, a really satisfying meal with generous portions, solid flavor, and a welcoming neighborhood feel. Definitely a spot we'd return to.

Customer service was good as our server and other employees checked on us frequently. If we asked them for side dishes they brought them promptly. However an experience with a particular employee ticked me off. At the end of our meal we asked if we could take the leftovers and he said they didn't do that here. I asked about the policy on the tablet that indicated you get charged $5 for leftover meat. I mistakenly thought we could take it home because of that and asked the employee about it, citing the tablet. He ignored my question and just said sorry, we couldn't take the leftovers. All he had to say was that the tablet policy indicates you pay for it, but can't take it home. Blatantly ignoring me and turning to my aunt to finish closing out the check and just saying "sorry" didn't answer my question! Ambiance: Furniture is nice and modern, but the AC wasn't working (or no AC at all in general, just fans?) in triple degree heat on 8/23/26 at 4:15pm. Add that on top of cooking meat on grills directly in front of you, and it's practically a sauna. If you have a restaurant like this in Southern California you should prioritize AC!
