Used my credit card, and was told AFTER being charged that there is a $5.00 processing fee. If I would've been advised, again prior to finalizing the transaction, I would've paid cash. Additionally smogged another car - I have a 2023 truck. They smogged my truck and again, AFTER THE SERVICE, was told that the first 3 years vehicles don't need smog. I would've appreciated that context before the service (that I have to pay) - or just don't say anything at all. Lastly, as I am waiting in the waiting room, a polite man asked what type of oil they use, employee responded rudely, as the customer leaves - employee comments (in front of other customers) "these people want cheap prices and expensive product". A huge assumption on a simple question that was kindly asked. Customer service lacks, I'm sure mechanical services are good but I can't comment on that part of the business.

We got a Tesla Model X back in the beginning of October and knew right away that we wanted to get is wrapped. After a few days of hardcore researching my husband decided to call Robert and ask questions and inquire about the wrapping process. He was so pleased with Roberts knowledge that he decided to go down to see his work in person. When we arrived at Automotive Emporium, we were greeted by both Leah and Robert, and they are just the most laid back, knowledgeable, and fun people you'll ever meet! He showed us our options and explained some of the fine print details to us about what we wanted to do. We decided on the spot that we wanted to get it done. We had a family trip planned out for a couple weeks later and we were planning on being gone for a few weeks, so we figured that would be the perfect time to get the wrap done. Robert was even nice enough to plug our car in to charge AND drop it off down the street to Ronald at Midnight Tinting to get it tinted for us. When we came back from our trip, we went to go pick up our car and it was just amazing!!!! He had added on the rim protectors and put the protective coating on our rims, wrapped the entire car, and waterproofed our floor mats. As we did pick it up when it was raining, he told us there was a possibility of it bubbling, so to watch it for two weeks and give him a call if anything needed to be done. Two weeks later we noticed a couple bubbles so we made an appointment to take it back in. He fixed it within a matter of days and we were able to pick it back up. This was a few months back and we couldn't be any happier with Robert and his service! I can't tell you enough how worth it this experience was. If I could give ten stars, I would!!
