It's a hit or miss. Last time i came the lady who cut my hair did a great job and seemed to know what she was doing. This time i got a kid who didn't seem to know what a medium fade and she was asking me every five minutes how it was looking like she was finished even though there was obviously mistakes(there was a thick line of hair from the front of my head to the back). For 15 bucks i can go across town and get a barber who knows how to cut hair. Super cuts charges 20. I came here for the good reviews and if i based my first experience off of how i would write the review it would've given it 5 stars. This time i could give it a 0 but 1 is the minimum. read more

Supercut experience was always hit or miss in finding a great stylist that our family can keep going to. We'll all that changed the moment this shop opened up a few months ago. I need to take a moment to convey my wife's and I extreme praise and thanks for the franchise to hire Marija Ensign, who has taken excellent care of our hair the past few months. Marija is a true professional in every sense of the word. From walking into the store and being seated, to running some haircutting scenarios that have included: color, root touch up, highlights, what type of haircut we envisioned ourselves to get, the shampoos used for our particular hair, if a deep conditioning is required, and the final piece de resistance, blow drying and/or flat ironing hair. Marija is very respectful to her customers. Marija is a also a clean person. Her work area is always clean; and her cutting paraphernalia are alway clean. Marija is a true professional at that shop! Just wanted to let everyone know that I enjoyed the service that Marija provided and will definitely be coming back. I've been in Camarillo for a few months now. I had gone to a few other Supercuts in the area before trying this one. For a variety of reasons, I hadn't found that "one" hair stylist that I felt I could go to on a regular basis. Luckily for me I didn't give up and tried this Supercuts. The service I received was from Marija both times I came here was exceptional . First thing first, she did my hair as nice as I've had it done in quite awhile. I always thought I was a simple cut, yet my fade was often done uneven. The two times Marija did it, it was perfectly done. She didn't rush it and you can tell she took pride in it being correct. The second thing that won me over may appear to be a small one, but i truly did appreciate it. Because I get my hair shaved, I like to have it washed after my haircut (to avoid having all the little hairs showing up in my shower). Marija was the first person to give me the hot towel, even though she was going to wash my hair. It's such a small thing I know, but it's supposed to be part of the process. And I always wondered why I didn't get it. It just makes the experience feel a bit pampering. A third thing she did is also something that I appreciated. After my haircuts, I always ask if the stylist could trim my eye-brows. Marija beat me to the punch and asked me if I would like her to do it. She is the first one since I've been in California that asked me that question. I know these things seem small, but the days of an $8 haircut is gone. And it's nice to feel that you're getting something for the extra money we spend nowadays. Last but not least. My first visit was probably a month and a half ago. I went for just my second visit today. I was beyond impressed that Marija not only remembered me, but remembered exactly what I like in a haircut. This certainly isn't something I would hold other stylists to (the first three things I will) but I figured I should give Marija props for that ability. Anyway, didn't mean to ramble. I've been to this Verdugo location twice. Love it. I wanted something done with my hair and wasn't communicating it to my stylist correctly, but Marija was working on the next chair and she kinda got it. So she helped out my stylist and took over my 'project', which turned out great.. So, I jotted down M's name and called her next time, she got me in 10 mins, worked her magic, and I now look like George Clooney, minus his fortune. Had a million haircuts in my day, love Marija. I have short, curly hair and went in to get my sides buzzed and my top trimmed. I'm not sure if the woman cutting my hair just got lazy and didn't care but my top was visibly lopsided and my side fades uneven after she was finished and unfortunately I didn't realize until I got home. Although I would've preferred a refund and gotten it fixed at my usual barber shop the manager on duty was happy to fix it. The initial work was very sloppy and rushed and I won't be coming here again. read more

I had Marija (Maria) and WOW. Never have I ever been more impressed with a haircut. She knew exactly what I wanted was professional and quick. The wait times have always been pretty decent here as well. Am definitely gonna be returning here more. (I have had other stylists before and have never been let down but Marija wowed me). 10/10 recommend. read more
