I really enjoy going to this laundromat. Everything is always clean and tidy. Anita and Leonor are very helpful, and are constantly asking if everything is working fine. They let me know that if there are any issues I can ask them for assistance. Everyone is wearing masks, and surfaces are cleaned every 30 minutes it seems. They are both very professional and nice to all the customers. They both ask about my daughter when I come in, and make me feel welcomed. I recommend this laundromat to anyone who wants to enjoy doing laundry as much as one can enjoy doing laundry. Great job! read more

I have recently met Jay the owner and Leonor who works there as well and they are the icing on the cake. they are very kind and very welcoming. I've been coming to the laundromat for two years now and I live 15 minutes away there are many laundromats closer to me but I choose this one because it's clean it has a bathroom and they are open early and close late. What I also do enjoy is that it is very centrally located to many little shops and places to eat you can walk to while you're waiting for your clothes to wash and/or dry. I do like that they have a patio outside in the front where you can sit and relax and drink your tea or meditate while you wait. The employees here are very friendly and helpful, they keep everything clean and in working condition and are always available when needed. They even come around and check in and sometimes they hand out bags and coin purses. There's places to sit and even a little library and toys for kids. There's tv's everywhere and all different channels so you can find something interesting if you didn't bring your own entertainment. The volume isn't on (or if it is it's quiet) so it's not noisy. There are lots of machines to use. $3.25 for washer $0.50 for 10 mins drying. Parking is limited! I come late hours; so it's not too bad. All their machines are fairly new. My favorite part is the vending machine! Always takes my money and also sometimes I think it's easier to buy the small "to-go" laundry detergents. Saves the hassle from bringing them from home. Prices aren't expensive. They have a ton of space for folding and the benches are comfortable. TVs are also new and you can hear the news. Don't stuff the machines!!! They clean well if you don't over pack them! There is a mature petite woman, hispanic about 5'3', 110 pounds who I have witnessed harass individuals when they come in to use their services, either to wash, get water or anything. She monitors people instead of following COVID guidelines of 6 feet and whoever enters, I have noticed because of COVID some people are using there laundry service at there apartment and need quarters she has chased people out to there car claiming there stealing when they use the quarter machine for change, demanding to see there laundry and question there process before they can even get out the car. This is nuts considering she is putting her self at risk and others at the laundry mat. I believe if there was better customer service and not being harassed by an individual with false claims this location would get more service instead of an empty place. This review is on observation when I have used this location in the past for laundry service there is a much cleaner and nicer one on Paramount blvd. next to McDonald's. read more

My first time going was nice. The staff was friendly and even offered a coin bag to put my quarters in. It was not packed at all I went on a Wednesday evening. My second visit, it was very packed and was not enough carts to carry my clothes inside. I had to borrow one someone was using. I still love this place and will continue to go back. read more

First off I've never in my life been at an Laundromat with all the machines are working. It's 7:30 at night and they still have a staff member working and keeping the place clean. All the machines are reasonable prices at that. The giant machine is $6 that's a deal. Another cool thing about this place is that they have a chargers for us to use and nice outdoor seating. The Good: Clean, most of the machines usually work, outdoor patio seating. The Bad: Do your laundry as early as possible. Some people literally hang out here with their entire family, usually at night. There's an old man that works here, but he's about 70 and if there's any riff raff he's not going to help. Oh, and you WILL be approached by Jehovah Witnesses... Just smile and act busy. The Ugly: Whatever you do, do not park in the hair salon parking stalls located on the west side of the parking lot. This is still my go-to laundry when I need to wash big items. Big machines, free WIFI and now a courtesy phone charging station, it just gets better and better. Today they were giving out free red vine licorice and tote bags. The place is always very clean from the bathroom, floor, tables and machines.
