I normally love to recommend moving services to my friends. After this one I can't say I'll be doing the same. Judging off these guys price I felt I would still be okay because what could actually go wrong? Everything went wrong! This is my 3rd time using such a service and this was by far the worst. I moved 9 minutes away and have standard large items and a queen size adjustable base, 2 twin size beds and a queen size. I also had everything packed in boxes. It took them 12 hours to complete the job. They had to take two trips because they forget their tools at my 1st home And my refrigerator. I was still on the clock. They sent a injured worker to do my move and we were at their mercy on the hourly rate. They broke my 65 inch tv, a dining room chair, and left minor damage to my walls. All of this was a fear of mine had I done the job myself which is why I hired them in the first place. Truthfully their rate seemed appealing but do yourself a favor and pay the extra $50/hr with other higher rated companies. I will be seeking legal action but it may be a waste of time because they seem to be not licensed. I've tried to work with them and resolve this but Herson is not helpful and has not returned my messages on the status of the damages. read more

Super Movers Beto and Juan helped me move everything in my 10' x 10' storage unit to a new apartment in 3 and a half hours. Considering that the storage unit was packed to the brim, the new apartment was on the second floor, and there was about 40-45 min of travel from one location to the next, I was amazed by how quick everything was. They packed the truck efficiently and brought their dollys, furniture mats, wrapping plastic, etc. it was all well organized. Their company is centered in East LA, but they came down to Orange County and then to San Bernardino for my move. I had this company help with my parent's move several months ago. They showed up late and didn't call. They broke the fridge handle and said they would replace it. I have tried contacting the owner several times to coordinate a time for them to fix the handle and have not received any response. All moving is stressful and expensive. Amazing experience with these guys. They showed up right on time and got to work right away. We went from a 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment to a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath townhouse. Our original location was in a big apartment complex and they navigated that process seamlessly. They were very good at communicating with one another to move a very large, heavy desk out of a narrow area and onto their truck. They were so careful to not damage anything inside my house, and even moved some of my decor outside to ensure it wasn't damaged in the process. Don't even waste your time. They showed up an hour late and BROKE MY FURNITURE. I had 3 glass display cases in storage for my business and they shattered. So unprofessional, I should have known when they said they were late because they needed to pump gas. On top of it all, they took their sweet time and ran up the clock since they are being payed hourly. The loading truck they come in is not that big so beware of how many trips they have to take to finish the job. I moved one storage to another and they wasted 8-9 hours. My move only took about an hour and fifteen minutes and I was okay paying for two hours of their time. They tried to charge me for two hours and thirty minutes. In the end, they only charged me for the two hour minimum. I would have tipped more if they had not tried to do that. My second time utilizing their services, a month later, we confirmed the date, time, and locations. On the day of, they no-call no-showed. I tried texting, calling, and messaging them on Yelp. No response. I had to get a UHaul and move myself with the help of my strong and sweet AF boyfriend. Saved a lot of money that way but it was extremely disappointing to have felt like I could rely on this company on a day I had to move and had all my items ready. They could've at least told me ASAP that they could not do the job because I was moving my stuff very late because I naively waited several hours for them. They called me multiple times two days later and I didn't pick up because I already completed my move and I lost faith that they can show up even if they offered to help in the future with a discount. read more
