Went in to ask about supplements, and was encouraged to purchase an item, being told that I should relax, because I could bring back the product and get a full refund, if it wasn't working for me. Turned out that the product wasn't working for me, and upon going back into the store, I was told by another employee that there's no way I could ever get a refund. When I looked up the item I was sold, it turns out that it was actually cheaper to just buy it on the manufacturer's site, even with the 20% discount anyway. And this was apparently one of their own in house brands too (which makes the markup even more confusing). So, in brief, if you see an item in store there that you like, just go online, and check the item's actual REAL price online, because there's a good chance that it's actually sold cheaper by the company that makes it. And don't believe the staff when they tell you to not worry about buying a product, because of their return policy.
