Well, let's see....I like this place for many reasons. For one there's free parking in the back behind Supercuts (sometimes there's a security guy who will occasionally ask where you're going when you park) two this place is never overly crowded (meaning you can get in and out quick without an appointment) The girl at the front counter is always so polite to me and knows me by name every time I come in. Nina is so nice and talkative. She does such a great job on my hair cuts and always has entertaining stories while she cuts my hair. I'm not quite sure how the other girls cut hair in there, but take a chance with Nina because she's awesome! As far as the price goes its about average cost for a hair cut. read more

Shahnaz is by far the best hair stylist in the establishment. Wish I could have her come and cut my hair during the quarantine.

Bad attitude at this place. If you have any kind of a stylef cut stay away from there.

Would highly recommend. I went today 6/28/21 at 9am and the lady who's name i forgot to ask for was excellent. Gave me the best haircut I've ever had and was very friendly. I work and live so close to super cuts and today I decided to go in to cut my hair! Princey was beyond nice and so professional!! I can't express how happy I am with my haircut and knowing I can now call this place my " go to haircut spot" what impressed me the most is Princey cut my hair in 30mins during my lunch break and she did a great job! Thank you again and I will for sure be back!!! Also the place was so clean and they had fun music and just and overall happy and welcoming environment. Yes, Rosie was amazing. Great Haircut. I am a Hippie from 60's so keep hair long and it is not easy to cut a man's long hair. She did a wonderful job. It is better than the $150.00 Hair Salon I use o go to in Beverly Hills. Fact. However, in BH they give you a cup of coffee too for the $150. LOL They smile TOO MUCH. I wonder why! Money. This is the second time i have gone to this location and had my hair cut by two different people and it was uneven. How are these people not trained to cut hair and have a job doing haircuts? She does an amazing job...I get a random design every time I come in and she does a better job than high end salons I've been to. First of all, if you try to schedule an appointment more than 30 minutes ahead of time, they will charge you $3! Charge me for wanting to schedule a time to come and pay them money?! I was able to setup an appointment for 1:35. At 1:45, I see the hairstylist I booked with take a different customer. No explanation. Hmm, just sit there and wait without explanation for them. Why would I setup an appointment in the first place to see them disrespect their agreement like that. Poor service read more

My husband goes here for his hair and finally brought me because I needed a cut and root dye. His stylist is Rose who he has gone to all his hair cuts for quite a few years now. She was very busy on that day but she worked me into her schedule and made my hair look fantastic. She was very quick and made my hair look like I paid a fortune to have it done. Had been putting off getting a haircut due to a crazy work schedule. Called spontaneously at 7:30pm on a Tuesday night and I was able to get in to see Sarah within 15 minutes of the call. Very friendly, relaxing shampoo, great cut and on my way in no time. The late night worked perfect for my work hours, parking on the street right in front with no meter payment due at that time. The front desk girl was so sweet and had a very cute style! Though I felt at times that my hairdresser was distracted, she gave me a fantastic cut and bangs to hide a feature that I'm insecure about. A few weeks later I'm still really happy with the cut, which has been easy to manage,. I also received a deep conditioning treatment that I'm still seeing the effects of. This place is awful. The girl at the front was nice.. However the actual "cut" was awful. I had crystal ... I asked for a trim .. Just to take off the dead ends... She only cut the very bottom later... Didn't trim any of the layers and didn't even cut the front... And when I asked her if she was going to cut the front.. She said "no those are yours". I should have known better than to go to a supercuts... But I figured it was just a basic trim... Now I have to go somewhere else to get the rest of my hair trimmed... Will NEVER go there again... I went to some very expensive places before for my hair, but nobody has consistently done as great a job as Shanaz. She is always friendly, personable, and pleasant. This place is the best Supercuts I've been to. The team there is super talented and very friendly (unlike some other Supercuts in the valley) I usually see Rosie and she is AWESOME! She always does a great job and has no problem trimming my hair or my beard, eyebrows, etc... some places don't do that and I find it extremely annoying sice they're supposed to be a "full service salon". Anyway, definitely go here if you're thinking about it, and see Rosie if you can, but all the ladies are great! read more

I went there today and decided to get my roots done. BIG MISTAKE!!!! Rosie's first try was a golden orange. She was trying to match a warm brown. I should have not gone through with it especially when she was "consulting" with another stylist on which colors to use. She kept telling me that my newly colored roots and rest of the hair were a match. I do think that orange and brown are two different colors. I think what upset me is that she kept trying to convince me of this. Her second attempt did darken the roots so it didn't look to obvious that they were still two different shades. Today is my birthday and I decided to go get a haircut with my husband. We went in and they attended to my husband first which is fine. I noticed he was a little indecisive about the haircut so I went up to see what was going on, the lady Francis was rolling her eyes and sighing wih impatience because he was asking her for an opinion on what style he should try. She even threw down her clippers which shocked me and my husband told her that her attitude was not appreciated which only gave him an even more hostile response. Of course we were not about to start a scene so he just stood up and told her that her attitude would not get her anywhere in life and I told her I didn't appreciate her treating us rudely and we walked out. I've been to super cuts all around the San Fernando valley and never been treated so bad. Fortunately sports clips was still open and he managed to relax with an MVP treatment there. I do not recommend this place to anyone atleast not when the lady Francis is there if that's even her name. She is the darker skinned lady I think may be from India. read more

The good thing about this place is the hours. They're open every day, maybe not long enough Sundays. There are long lines and some of the customers are actually rude. This one guy probably thought he was a celebrity was upset because I had made an appointment and he didn't and was giving a hard time to the hair stylist. The staff is courteous although that doesn't always mean you'll get a great haircut. read more

The stylists rush your haircut, and they do a very poor job in the process. The more customers they get through, the more tips they get. They do a very sloppy job. If you HAVE TO go to Supercuts, at least try a different one. The one in Encino is horrible. read more

Very friendly, took me within 2 minutes of walking in. I like the cut I got.
