Christina is the manager here and she did an awesome job on my hair color and cut. She got the perfect color I wanted by personalizing the dye to match what I envisioned. Crappy communication. Followed by crappy service. I walk in and the gal politely states there are 2 guest ahead of you, it should be about 15-20 mins. 20 mins later the 2 guest are complete and she tells me - ops there is another ahead of you. Yes- it is the guy who came in after me. Yes - after me. I express my displeasure - and she seats the 3rd guest. I only agreed to sit and wait because she told me 15-20 and 2 ahead of me. If she would have been truthful, I could have gone done the street. Now they are closing in 20 mins. And I'm leaving tomorrow for a 16 day business trip. I'm stuck here. Not happy. Not at all happy. You know I stopped coming here because of this kind of crap a couple years ago. read more

Tired of seeing how long my daughter's hair looked. Walked-in to super cuts since it's conveniently close to me, and was seen right away. My daughter had the same result as any other children hair salon but for a cheaper price. We requested long layers with bangs, and they did a great job! I forgot the stylist's name, but she's Hispanic with glasses and bangs. If you see her, request to have her as your stylist. Definitely coming back for my daughter's next cut. read more

My whole family has been going here for YEARS and have always loved the experience here...they have always done a wonderful job and I've always liked the stylists. They have always worked with my son until yesterday. Yesterday I had a horrible experience and will not go back there. I waited with my 3 year old and 6 month old until they were finished cutting the clients ahead of me. When it was my 3 year old son's turn, he was scared and wiggled and began to cry. But, she started with the ears which tickled him, couldn't she start somewhere else? Within a minute, GIA told me she could not cut his hair. She was SUPER IMPATIENT and told me there were people waiting. I just sat there waiting for how long, so to be told that got me upset. She was clearly frustrated and even had to walk away to catch her breath. She came back with the manager and the manager told me she could not cut it. The manager herself did not even try to help Figure out a solution besides telling me to leave. This all happened in minutes. They need a sign on their door "No small children" because they do not have the patience nor will work with them. Or GIA shouldn't take children if she is going to be so rude and impatient. Every other stylist has always been patient and knows how to talk and work with kids. GIA and the manager did not. I left and went to Fantastic Sams in the Festival Center and they worked with him and he got a wonderful haircut! It's all about the positive energy a person makes a child feel. I called to make an appointment and was told no one waiting. I said I would be there in 5 minutes and i gave them my name and phone numbers. When i got there, they told me that they just had a customer walking and i gotta wait at least 30 minutes. They don't have the courtesy to call me back? They can't ask the walk in customer to take turn and wait? They need to get a basic customer service! read more

Please don't waste your time or money Here !!!!!!!I Walked in and asked for Kyle, the manager Kristina say he is at lunch and will be back at 1:30pm and he has an appointment at 1:30pm so we will schedule you at 2pm. I said ok and went to the bank and came back before my appointment so I wouldn't miss it. Kyle's didn't show so he took another customer before me that didn't have an appointment and says to the customer it will take about 1 1/2 hours. So I would have to wait another 45 minutes pass my appointment time. I asked the Manager Kristina why this happened and she said I can't tell him what to do. I was very upset and said ok I will go get something to eat and come back and wanted to give her my number to have him call if he gets done early. She says I'm sorry but we can't call you. So I said I guess there is no reason to make an appointment because you guys don't respect them anyways. I told her to tell Kyle that has been cutting my hair for awhile that I will not be coming back and she said ok.. I have been working in the area for some time now and decided to stop in one morning for a clean up. I was greeted by a extremely nice gentleman. I inquired about appointments and while he stated they don't do appointments, he explained the hour wait list rule. I had no problem with it and came back that evening. I came back and to my surprise was greeted by two totally different ladies and still the same consistent customer service everyone hopes for; however let's not forget, like most hair professionals, they are amazing conversationalist (no boredom here folks).
