Crappy car wash. All mechanized so no attention to detail. Last visit there was an attendant with a sprayer, I suppose to get the front of your car. I specifically asked her if she would spray the front of my car because the license plate and Grill were dirty. I believe she was a zombie. Absolutely no recognition of my requests whatsoever, So I came out with the front of the car just as dirty as before. But the shitty car wash isn't the whole story. I made the mistake of enrolling with a monthly fee. So far, over two months, it has proven impossible to get them to stop billing me. I have asked. I will go in today and ask again. But it looks like their idea of Service is charging me $20 a month regardless. This is theft. I would never go near this place! Never! read more

WORST LOCATION IN THE VALLEY!! I've gone to this location for the last time. Today I was the second car in line to pay and waited for about 15 minutes and watched the person in front try to pay with a credit card multiple times until the non-motivated attendant with poney tail came over, pants falling off, tap buttons on the machine until it took the credit card. As a result, the line was backed onto the street. I finally went through and went to finish drying my car to find NO air pressure in any of the air nozzles, NO suction in most of the vacuums, as I changed spots within the lot. Alot of the towels were already dry and pretty much non-existent. This is the most poorly managed location in the valley. There are always issues at this location. After a few years and many usages of the restroom at the 7th st location. I was told by Kris today they don't have public restroom. I've had to call the corporate headquarters about this before at another location. I was informed that all location have restrooms so why individuals decide who can and can't use the restroom is crap. I'm a veteran and need to use the restroom from time to time as I am a ride share driver part time. I use the supercarwashes as they are all over the valley and I can take care of my cars and self in one stop. So disappointing to see that paying customers put on the back burner for personal reasons. I usually have a good experience here. Today, I bought the two full service washes for 33 dollars. My first wash was great. When I returned in an hour to get my second car washed, I did not get the full service wash. No wax, no sealant, etc. When I brought it up to the worker, who happens to be the manager, he gave me a code for a free wash that expired in one day. I drove my car back through the wash and only got the basic wash again. If the wash is not working properly at least tell the customers and get it fixed. read more

Great value for the monthly membership. Quick lines always, even when crowded. Lots of vacuums and towels. A great wash but your car will be streaky if you don't jump out and finish the drying with towels because the dryers in the drive thru don't get the job done. But aside, I love it. This place is a dump. The vacuums have very little suction. Litter is everywhere, the trash cans overflowing, and the towel boxes are empty. Go to the Cobblestone west of I-17 at Peoria. It is new...and hopefully they maintain it better than the disgrace at 22nd and Northern. read more

This was my first time here. I bought the basic clean. I liked that they gave me a wipe for the interior and a scented hanger. The reason I gave this business 2 stars is that it didn't dry the back of my car. I had to pull a rag out of my car (glad I had a clean one) and wipe down the window and entire back portion of my car. This is a deal breaker for me - I won't be going back. read more

Kris went out of his way to help me get an issue resolved. He saw how confused I was when I tried to pay for a basic wash and found out I somehow signed up for a membership. I didn't even have to ask. He came over to me and offered to see what he could find out and let me know. When I was done he confirmed that I did in fact have a monthly membership. I asked if I could just cancel it online when I got home, but again Kris went above and beyond and said he would cancel it for me and I could watch him delete my account! Recent experience had us cancel our premium accounts after 4 years. Ran my car through and an hour later I felt a powdery film on the entire surface. Even on the glass. I immediately drove back to speak to the manager and asked that he feel the car. He wouldn't even take off his gloves to feel it. Come on..really. We elevated our complaint and another manager said it was sap. I don't park near trees and in the 19 states I have lived in I have never seen sap be distributed as a smooth layer across the entire car. So we elevated again but to no avail our complaints kept getting denied. Really all we wanted them to do was detail my car to make this right. But nope. They would rather lose a loyal 4 year customer who gave them the chance to right this to me writing this review to warn others to beware that their expensive possession and business means NOTHING to Super Star. This place totally sucks. We drove 10 minutes out of our way to use a coupon and it turns out the business hasn't been updated on any of the sites. Today I was hit from behind in the car wash here. The operator saw and refused to stop the line. At 8 months pregnant I was forced to run through the car wash and ask him to turn it off so we could assess damage and he said he "didn't know how to." While filling out an incident report with the manager, Angel, he stated we were being "hysterical" and "blaming him." I have a monthly membership there and i love it. My baby loves going through the car wash so it's basically a two for one since my car gets cleaned and my baby loves it. Every single time i go through, the employees are sweet. Today i went through with colossal piles of bird poop on my car and the staff was super helpful. I went through twice and it was still on my hood so Adrian came out and helped me scrub it off with a towel and Julien let us go through again. They even upgraded my wash. Super sweet of them and greatly appreciated! By the end of it, my car was finally clean. I also don't normally buy the highest wash but i might start upgrading because it seemed like it did a lot better of a job! read more

Yesterday, I visited this location to get a car wash. I proceeded to pay, and then I proceeded to go through the car wash as I was in the car wash. I received a alert on my dashboard, saying that my tire was flat, so I proceeded to go through the tunnel, and once I was done, I pulled over to the closest parking spot to see what the problem was. I noticed that my tire had pop during the car wash in the tunnel. Once I seen that I went to locate a employee. I don't know his name, but he had long hair, and he was Hispanic , I told him the situation and he told me that there's nothing that they can do about my car even though I went through the car wash and paid for it. He said that there's nothing they can do about the car wash popping my tires so I asked to speak with his manager and his manager told me the same thing he did not apologize. He was very rude and I felt like he did not want to deal with the situation at all because I was sitting there waiting for him and he kept walking away before walking towards me. I felt very uncomfortable and really unappreciated. I've gone to you guys establishment so many times different locations, and I've never had this problem before the manager named that was on duty. His name was Angel he was really rude. He did not want to deal with my situation. He just wanted to hurry up and leave and didn't want to work with me. I think you guys should do a better job on training your employees on a situation like this I feel it was very unprofessional of them. They did not give me any information on who to call and hook to contact. They did not want to give me anything. I was stuck at the car wash for an hour before I even got anybody to come help me remove my tire. It was very unprofessional for them not to even help... I even still pay for my car wash and the manager did not refund my car wash due to this. He wasn't even sympathetic.
