My SCAN hmo uses Super Care for CPAP supplies. My doctor put in an authorizativpon for my reorder of CPAP supplies. Super Care called had the authorization but needed an prescription which needs to be done annually. Super Care called they got the order but the mask was wrong and didn't have the tank. I received a called today from a lady today from Super Care. She looked at order and ask if I needed a heated a tube I said yes. She said the order was wrong. I said shouldn't that been caught on the previous order. She said was there a previous order? She put me on hold for 20 minutes and it hung up and went to the survey. I called again and they called me back and nobody answered and it went to hold again. I called a third time and Thank God Daniel called me back. He said the doctor messed up the second order and combined both orders to get the supplies I needed. You should give Daniel a raise for thinking out of the box and being a problem solver. read more

This company is beyond incompetent. The only reason I gave them even 1 star is because Yelp requires that you do so. I returned my C-pap machine to them in July of last year, and haven't ordered anything from them since, and I am STILL receiving invoices from the for products I never ordered. And they also billed my insurance company for orders that never happened. Do yourself a favor and don't ever do business with them. read more

What happened to Supercare health? They use to be great but the last year or so absolutely everything about them has gone completely downhill. Their employees all seem to be overseas with thick accents you can't understand, especially as a hearing impaired person, they seem to have no training at all, they're completely incompetent. Wait-times are INSANE, I've been on hold twice today for over 30 minutes each time placing an order that use to take 2 minutes. It's the same order every month for years, but now no one has any idea how to place it. I genuinely hate this company now and I am appalled by their unprofessionalism, incompetence and lack of concern for their customers. This company also sent me adult sized leg rests which I am having difficulty returning and ensuring that I am not being billed for. The local office staff has not been helpful every time I call. I've had the pleasure speaking with the manager Rahkal U. After dealing with DME's for the last 20 years, I MUST say she is the MOST professional / caring and efficient employee a business could possibly find. We are using a lightweight Wheelchair from Supercare Health for my son's knee surgeries. I called to have the footrests replaced. Joseph from Tustin came out on time with the new footrests. I've spent over an hour on the phone with this business to order some home health care supplies that the Vendor that was previously contracted by my insurance would have had handled in 5 minutes. Instead today I've had 3 we cant find you in our system, 2 I've been able to locate you, but the supplies you need aren't in our system and one disconnected/dropped call. But I did manage to find one person who was successful in locating me and what I needed, she was certainly courteous and professional enough and had the know how to assist me and her name was kayla. Came by here... My contact was Gabriel. My initial appt was at 1:00 but the email said come in at 12 noon. So I showed up at noon. Gabriel wasn't expecting me but was VERY professional and courteous and said, no problem. He got me in almost immediately. I was impressed. He made sure I was comfortable and ran me through all the instructions. He was clear and concise and I appreciated his working knowledge. I asked some questions and he was able to answer them all and not just the technical questions. His (probably) constant interactions with end users also means he can advise on more than just the technical aspects, which I also appreciated. This business may not be reputable. Concerning the Recall of Respironics CPAP machines, Supercare does not answer their phone or answer questions about what they will do about the recall. My spouse has breathing issues and needs a BiPAP machine. He uses oxygen. For a few months now, he has not been able to use the device provided by Supercare as the CPAP is on recall. He was advised NOT to use the machine. He needs to have a machine soon. I wonder if Medicare knows they are paying for a device that can't be used? read more

I am a case manager at a skilled nursing facility and this company is just a let down after let down. There is a patient that I discharged home and 2 weeks later still had not received her medical equipment. I called to follow up and they told me that the authorization was missing. For two weeks no one at Supercare thought to call me and let me know that the auth was missing even though I faxed it over with the referral 3 times! My information was all over the documents faxed still I had to follow up with them 3 times just to continue to get the same answer regarding the processing. Another time I had a patient not receive the equipment timely and when I called to follow up on delivery. They kept telling me that the processing and delivery was done with another company and all they would do is send emails to them requesting them to call me back for further assistance and still after 4 attempts or "internal emails" sent still no follow up from anyone. I received an invoice for a wheelchair and commode from Super Care Health while my mother was on Hospice. I had no business dealings with this company. The durable medical equipment my mother used was returned to the original lender and I have the receiving slip to prove it. I asked Super Care Health to give me proof of what equipment my mother used and was informed it would take 7 to 10 weeks to get me that information. I believe that Super Care Health is engaging is shady business practices of billing recently deceased people for profit. There is no logical reason why furnishing me with proof of equipment used should take 7 to 10 weeks. My son has lung disease and has a percussion vest. It broke. We have been waiting for a replacement for over 2 months. They delivered a new pulse oximeter with different limits than the one he had previously. Needless to say no one is getting any sleep. Our O2 concentrator sounds like it's going to explode any minute so I called to have it replaced they seemed very willing to help. They said someone would call to set up delivery asap it has been 3 weeks. So I called again on my drive from Riverside to LA Children's I got to my appointment before anyone helped me we still have the concentrator that sounds on the verge of dying. I'm more sad that the IE cares so little for these fragile kids than anything else. I guess if you aren't on a ventilator making them the big bucks they don't give 2 shits about your kid. I have been waiting for OVER A YEAR for a replacement to my Respironics CPAP machine, yet SuperCare doesn't seem to care whether I need the supplies or not. Don't tell me that they're not aware of who is affected by the recall, as the fact that they have model and item numbers that I would need (in an ideal world where I was actually able to use the device) would suggest that they know exactly what my problem is. Maybe SuperCare and Philips are hoping I'm dead and don't need the machine anymore but they can keep getting $$ from Medicare, since no one seems to be bothered, really, whether I'm breathing or not. read more

Please do not confuse this place with their corporate call in center. As other reviewers say, their main call center (which is not at this Tustin location) is terrible. They do put you on hold, drop the calls, or are not knowledgeable. I can attest that those are true concerns. HOWEVER, one we got through the corporate side of SuperCare, and were connected to the Tustin facility, it's night and day. This review is for the Tustin location. They are great! They are speedy and accommodating. We usually work with their respiratory therapist Chris. He is so nice and helpful and seems to genuinely care about the patient's wellbeing. He has gone above and beyond and is very friendly and professional. I almost didn't continue past the terrible phone service initially by the call in center of SuperCare. I am thankful I stayed the course because we are very happy with the service we receive from the Tustin location. read more

Called SuperCare Health corporate to schedule an appointment to pick up my dad's new CPAP machine. I'm closer to the Industry location but Tustin was available sooner. We are glad we came here. The Respiratory Therapist Chris was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all the questions we had, and gave us a lot of tips on making the ownership experience hassle free.
