I had a very bad experience here a few days ago. I went in for a hair cut and highlight job, and was seen by Asma. The haircut itself was fine, but Asma painted stripes and yellow splotches into my hair. I had shown them a photo of what i was looking for, and highlights in a pixie is very straight forward. When she revealed what my hair looked like post dye, I could barely look because it was so bad. See pictures below. I was charged $79, which seems a bit high for how little hair I have. After I returned home, post haircut, I called to ask for a refund. I was told to call back the next day when the manager was there in order to get a refund. So, next day I call, and the manager isn't in (I was probably getting the brush off). I spoke with a Heather on the phone, and she told me that they could fix it but couldn't give money back. She also told me that I didn't explain what I wanted clearly enough and it was my fault that I didn't get what I want. However, as you will see in the photos, it is a BAD dye job, and not just me not getting exactly what I had pictured in my mind. For now, I will be disputing the charge on my card, since they do not want to work with me, and sharing my experience on forums like this one. read more

I brought my son in for his first hair cut. It was horrible. So choppy and uneven. I'm pretty sure the lady had no idea how to cut hair. She even nicked his ear and he was relatively still for a 2 year old. read more

I only work with my client on sundays. We searched for hours calling anywhere we could for a simple cut and color. Most places I called said they were open online and in fact we're not! The ladies accepted our call and booked us right away, we went next door for our pedicures to wait for our appointment. Ended up being late to the color and cut, but they are so kind and had so much patience for us. We will be seeing them again very soon. read more

I cannot believe that you have to pay extra for a full blow dry! I brought my daughter to Supercuts in NK today. 1st time there. It's a cold damp rainy day and I find it curious when my daughter arrives to check out with half blown dry hair. No explanation from the stylist. So I asked why. She says it's an extra charge. She did not readily offer any other info. So just for my own info, I ask her what the charge would be. While she fumbles with papers in the desk, I presume looking for a price menu, the stylist behind her explains that it is by case depending on hair to which our stylist says to her in a question $35? And the other stylist responds while eyeing my daughter's hair from a distance, yes, $35. So now I'm thinking $35 for cut and dry. But no, her hair cut was 21.95 and if she were to have her hair dried, an additional $35. Yes, she has hair past her shoulders, but she has a simple cut straight across hair style, no layers. I really am shocked that a Supercuts would charge me $57.00 for a cut and dry. Back to a salon where I only pay $50.00 and the service is a 1,000 times better. I do not recommend this hair cutting establishment for females or long hair clientele. You are better off at a salon. One last tidbit. They use to be owned by corporate but are now franchise owned and no longer accept coupons. read more

I went in for a simple bob haircut. The girl that cut my hair spent a lot of time in the back cutting it. She didn't blow dry it. She cut layers all the way to the top of my head and let me go home with half a haircut. I went back in and another stylist tried to fix it but my hair is now ruined. And I payed for it and gave her a tip thinking she did her job. I'm devastated!!! So now I will have pay someone else to fix this embarrassing mess she left with. I'm furious. read more

Had a cut a few days ago. Worse cut ever. Person who cut it had no idea on how to cut curly hair. . If you have curly hair do not go there. Chopped would be a good word for it. I went in today to get my eyebrows done and a haircut. I went in and for the eyebrows the hairdresser I had took off half (and I'm not kidding, half) of my eyebrow on the right and almost nothing from the left. Of course I didn't see this til I was home once the redness died down, but now I have no clue what to do since now they are not only 2 completely different shapes but I have to wait for one to grow back. She only cleaned up the bottom and I basically paid to have my eyebrows get destroyed. And my haircut was also completely botched too which was icing on the cake. Not going here again. read more

I had recently moved to the area and needed a trim to my straight shoulder length hair. Teena listened to what I wanted and did a great job. She was super friendly as well. I told her I always just pulled it back so I didn't want layers. I also told her that I was wash, comb and go, never blow drying my hair. When I left, I had exactly what I wanted. She didn't try to talk me into a fancy cut or something that I'd actually have to do something with. I actually enjoyed my experience. Go Teena! You'll be seeing me again. read more

My 5 year old grandson had the worst cut ever today! It looks like he has a helmet on, plus it is all jagged.

Took our buddy to get a haircut before the start of 8th grade. He has special needs but handles haircuts quite well. We were told it would be a 45 minute wait so we went and got a car wash because it's a great time killer. After returning to the salon multiple patrons were taken before our boy, all of whom had registered for a service after our arrival. When we were finally taken, the stylist demanded he sit on a booster seat because she had "worked all day", despite it being 11 am. The customer is 13, fully verbal, gets hair cuts easily and does not require the booster seat. His hair was haphazardly buzzed and the stylist had to be prompted to clean the cut hair off his head and shoulders. We are Disappointed at best, in both service and quality of cut. Will never return. You may not have experience with kids with special needs, but at least attempt to appear that you're not being discriminatory in your actions. read more

I've come to this location numerous times and have had a positive experience thus far. I'm in the Marines and require a tight fade. With the high standards I am held to, I have always been pleased with my cut. As someone who has gotten his haircut once a week for the last 13 years, I can say that there is no such thing as the perfect cut nor should anyone expect it. Heads are shaped differently, hair is thick or thin, and hairlines are all over the place. If you want a 400 dollar haircut, go to vidal sasoon. If you want a nice cut for a decent price, this place delivers every time. read more
