I went there and bought a special subscription and the wash was surprisingly better than more expensive places like cobblestone. I had to fill out a paper receipt for the "contract" but I took a few photos to get all the details. Don't forget to do that if you want to do a subscription. The manager helped me with it and was nice. I just felt bad for the girl handing me the towels and air freshener because she looked like she was rethinking her life choices and you could tell she didn't want to be there and I don't blame her. These places might be shady but the employees aren't usually involved in the scams, they just need a job. The wash was pretty decent getting off all the bird crap and dirt that has accumulated on the car for months. The only residue was very tough bird poop specs and dead bugs on the front bumper, but no car wash is gonna get that off. The vacuum area was clean and the towels provided were fluffy and bright and looked new. My happy friend was restocking the towels as I was drying and I found that I only needed one towel to dry and wipe the inside of the door jams. I just hope that when the time comes after my promo ends, I can cancel the subscription easily. I marked my calendar to do it several weeks before like the receipt says.

My car was filthy with all sorts of killed bugs all over the front end and the windshield, having driven in from SoCal. I chose the middle level wash which was not cheap at $22.99. Nonetheless, it took about 30 secs to go through and the results were decent: I did not expect all the bug marks to be taken off and they didn't all come off. However, the windshield and hood were 100% clear, the front fascia cleaned up about 70%. Colorful car wash; it's quick and if you are a local they have a month membership for $32 or $34 for unlimited washes which, in my opinion, is a good deal.

I was involved in a 3 car car accident while inside--YUP....THREE-car car accident. They put cars in here tight and close. I had issues being loaded to start. Somehow loaded my car in and then loaded two behind me. While in neutral--was rear ended not once, not twice, but three times before I had to drive my car out of the car wash. My car--a car I haven't had more than 2 months now has a 2 ft long dent. The manager never came to address any of us. The attendant took our information and photos. It has been a couple weeks and I got 1 phone call asking for me and letting me know it was under investigation and that I would be contacted--I only know that the "investigation" was done and "all" parties were talked to and the lead driver braked and moved their (my) steering wheel--reading responses on my reviews on Google and the BBB....amazing what happens when you're being hit numerous times...no formal follow up. Pretty unprofessional and disappointing. Thank goodness for insurance--they will be doing their own investigation! Please just go elsewhere! Save yourself the stress, nightmare, and headache! The car wash itself was great, and when I came out to the vacuum area to dry off, there wasn't a lot of water residue left over. So I would say the dryers work better than some other places. The vacuums worked great and there were lots of towels available for drying your car. For a limited time, you can get their best wash for $20/month which is 40% off the normal price. I'd say that's a great deal! I definitely recommend this place.
