I'm updating my previous 5-star review based on my most recent experience…read more I purchased four new tires for my truck, and what should have been a simple installation turned into eight trips back to the Concord store. During the original installation, two of my TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) sensors were damaged. On my second visit, they replaced the sensors, but they still didn't report tire pressure. On my third visit, I was told everything was working and that I just needed to drive the truck until the sensors synchronized with the vehicle. After driving all weekend with no change, I returned for a fourth visit, where the sensors were reset, but I was told there was nothing more they could do. On my fifth visit, I explained that I was ready to take my truck to Toyota to have the issue fixed and wanted to know if they would cover the cost. Instead, they asked me to give them one more chance. I came back the next day for my sixth visit, and after calling their technical support line, the technician finally discovered the real problem--they had installed the wrong TPMS sensors. Because they were too busy to fix it that day, I had to return yet again. On my seventh visit, after waiting over an hour before my truck was even taken into the shop, the correct sensors were finally installed and everything worked as it should have from the beginning. When I got home, I realized one of my hubcaps was missing. Fortunately, they had it, but that meant an eighth trip back to the store. The biggest disappointment wasn't that mistakes were made--mistakes happen. It was that no one in management took ownership of the problem. By the third visit, the store manager should have stepped in to ensure the issue was resolved instead of having me make repeated trips. To make matters worse, I overheard the manager referring to me as "the guy who keeps complaining about his tire sensors." After eight trips to correct problems that began during their installation, I don't think my frustration was unreasonable. The one employee who deserves recognition is Rene. He took the time to investigate the issue instead of making another guess, and he ultimately discovered that the wrong sensors had been installed. Thank you, Rene, for doing what should have been done much earlier. Unfortunately, this experience erased the confidence I had from my previous visit. I can no longer recommend the Concord store and will be taking my business elsewhere. I am giving 2 stars because of Rene without his help this was a zero start experience.

I spoke with a person less than 5 mins walking in. He checked out my vehicle and told me that it would be taken care of within 45 mins. I had 3 ppl on front of me. I would suggest you go very early when they open at 8 am if you do not have an appt. They took care of my tire.

During the process of swapping out the old tires for the new, 3 out of 4 of my wheels got chewed up a little. Erik called me down to take a look and offered me a few different options to make sure they corrected the mistake. The wheels I had on my truck were extremely nice (I liked them) but they were discontinued. So we tried to see if we could get someone to repair the scratches/gouges but unfortunately they would look the same. The would end up being painted completely black, losing that milled look. After a couple weeks I called Erik back and suggested we have to go another route, which would be for them to purchase new wheels for me. And so he did. (Not the same, but some very nice ones). They took care of replacing my old wheels with the new ones and everything looked ok. A day or 2 later Erik called me because he noticed something I didn't. The lug nuts. My previous wheels had a cap over the lugs so you didn't see them. However, my new wheels don't have that, so you can see the lug nuts and they didn't look that good up against the black wheels. Erik called and offered to order me some black lug nuts to soften the appearance on my new wheels. All in all, Erik went above and beyond to take care of me and make sure all was done correctly. Great guys. Great to work with and over all i highly recommend this place.

The tire kept leaking air and I kept refilling it throughout the week. I was having trouble finding time to take care of it with my work schedule. I called after 5pm to see if they could fit me in. From the initial call to replacing the faulty valve, they were professional and on it! They also checked the tire for leaks and checked all 4 tire sensors. I took my van here for a simple oil change and ended up with a major problem. Shortly after leaving…read more25 miles , while driving on I-680 toward Fairfield, other drivers started honking and warning me that my van was leaking fluid and smoking. I pulled over and found oil all over the engine, under the van, and even on the back and sides. My company had to send another van to transfer my load, and I waited two hours for a tow truck. When I arrived back at the shop, the front desk staff greeted me with an attitude instead of offering help. The mechanic, Williams, first claimed the issue wasn't related to their work. Later, after I followed up, I was told it was caused by a defective filter. Another employee admitted they had forgotten to install the oil filter ring. Even after they "cleaned" the van, it was still dripping oil everywhere. I asked for a proper steam clean and reimbursement for the tow, but both were refused. Williams also stated they would not cover any dealer inspection or repair costs if further damage is found. Overall, the situation was handled very unprofessionally. The mistake caused me a major inconvenience, lost time, and potential damage to my vehicle, yet the shop refused to take full responsibility. Not recommended.
