The tenant did have a bit of a mess , which all they needed to do was tell him to clean it up, but the manner that he was told in was racism and degrading. I got home and let my grandmother know about this and the very next day we gave our 30 day notice which we got harassed in the process my grandmother and I do not support racist people. I since further tried to contact a member of management, but I keep getting the runaround once they found out it was to make a complaint.

Money was tight but they worked with me to take a payment over the phone from family out of state. When I needed a bigger unit because I had more items than I thought they helped me easily get a bigger unit that was close by so I didn't have to move everything far since I was mostly moving everything on my own. When a payment was made online and corporate messed up the lady's in the office made sure it was all taken care of quickly. Recently I needed to go into a smaller unit for financial reasons and that too was an easy transition and while I was moving things alone every so often the office staff came to check on me to see if I needed water or anything. Overall the customer service is beyond amazing, they do their best to keep the grounds clean and welcoming. As far as price it's a bit on the higher end but you do get a very nice clean location with fantastic customer service as well as security. I've heard and read reviews on the $11 upcharge well they do explain that it's for insurance and you have the option to not pay the $11 through them and get your own through your own liking. Only downside is yes the storages get dusty (this is a building design and corporate issue though) and some of the customers are extremely rude and disrespectful.

Explained to Maria in the office that I needed a storage for a short period of time she provided all available options and advised of the deal they had on a 10 x 10 unit - $75 At the time of contract you pay the monthly fee plus a $25 processing fee. I suggest brining your own lock as they do sell some there but they range around $40 and up. Overall it gets the job done and it's in a secure location!

I arrived at 9:50 to Pick up a few things from my unit and was at the gate to leave at 10:07. First time late leaving ....ever. Onsite manager comes up to me, at the gate, and tells me I'm trespassing and that she will "let me Leave" this time. She was rude and condescending. I hope the owners read this. She needs a different job elsewhere. She is not representing you well. She could have very easily said "hey it looks like you're getting out of here a few minutes late tonight. Please try to be out a little earlier next time". But she was nothing like that. I'll start looking for a different storage tomorrow.
