Super Movers Beto and Juan helped me move everything in my 10' x 10' storage unit to a new apartment in 3 and a half hours. Considering that the storage unit was packed to the brim, the new apartment was on the second floor, and there was about 40-45 min of travel from one location to the next, I was amazed by how quick everything was. They packed the truck efficiently and brought their dollys, furniture mats, wrapping plastic, etc. it was all well organized. Their company is centered in East LA, but they came down to Orange County and then to San Bernardino for my move. There is an additional mileage charge, but I could say it's worth it for such a great team. read more

I had this company help with my parent's move several months ago. They showed up late and didn't call. They broke the fridge handle and said they would replace it. I have tried contacting the owner several times to coordinate a time for them to fix the handle and have not received any response. All moving is stressful and expensive. Amazing experience with these guys. They showed up right on time and got to work right away. We went from a 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment to a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath townhouse. Our original location was in a big apartment complex and they navigated that process seamlessly. Our new location had pretty narrow stairwells and entrances but the two movers were able to complete the move without any damages! Extremely happy with the value and service of super movers. They were very good at communicating with one another to move a very large, heavy desk out of a narrow area and onto their truck. They were so careful to not damage anything inside my house, and even moved some of my decor outside to ensure it wasn't damaged in the process. They arrived on time to the final destination and placed it exactly where I wanted. They charged the agreed upon rate, which was the cheapest of all the movers I quoted. Don't even waste your time. They showed up an hour late and BROKE MY FURNITURE. I had 3 glass display cases in storage for my business and they shattered. So unprofessional, I should have known when they said they were late because they needed to pump gas. On top of it all, they took their sweet time and ran up the clock since they are being payed hourly. The loading truck they come in is not that big so beware of how many trips they have to take to finish the job. I moved one storage to another and they wasted 8-9 hours. STAY AWAY OR YOU WILL END UP PAYING MORE OUT OF YOUR POCKET TO REPLACE EVERYTHING THAT GETS BROKEN. read more

My first time using their service was great, everything went as planned. However they tried to charge me for almost a whole extra hour. My move only took about an hour and fifteen minutes and I was okay paying for two hours of their time. They tried to charge me for two hours and thirty minutes. In the end, they only charged me for the two hour minimum. I would have tipped more if they had not tried to do that. My second time utilizing their services, a month later, we confirmed the date, time, and locations. On the day of, they no-call no-showed. I tried texting, calling, and messaging them on Yelp. No response. I had to get a UHaul and move myself with the help of my strong and sweet AF boyfriend. Saved a lot of money that way but it was extremely disappointing to have felt like I could rely on this company on a day I had to move and had all my items ready. They could've at least told me ASAP that they could not do the job because I was moving my stuff very late because I naively waited several hours for them. They called me multiple times two days later and I didn't pick up because I already completed my move and I lost faith that they can show up even if they offered to help in the future with a discount. read more

We scheduled the movers for 7am on a Friday morning. The two men showed up an hour and half late due to 'traffic.' We had to reach out to them to figure out what time they would show up. While moving plastic containers of pictures down stairs one of the men dropped all the plastic containers down the stairs resulting in our pictures scattered across the floor. Then took an hour to disconnect the refrigerator. We told them that in order to move the refrigerator the doors had to be removed so it can fit out of the doorway. They only removed one door and then scraped the wall. The next hour they spent on disconnecting the washer and dryer. While disconnecting the dryer they removed part of the vent that should not have been removed. We had to hire a handy man to reconnect. After everything was off loaded they offered us a discount or a repair to the scrapped wall. We took the repair. The repair was scheduled for 1pm on a Saturday. The two men sent showed up at 4pm. Again we had to reach out to asked when they would show up and they told us again that they were stuck in 'traffic.' I do not recommend this moving company. The movers did not have any 'hustle.' This was a pay by the hour job so we felt like they had no motivation to complete the job in a timely fashion. Also they left there tool everywhere and had to spend additional time looking for the tools. read more
