It was my first time at a bowl place. I wish they would explain it a bit more cus I feel like I could get away with adding way more. Most of the waiters were not attentive. Out of maybe 6 only one Asian guy was just up and down the restaurant. I ordered their seaweed which I love but you can't really mess that up. Unagi was good. For the bowl I just mixed a few things here and there. I had to ask for extra wasabi to make it "spicy" or at least to feel something cus I added curry and a few of their hot sauces and it was not spicy at all. Would I come back?? Our first time. I usually judge a sushi place by the unagi sushi. It was excellent!!! Melts in your mouth. Then I had the lobster tempura roll which was out of this world! I assume it's because they don't know where good food is. Let me help. Drive up the road 30 minutes, stop in Pearland, pull off at a little place called Wrap & Roll. This new place just opened up last week and I have been there 3 times already! Very nice ambiance and the service was great. When you walk in and get seated at your table, they have a dry erase pen at your table. You can write (on the card) your name and table # with your choice of "starch" for your bowl (rice or noodles). Then the waitress will bring you a bowl and you can go to the stir fry line where you select your protein (seafood, beef, chicken, eggs & tofu), then add your fresh veggies. Your bowl will almost be overflowing lol. Then select your seasoning and your sauce. Put your tray with your card on the counter for them to stir fry and you can go back to your table to sit down. The waitress will bring your cooked bowl to you when ready. Not recommended for those with allergies because they cook things next to each other and sometimes you get "extra" stuff in your bowl from the bowl next to you lol. If you don't want the stir fry, you can order from their full menu. The sushi is delicious and they have a great selection. I like that you can order sushi in 2 pieces in case you want to sample one. Not made for large groups. There is only one area that can be made to sit about 8-10, everything else is for 4-5. Prices are very reasonable! read more

Great food, lots of protein in the chicken teriyaki bowl, the crab puffs are big and crispy and perfectly filled, the black angel roll was yummy. Their seaweed wrap on it was good, it had a little bit of a flavor profile I haven't tasted elsewhere. read more

5 for Lake Jackson, 4 in general. We went around 7pm, it was packed! But we only had to wait for 6mins. Around 8pm, it starts to clear out. They were very attentive and we had a really nice server, Lucas. He switched the channels for us. We had a rainbow roll, a Spider-Man roll, and an udon bowl, and a soda, which came out to $42. The sushi was okay, I like my rice grains smaller with more vinegar. We were nervous, being our first time, didn't know what seasoning and sauce we should use, I ended up picking garlic seasoning, chile flakes, and steak seasoning, Mongolian sauce and a little bit of stir fry sauce, the flavor was really good, not too saucy or salty. They gave a lot of noodles. We stacked up our bowl with proteins and veggies, scallop, calamari, black mushrooms, and steak are a must to add to your bowl. It has a fresh hot wok taste that can't be duplicated at home. Overall, it was a good experience. read more
