The inspector was clearly not knowledgeable and couldn't answer most of our questions on site. His typical responses were, "I'm not sure" or "I don't know." He couldn't even confirm whether the bathroom exhaust fan was functioning properly. Most frustratingly, he completely missed the fact that four electrical panel ports were not working--a major oversight. Now we're stuck with repairs estimated to cost over $2,000, and possibly more. This experience has been extremely disappointing. I will not be returning and do not recommend their services to anyone.
