Very bad customer service!! This people are the worst one in meeting on time for the appointment and they charge way over the standard rate for any service. They tell you that the service has a 6 months warranty, but if you have an issue with the service during the 6 months, good luck with getting a hold of anyone there. They will reject your calls and do not respond at all!!! read more

I called them at 6:36pm, and they told me they would come within an hour and 30 minutes. I waited and waited, and since there was no phone call or text message from them informing me of their delay or whether they were coming after all, I reached out to them in a text message at 7:55pm: NO RESPONSE. We gave them the benefit of the doubt, and we waited again. My husband then called them an hour later, (8:50pm) and basically told them respectfully, we called you about 2 + hours ago requesting your service and your arrival time has surpassed, so are you still coming, we have been waiting. Their response was: in 8 minutes we will be there. Well they didn't show up! VERY DISAPPOINTING. Honesty and professionalism is much appreciated, and clearly this company did not. read more

Juan & Angel did an amazing job. We thought we were dealing with a stubborn clog in our conjoined vanity sinks, and so we did everything to try and clear it: chemical gels that did not clear the clog, and then a hand auger we bought at Home Depot, and neither resolved the problem. We decided to call a plumber as we knew we needed professional help. We had galvanized steel under our house that was badly corroded as you can see in the pictures. Juan and Angel worked from 10am to 8pm and they replaced ALL of our old plumbing, that had actually collapsed in two places, unbeknownst to us. They sent us pictures of before and after and we're professional and thorough. We are relieved and thankful for a job well done! They also guarantee their work against leaks for 25 years! They have integrity they're consistent and are patient and that's exactly the kind of Company I like to deal with .. I had a clogged mainline and they used a Hydro jet to clear it up and worked perfect .. I called when they were 15 mins late and they said they were almost there and at the 30 and so forth they stopped answering the phone and never called us back. Had to hydro jet our main when we got back from vacation, went by very smoothly. Servicemen knew what he was doing.

I usually use these guys but today was not good. It took them 4 hours to unclog a drain. Ok, but then they left and left a mess in my bathroom. The toilet was left dirty, the rugs were not put back, dirty water spots were left on my wall n door, and his attempt at mopping the floor.... let's just say it was left worse. If this is how they do service now, then no matter how good they have been in the past i can not recommend them. read more
