I paid $55 before tip for basic haircuts for my two boys ages 9 and 11 with no shampoo or extras included. It felt overpriced for what we received. I should have checked the reviews and confirmed the pricing beforehand. We went mainly for convenience and because we previously had a good experience with a male stylist who was not there this time. I checked in and waited while one stylist who was working took two other customers before me. I was still waiting until 11.25am. So finally I just left. Greg was the stylist. He had the worst attitude ever. Would never return to him and Supercuts is better off without him. I had a wash, cut and blow dry. He never greeted me let alone smile once during the service. Simply asked if I had an appt and what my name was. He didn't even wash the back of my head. Just the top and midway. Most stylists will actually put their hand underneath your head/neck to get shampoo there. Didn't happen. I asked him to take 1 inch off the ends of my hair. He started cutting away. I asked him if he could show me how much he was taking off. He showed me 1 inch b/w his 2 fingers. I said again can you show me on my hair and again he used his fingers and said 'this is 1 inch. ' I asked again to show me with my hair and he said to look at the floor to see what he had already cut. So rude and unprofessional! End of the day my hair was too short!asked if he was the owner and he said no. I asked who they were. He said he didn't know their name and had never seen them. There was no one else in the salon. 5 mins before my service ended another customer came in and a female stylist from the back came out to assist him. I wish I had got her instead. Greg clearly hates his job or hates women. In fact a walk in customer came in and he said there was no availability for today when I could clearly see the screen and it had about 4 names on it. Love this location! I go every 2 weeks! Greg always does an amazing job on my hair and gives me the best tips for styling and product. He is quick to take me when i just walk in, and always does it with a smile. He even helps out the other girls who struggle a bit and need more training. Best Barber ever! read more

Walked in 20min before my appointment, and saw 3 walk-ins sitting and waiting. Another person sitting in a barber chair w/wet hair, waiting, and someone in the stylist's chair getting cut. - I was told it'd be over an hour to get to me. (She was honest, and all alone in the shop). - What good is a reservation, if it doesn't trump walk-ins? Not to mention I had my day planned out, and had somewhere else to be in an hour. Ive been wanting to write a review a.month ago. This place has gone from Hero to zero. THE NEW MANAGER GREG, has no customer service, dismisses customers when they are speaking. Hes very rude with how he talks to people I even heard him tell one of the stylist to just clock out infront of everyone on a busy day. He has no patience so he said he was going to clock her out if she didn't hurry. What's up with him and his power trip? Liz was never like this. The stylist here are fun but Greg makes the vibes off . I wouldn't want a haircut from him or send anyone his way.he cut my husbands hair last time and the top was so uneven . . Supercuts must not have any standards to hire someone like him whos so rude and is 2-3 hours late before his start time but doesn't communicate with his stylist about being late. So the stylist is over worked and im sure underpaid. anyway How unprofessional is that to be the manager and not communicate with your teammates about how.late youre going to be instead of leaving them in a loop hole?& it's not fair when one stylist has to pull all the weight when it should be a team thing. While that one stylist has to answer the phone, check people.in, sweep after every haircut and respeat. Ladies u deserve better!! Go where youre respected! This salon has the highest turn over. I dont think management care about their stylist. You'll see a new stylist every few weeks or months. A few GREAT stylist has left. AS FAR as Upper management i think her name is Monique . Shes just as rude when you call her for a concern. She dismisses customers and just tells them what they need to hear . MAYBE THATS WHY THE NEW MANAGER GREG IS LIKE THAT. THEY BOTH HAVE a major attitude problem. SUPERCUTS MUST BE DESPERATE TO HIRE UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE. I asked 3 around faded and top I/2 inch cut at the top not short at all just a clean up..she ended up cutting 2inches around and 3 inches from the top ..super short and ugly...I was pissed when she did one side. I didn't say anything because I'm a gentlemen. But Looking in the mirror a few times made me So mad that I had to rant and post. I'm so embarrassed with this horrible cut! I've gone here plenty of times as it's the closest haircut business to my house. As a male, you can tell the business caters to females which is fine. I've had good and bad haircuts from here. Just depends on who you get. However, I went in today just wanting a neck trim and it was $14 which I think is absurd for spending 2 min cutting the hair off my neck. I told the worker that great clips does it for 7$, half their price which led to nothing. Now I get it if they want to charge $30+ dollars for a normals haircut for an adult male. A lot goes into it. I think it should be closer to $20 but that's just me. However, no way should it cost $14 to spend 2 min trimming the hair off the back of my neck. I can't speak for females, but if I was a male I would avoid this place. It's 50/50 for a good haircut and the fact they charge $14 for a neck trim is absurd and I've lost all trust in the business. I've come in and out of this location for years (even when my kids were young). We watched it being built and I live in the apartments across the street (I can literally see down the driveway from my patio). I was told an hour ago by this gal (one of two stylists) that there was a waiting list (but only one person waiting in the salon) - two stylists (one eating lunch). Bottom line, you need an appointment to come here? Since when? So put that note on your door (by appointment only). The gal eating lunch is done in 10 minutes, but she has waiting list. The "first" opening is like 4PM - but I am welcome to wait, and the waiting list goes before you. We take walk-in's (like me, it was last minute, my apologies). But she finally admits it's appointment only (like Prestige Salon, in the same center). And the care and customer service you would get certainly wouldn't be what Prestige is ... Then the gal says to me "I've worked here four years and I've never seen you." If a licensed professional at SuperCuts is making that much money that they can afford to turn away customers .... I never see many in the salon to begin with. I am in the shopping center 2-3 times a week. So I have an appointment at 10am tomorrow. Maybe. The staff are SUPER friendly, very helpful and when my son was in the middle of his cut he wanted the one his brother was getting and the amazing stylist went into action mode and change it which took her longer but she had such a good attitude about it that I will be coming back to her! Seriously... who does that? she starts ranting about the difference between reservation and confirmation and starts saying how Supercuts needs to change their policy.. honestly if i didn't like Thanh i would never go back to this place.... Walked into this place for a quick trim/haircut and was greeted by "Gia" AKA Ghada upon arriving. When I showed her the layers/V-cut hairstyle, she smiled and said she could do it. She washed my hair and proceeded with the cut and when she was finished, SHE WOULDNT BLOWDRY IT. Which to me, I thought was odd.. The next day when my hair was dry, I noticed the layers she had cut were uneven, choppy and not like the picture I had showed her. Then I thought to myself that that's probably exactly why she wouldn't blowdry my hair - so I couldn't see how poorly she had cut my hair and couldn't do the style I had advised. Set an appointment the day before, and scheduled my day around the appointment only to be told it's more of a "reservation" (whatever that's supposed to mean) and would be 30-40 mins beyond my scheduled time. Reading the other reviews, I guess I should consider myself lucky that this is the first time it's happened to me. It'll also be the last time though - I won't be back. I've never wasted my time posting an actual review, but this time it felt necessary. To preface my experience, I've been coming to this place for nearly two decades. Almost all of my haircuts have been exactly what I asked for or within reason, except for this one older woman. The haircut itself would be fine if it was what I asked for. Hell it would have been ok even if it was just the first time this older woman screwed up. But this is the second time she has cut my hair far too short (roughly half as short as requested). Hilariously her second screw up was literally the same haircut that I received from the first time that she screwed up, even though I told her that it was wrong before hand. I'm convinced that she actually only knows one haircut for short haired men. Especially since it's the identical haircut that her son has (who I regularly see in the gym and is about my age). Oddly coincidental... lol English isn't her first language, so I thought that maybe I just explained it incorrectly the first time. So then I brought in a picture to show her the cut that I wanted and she couldn't even figure that out. Even cavemen could copy pictures. Last night was the worst hair cut I've received in my life. It started out nice. I called ahead and put my name on a waiting list. I was immediately greeted by a very nice woman when I walked in and seated right away. However, what should have been a 20 minute haircut ended up taking an hour and 15 minutes! All I can say is thank God my hair was long because what started out as as taking 5 inches off ended up being closer to 7 by the time she was done attempting to make my hair cut even. I wasn't expecting anything fancy for an inexpensive hair cut, just a quick cut with some simple layers, and long bangs. And I've never had a problem like this. It's almost laughable how bad it was. Admittedly my hair is long, so maybe that creates some challenges; however, when she was cutting my hair, I kept having to tell her to add more sections of hair because it wasn't centered. If I had never said anything, I would have had bangs that stopped 2/3 the way over one side of my face, w/ 1/3. I forgave that and carefully nudged her in the right direction because the lady was super sweet. Then she finished the rest of my hair and the left side was a half an inch longer. She goes back to check and can't see how one side is noticeably longer in the front. She tried to say that it was even and then I showed her where it wasn't and she went back to try to fix it. She would finish it off with repeatedly checking the rest of my hair and making cuts all the way around. Every time she would say it was done, it wasn't. Still noticeably very uneven. I must have let her try to fix it about 10 times before I gave up and suggested maybe I wait for the other girl to finish checking. At that point, I was just worried about how much hair I was going to lose if she kept cutting. At this point, she had gotten it close, but it wasn't a smooth cut by any means. It would be smooth in some parts, but it didn't look like she made the transition from the hair sectioned in the front to the hair cut in the back. So the new girl comes up and goes through it with a comb, makes a few cuts, and keeps saying that the sides are even, completely missing my point that the hair cut is choppy. They kept saying it was because I had wavy hair, but every time they rewet it you, my hair laid flat and you could see the problem. Turns out, the first girl thinned my hair at the bottom in some areas, but didn't do it evenly throughout so I had bits of major chunkiness throughout my hair. In a nutshell: Spent 1 hr and 15 minutes getting my hair cut because the person cutting my hair kept cutting it unevenly. She texturized my hair some places, but not evenly throughout, which resulted in areas of super chunkiness. Cut uneven bangs and basically had to hand hold my hairstylist and her coworker the entire time and physically show them where the cut was uneven because they couldn't see it. My long hair is now much shorter than I would have liked, but at least I can walk out in public without people thinking I had a 5 yr old cut my hair. Lol. read more

Very disappointed. When I showed up I had already called in and had given my telephone number earlier like you are supposed to do. The person at the front didn't even check made an assumption cause she was leaving. I have been going to Supercuts for over two years every week generously tipping whoever does my hair. I'm done! I will not return with such rudeness in particular I called ahead and was on a list and tis is not the first time that this has happened it is the last time. I rarely give a 5-star ever but I gave one because I was blown away by the service by Elizabeth Gomes. She was absolutely the greatest in all the years I've been going to Supercuts. She actually asked me about how I liked the cut so far and she actually listened to me about how much to cut. She spent the time to make sure that I was absolutely happy with the cut. She asked if the towel was too hot and how I wanted my sideburns and eyebrows trimmed. Plus she gave me a senior discount without my asking. I'm a fan and I will ask for Elizabeth from now on. Went to Sports Clips! I was greeted and added to the wait list. They had a big screen showing the ducks playoff game. There was one time a lady messed my hair up a little bit, so I just called and asked Cristina if she could fix it. She had no problem doing so, and refused to charge me.
