I was visiting out of town and only packed for an overnight. Due to COVID-19, I had to resort to a longer visit. I was fine with that, but I wasn't willing to go through all the trouble of wearing the same thing, buying anything new, where most stores were closed or were low in inventory- I opted to wash my clothes. Initially it didn't seem like an instant option. I considered myself being on vacation, even though my experience was less than traditional. I'm so super glad Super Wash was open!!! Omgawd! It was clean. Open. Not packed. Had every imaginable size of washing machines. I was dreading I was going to spend $15-$20 just to wash a pair of jeans, shirt, socks, underwear and decided to throw in my backpack. The attendant, Jennifer was so cool! She asked if I needed anything. Offered to set me up. I felt like I was in a home, where Mom or a loving Grandmother insists - in a living and nurturing way, to assist! Ugh. I was so relieved and grateful. Fir some reason I don't consider going to a laundromat while out of town a highlight, but this place is legit!!!! And they have a secured (and clean restroom), stores nearby (I was thirsty), books, magazines and tv monitors. Thank you Jennifer for saving me! I recommend this spot if you're nearby. Oh! I've been a customer here for a very long time I love it here because the place is very clean and organized I love the staff that I usually interact with until today. I usually come during the day but I decided to come in the evening. The associate I believe her name is Amirah she doesn't do anything and has a really bad attitude. It's like she gets paid to do nothing literally! Always in the office on her phone doing nothing even having a guy in the office chit chatting and having the guy do her job I don't even know who to approach the guy or her so unprofessional! When I needed help with something she was no where to be found and when I finally found her I was given attitude! A customer actually spilled soap all over the floor and asked for my help because she couldn't find the person that works here. It's really frustrating because every time I come to wash the other young ladies that I've seen they are constantly checking on the customers and cleaning making sure everything is perfect working there butt off and to see someone that works here and does nothing? Was here a couple weeks ago on 4/9 finally have time to write this. Something happened between a customer and your attendant lenor, she was screaming at him to leave and he wasn't even doing anything. She kept saying "get the fuck out I run this show" she makes your business look ghetto and bad. She's always on her phone sitting in her office and always has a bad attitude towards everyone!!! I'm constantly hearing her be negative about someone there. I always avoid going on her shifts now because she makes me feel uncomfortable. I'm sorry to write this because I do love coming here for years and the owner, Anita and Jennifer have always been so sweet and have great customer service. Please have her work on her attitude towards her customers and co workers. I've seen her get in many altercations with your other employees also, super embarrassing to have someone like that working there read more

The other reviews are right on for this laundromat. Super clean, free WiFi and phone/tablet charging, open late, safe area. Large machines for bulky items, snack and soap vending machines. The owner was there and gave me a free coin sack. Best of all!! Outdoor patio seating....so cool! I picked up a sandwich at the deli across the street and ate it outside while I waited and watched a show on my iPad. Just moved to the area and I was in need of a good laundry service (my apartment complex's machines were down). I came across this place on Yelp and was especially intrigued by all the many good reviews. I do not regret coming whatsoever, I met a worker on duty (I think her name is Aaron). She helped me get familiarized with the machines, and she did her best to keep the place clean, very professional. Parking is limited! I come late hours; so it's not too bad. All their machines are fairly new. My favorite part is the vending machine! Always takes my money and also sometimes I think it's easier to buy the small "to-go" laundry detergents. Saves the hassle from bringing them from home. Prices aren't expensive. They have a ton of space for folding and the benches are comfortable. TVs are also new and you can hear the news. Don't stuff the machines!!! They clean well if you don't over pack them! Everything you would need from a coin operated laundry mat, and more! Staff is extremely friendly, and very helpful for any issues; which are slim to none, that need to be resolved, and taken care of hastily! Loving the new owners extra steps at making the environment feel much more relaxing, such as improving decor, and also improving the quality of the furniture to a much more comfortable format. I absolutely love this place! My washer broke down again at home and I had visited a few different laundry places but they were dirty and there customer service was awfuk.. When I came with my daughter to this place it was absolutely wonderful! I prefer this place over the laundry in my apartment complex. it's so much cleaner and free wifi and chargers for all phone types!.
