I really like this car wash. There are a lot of spaces for you to vacuum out your car. They have air for your tires as well as for the crevices between your seat. They give you little wipes for in your car while you are going through the car wash and they give you air fresheners. There are also Matt cleaners and glass cleaner with towel towels available. The staff is friendly and they do not kick you out. If you are there for a while. The only thing I do not love about the car wash. Is they try to hard sell you on buying a month-long pass. The month-long pass sounds like a good deal because you get it paid for in two washes however, if you do not go to the car wash often enough it may not be a good deal for you. read more

Beware! Beware! Beware! I recently moved to the area from the East Valley, and was looking for a new car washing service and tried the Super Star Car Wash location in Peoria on 67th Ave. . On July 3, 2025, I took a routine fitness class at Lifetime (right next door to this car wash) and drove over to get my vehicle washed. As I exited the wash, I discovered that the machine had completely ripped off my rear fender. The site manager apologized, accepted responsibility, and told me their claims representative would contact me within 24 hours to resolve the matter. That never happened. Instead, I was ignored for weeks. When I finally got a system-generated response, it was a denial--issued without investigation, without a single question to me, and without the video proof they originally promised to provide (their staff admitted the cameras exist). I emailed customer service repeatedly. I even tracked down their claims email address and sent multiple follow-ups. No replies. Thankfully, I have comprehensive and collision coverage, so my insurance will cover repairs--but that's not the point. This company caused the damage, and they should be responsible. Filing a claim through my insurance will likely raise my rates for the next 3-7 years depending on location. That's not fair to consumers--it's the company's responsibility to make customers whole. When I was finally able to get a ride back to the wash (my car was undrivable because the fender was dragging), the store manager told me the regional manager was on vacation, the previous store manager had been let go, and I wasn't the only customer that week with damage they refused to cover. He admitted frustration but ultimately said he couldn't help. He gave me the regional manager's email, who--surprise--never responded either. A week later, I received a generic email from a "claims representative" denying my claim without: * Speaking to me * Requesting photographic proof * Reviewing the video evidence I know exists I responded, asking for the denial criteria, the promised video, and offering video from Lifetime showing my vehicle in perfect condition right before the wash. I also have service records proving there was no prior rear-end damage. To this day (August 14, 2025), I've had no response. The stress of dealing with Superstar Car Wash began to affect my mental health. Eventually, I had no choice but to file through my insurance, using all my vacation time because I couldn't get to work, then working unpaid when my time ran out. My insurance company is now also being ignored by Superstar Car Wash and is escalating the matter internally to advocate for me. I should not have had to: * File an insurance claim * Pay my deductible * Rent a car * Suffer a potential rate increase for years This company's behavior is abhorrent--ignoring customers, denying responsibility without investigation, and leaving people to suffer financial and emotional harm. If you do business with a company that could potentially damage your property, beware: a reputable business should take responsibility, not dodge it. I've taken time to write this because I believe consumers deserve to know. I have documented proof of every email and non-response from Superstar Car Wash, should anyone wish to see it. Final note: The on-site staff were kind. Jacob, in particular, was a shining light in this nightmare--professional, empathetic, and doing his best in an impossible situation. Great wash for a beater car that you don't care about but don't go here with any of your cars or trucks you value unless you want scruff marks from their machine. was told AFTER the fact that I shouldn't have gone thru the wash. But they sure were happy to take my money beforehand.. had to fill out claim and waste 2 hrs of my time being sent to another carwash to get it "fixed" by the other manager who also didn't have a clue what was going on..told me the scruff was too deep to repair that I need to submit claim online. did that & was denied instantly. no one cares to help here. they also didn't give me a receipt for proof & when I asked for one he couldnt print it for some reason anymore. typical. read more

I have been a customer since this location opened and used to love it, but their claims process is genuinely terrible. My car was damaged on August 29th due to their machines malfunctioning. The service I received that day was extremely disappointing--the staff acted like this kind of incident was completely routine. They handed me a piece of paper, brushed me off, and showed zero concern. I was told I'd receive an email within 3-5 days. Instead, I heard nothing until September 10th, and that email simply said someone else would be contacting me soon. No one actually reached out until September 26th. The claims representative, Stefanie M., finally emailed to say she'd be my point of contact and invited me to reach out with any questions. On September 29th, she informed me that my claim was denied. I replied that same day asking clarifying questions so I could understand their decision. I never received a response. I have followed up five times since then and have been ignored by both Stefanie M. and Super Star entirely. I don't understand why it took a full month to reach a decision, why my claim was denied in the first place, or why my follow-up questions were dismissed. This business does not take responsibility, does not communicate, and clearly does not care about its customers or their vehicles. Do not trust this company. read more

Went into the car wash. My car didn't get fully clean. It missed a lot of my car. Pulled to the vacuums. No spray bottles, and the towels were all dry and looked dirty. And there was barely any. Didn't care for how the attendant greeted me when I pulled up. He wouldn't take no for an answer when I said I didn't want a membership. They changed the wipes and air freshener service so that you have to get it yourself out of a metal box with small openings. I cut my hand trying to get the wipes out. I'm only giving this location a bad review because one of the service men told me my monthly membership expired, signed me up for another one. It in fact did not expire so I've been paying for two for about 7 months. The only customer service they have is an email that takes 3 business days for a response. I worked with them in good faith, they acknowledged their error, said they resolved the problem. The charge came through AGAIN!! They are now ghosting me and will not refund the charges. They have become very aggressive about their subscription plan harassing you every time you get a wash even berating their low priced wash saying "don't you like your car" lol. Now they're threatening to increase the price for the lower priced wash to make the subscriptions more appealing however, I think Jackson's or Costco give you better value. Don't get me wrong. Terrible car wash and customer service. My boyfriend went through the car wash yesterday and the rotating brush washers ripped off the side of his bumper and left a large crack. He was unaware that he supposedly had to notify someone on duty before leaving the premises, as he quickly went home first to show his family the damages and ask what he should do. He did however take a time-stamped video of the damages while at the car wash, showing the visible damage and returned the next day to make a claim. He spoke with the manager, Kyle, who said it was impact damage and to "be careful who you park next to," as there was allegedly no possible way the car wash could have caused it. We don't claim to be car experts, but this is simply not possible. If someone had struck his car hard enough to crack it, there would have been visible scratches or a dent, of which there were none. The manager proceeded to point out some distant smudges and claimed that "someone had definitely hit him here" and that it was the cause of the damage. We were fully aware that the manager was attempting to avoid liability and responsibility in the incident. My boyfriend asked if they could examine the cameras from inside the car wash, because he heard a strange sound while going through that he initially dismissed until noticing the damage. The manager agreed, but said that there was still absolutely no way that they would take a claim for it. He returned once more today, as Kyle made no effort to reach back out to him or review the cameras. He requested to see the footage, as Kyle insisted that there was no possible way this could happen as a result of the car wash (even though this has happened to others that we know). The manager flat-out denied, which meant that there was no way for us to potentially see the damages being caused by the car wash. It definitely seemed suspicious, unethical, and unprofessional. While I was a loyal customer for 6 years, I had my auto payment denied when I had my credit card number compromised. I received no email, or call, or text that my payment was not process. They just canceled my membership. I contacted customer service immediately and they refused to reinstate my plan. They stated I had to start with a new plan, which was much more expensive. After several back and worths, I will no longer be a customer there. As for this location on 67th, many times some of the spinners were not working, and many times they did not have any clean towels, the air was not working, and the vacuums would be turned off in certain spots. While this was annoying, I was getting a good value there. But I'm not going to pay double to have poor broken non working equipment. I'm off to find a new wash for my family and our three cars. read more

Got a link for a coupon for a free car wash to this location, would have been my first time using this location. The link was not working and I drove all the way over there to use the coupon. When I showed the manager that the coupon wasn't loading, he tried to say it was my phone. When I showed him every other website I attempted to access was working, he just simply asked me, "what would you have me do about it? If the link isn't working, it's not working. I can't do anything without a barcode." Terrible customer experience and then it's also difficult to try to contact over the website, it requires a login for an account. I was previously part of a different car wash, but this was right by my house and allows you to clean the inside on your own. So, I canceled and signed up with this one and so thankful that I did. Right when I rolled up CARLOS was right there to greet me. Since my membership did not yet go through on line, although it said it did, he was able to help me and verify that I was indeed a member.
