On top of the damage, I was still charged a significant amount of money for a service that completely ruined my hair. As if that wasn't bad enough, they also charged my credit card twice. When I reached out to get the duplicate charge corrected and asked for a refund after the damage they caused, they were unwilling to make things right. A reputable business stands behind its work and takes responsibility when something goes wrong. Instead, I felt ignored and taken advantage of. Not only am I now spending time and money trying to repair the damage they caused, but I'm also dealing with the frustration of being overcharged and not being refunded. The emotional toll has honestly been just as bad as the financial one. Watching your hair fall out after trusting professionals is heartbreaking. Hair takes years to grow, and this isn't something that can be fixed overnight. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this salon to think twice.
