STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!! I went a few times Bc it is down the street from my house. They use a powder that is SO difficult to remove and totally gave me weird rashes I've never experienced before on my hands. I ended up going to a nail shop in van nuys they are the ones who really brought to my attention the awfulness of this place. When I got my nails done at a shop in van nuys they used an easily removeable powder the rashes went away!! Also the nail design and shaping was awful at this place. I wish I would have read the reviews and never gone here! Also pedicure was awful and they do not sanitize the supplies correctly. Horrible and won't be back ever again. read more

So I have been there on and off for this past 2 years and I always do a walk in. This time it was a bald guy to do my nails..... AWEFUL JOB WITH THE WORST ATTITUDE EVER. really!? is it how you treat who has come back there for 2 years? When I asked for someone else to do my nail, the guy told me I have to wait for more than an hour and a half because they have an appointment.. How dare would you make me wait for that long if my session has already started? I don't expect excellent service from here since the price has been always the cheapest, but DO NOT LET A GUY DO YOUR NAILS HERE!!! It was a friend recommendation, and now it's a permanent part of my life. I don't go anywhere else. I get gel manicure done here and I love it every single time. I usually like to request Tony but the other nail technicians are great as well. They're fast but efficient in results. Parking is never an issue as it is part of a plaza. Don't forget to make an appointment because it legit gets packed. 25 bucks for gel manicure. I think that's a great price based on what else I've seen out there. I've yet to get a pedicure here but my friend loves it. read more

I had my eyebrows and lip waxed here the other day. After the woman was finished with my eyebrows, she spent about two minutes roughly wiping wax away. Luckily I was left with only minor abrasions. The lip however was a different story. She inexpertly waxed the same little spot on my upper lip about 6 times. I've certainly been to my share of shady nail salons for waxing, and I've certainly experienced the waxing professional's sin of waxing the same place more than once, but 6 times? I went home with a burning lip, which by the next day had turned into an infected-looking burn. Four days later, I still have a big scab that I've been slathering religiously with Neosporin. Yuck. It might be time to start shelling out an extra $10 for a real waxing salon. read more

My mom has been coming here for YEARS, and before I started working at a nail salon myself, I used to get my nails done there too. They're really efficient and you can't beat a mani for $9 and a pedi for $13. My mom always comes home with her nails looking great, they last, they're friendly, and she will always be a loyal client because of that. I would book with Linda or Yudy. Fast to the point nail service. They changed their set up now they have new floors and it is a lot neater. I went in and had a pedi done lots of colors quality could be better. The nail tech that did my pedi had bangs very thorough. I like that they sanitize their equipment not all establishments do that. The new guy at the front is really moody so beware. Great place to get your nails at!! Highly recommend this place. Now I don't ever go on here and rate places because few places have been so good I felt I had to recommend, but this place is so professional and clean! They do your nails within 30mins and have the best attitude, you feel welcomed as you walk in. I personally recommend Tony, one of the nail technicians there, that from my point of view is the best in his field. I don't trust anyone else with my nails other than him. If I feel like I didn't like even the slightest thing about the job he'll go above and beyond to make sure I leave happy. I recently also tried his brother and he is an excellent person to do pedicure, the detail in uncanny. Pricing is reasonable and worth it. I used to go with another technician in Santa Monica and western but I always left with bumps and thick nails and their gel would peel off! But with super nails I have beautiful eye catching nails for weeks. Super nails is the place to be ! read more

HORRIBLE NAIL PLACE!!!! Don't waste your time!!! I believe they are under new management and the new management definitely has A LOT of learning/training to do. Wait time is always an eternity. Staff isn't always nice or polite to their customers. Gel nails chip after a day, acrylic nails will start falling apart 2-3 days later. Save yourself the trouble and drive a few blocks west to find a place that truly knows what they're doing and appreciates their customers. Don't get me wrong, I've given them multiple opportunities to redeem themselves, but each time the disappointment is worse. read more

45 min wait for my eyebrows to get waxed and I still ended up walking out. Regular customer for 4 -5 years. The irritation on my skin fluctuates depending on the womans mood (if shes in a rush or frustrated). Not a welcoming place. I wish they cared a bit more. read more

I can officially say I HATE this place. At some point I used to love it because they had such wonderful and professional workers who were amazing. BUT NOW!! None of those workers work there! I wonder why! This place has become such a DUMP! I called to get an appointment for a basic manicure, & the owner told me I have to come and wait after 6:45 because they were sooooooooo busy. But since I left work early, I went in at 6:30 and there was nobody there. (Seriously??) .. So this girl came up take me to her station and she was on her cell phone the entire time. Why am I sitting here if you are not even going to get started on my nails?..... So I waited for about 2 minutes while she was still on her phone, and finally said "excuse me ma'am. But are you going to be on your phone for much longer? I need to get home".. And she didn't even look at me and shouted "ONE SECOND OKAY??".. No! Not okay! I said "excuse me?.. Can u get off your phone".. So she started to file my nails like a mad woman and shouted out to another worker. Then got out of her chair so this other woman can finish my nails... Are you kidding me?.. I said to the woman.. "Why is she soooooo rude".. And the woman said "she's busy, she's on the phone".. So then why do u come to work when you're so busy obsessing over your phone?.. And the owner didn't even do anything about it! Anyways! I got my nails done and left... Here I am two days later.. With half my polish chipped! I will NEVER GO HERE AGAIN! & not to mention... While I was sitting there waiting for my turn.. This lady was working on a child.. Who happened to be no more than 9 years old.. I can tell she was getting super impatient with this child that she was treating her roughly and pulling her hand really harsh.. Very disappointed in the quality of their work. I have been going here for a couple of years now but have stopped over the last few months because their work quality is terrible now. I went in for a pedicure and it was waiting for two hours. Not only that but the woman who did my pedicure was new and being trained for pedicures that same time.
