Jazz was AMAZING! It was my first time coming into this location and I will definitely be coming back. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I had mentioned I was cold when she did the Tea Tree scalp massage and so she gave me a hot towel to hold on to. Just when the towel went cold she gave me a new one to hold on to and wrapped another towel around my hands to keep the heat in. The Tea Tree experience with her was the best I have ever had. This place is awesome! I have been to other Supercuts near me and never have I been treated so wonderfully as I was at this location. My stylist Jessica McKenzie was so professional and made me feel at home. Not to mention gave me the most beautiful cut and color I have ever received. Very nice for the price! Only paid $20 for a haircut and it was exactly as I had asked for. I am going to go back again and get it cut shorter because I had asked for it a little longer. Nicole was my stylist and she did exactly as I asked. I asked for my hair to be cut about 3-4 inches below my shoulder and she did just that. Was just in there and got my hair and beard cut by a pale girl in the back left. She didnt give her name and I think its because she doesnt want her work traced back to her. I have very clear and simple instructions of what I wanted. 2 on the sides with a mid fade and an inch off the top..... there is no fade of any kind, the top is cut uneven, and only 2 hairs were cut off my beard. And the entire time, my face and eyes were covered in hair and she would joke about how all the hair is on my face instead of actually doing anything about it! No blower or brush was ever used. The entire cut she had me facing away from the mirror so I had no idea what was going on. When she finally handed me the mirror I was horrified and had to point out 3 times were it was uneven or patchy. After that, I gave up on her and just wanted to leave. I wanted to go back in and have them try to save it, but I really dont trust this place at all. I will not be returning and please take this review as a warning if you are thinking of coming here. read more

I declined as I was in Hacienda Heights, the traffic was staring so I did not know how long it would take. Got here at 2:36 and was told he was not there. I've gone to this super cuts location a handful of times. I have never had a bad experience until today. Today I checked in, Expected wait time 15 minutes. 40 minutes go by and I'm not called. I get up to go to the bathroom and they take someone who walked in after me. I walked out without a hair cut and 45 minutes wasted. Not returning to this location for sure. read more

It is hard to know where to begin. I have been coming to this Supercuts for the last two years and service has always been excellent. The team is friendly and I have never had a bad cut. However, on May 9th they took it to another level..... I was leaving for a business trip out of the country on the 10th (yes..Mother's Day). I had been tied up all day that Saturday the 9th in Pasadena. By the time I made it back to San Dimas, it was 7:20pm when I walked in the the front door of this Supercuts. Did I mention that they close at 7pm. They had forgotten to lock the door and I was able to sneak in. Jazz, the manager told me that they were closed but when I explained to her why I was delayed and that I was leaving for a business trip the next day she sat me down and not only gave me a great cut but took her time. I never felt like she was rushing to get me out the door. in fact she said sh was going to make sure I looked good for my meetings on this trip. I am truly grateful for Jazz going the extra mile for me that Saturday. I will forever be a customer at this Supercuts as long as that team is there. 5 STARS!!! I'd give 6 if I could. read more

I used to come here a lot when I lived in town and never really had an issue besides it's a bit pricey(I just shave my head a #2 and it's almost 25$). I recently moved back in town and went in tonight at 6:45pm. It wasn't busy AT ALL and I was the only one waiting. One of the employees had been finished with her client for atleast 20 minutes and still didn't acknowledge me what so ever. I understand if you're reluctant to cutting my hair because you're swamped and or it's close to closing time but that wasn't the case. Needless to say I won't be returning read more

Super sweet girls, but only getting 3 stars due to insane prices. My 6 year old got a trim and blow dry and I was charged $33 for her! Which just shows me how dedicated she is to having satisfied customers. She asked me back to fix things and went out of her way to ensure that my little boys hair looked great. After moving to LA 6 years ago, and trying different places that charged $95 and $110 for a haircut, I was still dissatisfied with my haircuts. My husband suggested Supercuts, and I was like, "Really??" So 5 years later, I am still going to this Supercuts in San Dimas even though I live 50 miles away at the beach. Suhey gives me a great cut everytime and listens to everything I tell her in regards to my cut and never does anything to your hair without asking first. From my observation, the rest of the staff seems to give pretty good cuts as well. Service is great and the salon is very welcoming! I would give 5 stars but the 17 little mexican clerk up front is rude & kept giving me dirty looks the whole time. Who hires these lousy people that have to interact with other human beings. Work in the back if you don't want to interact with other people. Lose the attitude or remember you're the one who filled out the application for this job. Finding a decent place to get my hair cut has always been a challenge. By decent I mean 3 things, no long waits, reasonably priced, and having a nice looking hair cut. This place fits all 3 categories pretty well for me. $19 cuts, I never waited longer than 10 minutes, and I am satisfied with my hair cut. This place in particular fades the sides really well so I am never nervous about going too short. This will be my go to barber until one of my 3 categories are violated. Luisa did a great job on my grandma's cut and color and showed great customer service-she even went as far as finding a sweatshirt for her because she was cold. Bri did a fabulous job on my color and cut. She went above and beyond my expectations, blow drying and curling my hair at no additional fee in order to replicate the picture I brought in as a reference. Soooo after I got my bill I decided to update my review as I am a little disappointed about the added fee's that I didn't expect. I'm sure the stylist are encouraged to push products but when she said, "I'm going to put this awesome conditioner on your hair that will make it soft and shiny", I didn't realize I was going to be charged for it and it was $15 at that!!! The entire bottle sells in the store for $25. Umm, I'm not happy about that but, of course I paid, I didn't wanna be rude since I do LOVE my hair. BUT seriously LADIES, tell your customers that the extra's cost MONEY so we can decide if we wanna pay before you just add it on. I was totally blindsided. Then I was charged $2.00 for a "Request Fee". What is that? I mean, I did call ahead and request Gloria, so you mean I'm being charged to have my hair done by a specific person, really? People are friendly and over the years they have done a fine job. However, they claim that you can call ahead and be put ahead of walk-ins that come in after your call. This is not true at all. I called 30 minutes ahead and was told that there was only 1 person in front of me. When I arrived they checked me in and then 5 minutes later they took another person ahead of me. OK, fine then because I was told that she also called in. However, 7 minutes later they took another person. I wait another 10 minutes and the manager comes out and takes someone else and announces that there was yet another person that would be taken before me. I've always had my hair long. Never cut it above my shoulders. It was down to my butt so I decided to donate it. I go in and ask if she's experienced with EXTREMELY natural curly hair and she says "oh yeah of course sit down." Mind you my hair is straight right now because I straightened it so I could donate more. I tell her this and she just kind go nods her head. SHE RUINED MY HAIR. It's uneven. There's layers that aren't supposed to be there. She didn't cut it the way I wanted it at all. She didn't give me advice afterwards. She made me regret ever cutting my hair. This place is horrible. I went in a week ago with my little brother and showed her EXACTLY how I wanted it cut on him and a picture of him cut with it and I told her the exact measurements. Another lady messed up his hair entirely. It was crooked. It was messy. It wasn't even styled afterwards. There was a HUGE lump in the middle of his hair. This place is horrible and I'm never coming here again. The prices are outrageous as well. And the wait times are even worse even WITH making an appointment. The employees are rude and they rush you. my friend goes to supercuts off arrow hwy and every time i tag along its always a great time!! since i live close to the one off grand and badillo ,i made the mistake of going to that s location. so i made the appt for my mom , ( she never had a haircut for over 15 yrs. she was so nervous, but needed it to be done for my brothers wedding. )so this was a big deal. super excited !! but as soon as i walk in , i instamtly got turned off. wasn't greeted, ( btw i am super big on customer service. i work in sales) wasnt made eye contact, 2 employees seem like they were annoyed i was there. didn't feel welcome at all. so i was so upset , didn't want either touching my mom's hair. so i left!!! but this one, off of arrow, saved super cuts reputation. specifically, jessica!! she not only made me feel welcomed, her customer service went above and beyond, she not only cut and style my mom hair, (which my whole family loved and she loved ) i decided to get my hair colored, cut,deep conditioned ,style, eyebrows waxed , and she took the time and taught me how to style my new hair do, advise me to purchase hair products . walked out supppppperrrr happy that i gave her a 50 dollar tip!! well deserved!!! so please don't go to any other location, go to this one off of arrow!! see jessica!! she will definately take care of you read more
