I was really disappointed in my trim. I just think the staff should have better training for people of color. My stylist was very nice, but I can see he was uncomfortable and didn't fully know how to trim my type of hair. I've gone to other Super Cut locations before and they've always done a great job at the trim. This was not what I was expecting. It's not guaranteed but this one is more accurate than most. Second, Stacie is a highly skilled professional. I came into this place so lost. I had the biggest knot/dread in my life. I had talked to other places and they told me to just cut it. If I would of cut it, my head would have been in inch on the top. I have super long hair. I walked in and right away Stacie was friendly and I knew I wanted to go to her. I recommend this Supercuts location and Nicole. I book online so there is no wait and Nicole cuts so fast I'm in and out in about 20 mins. or less. This last time I got a cut, shampoo, highlight, style and a bottle of shampoo and a bottle of conditioner all for just $115 and it only took 1 hour! Yes, 1 hour! I got a really great haircut from Kelsey 3 mos ago and so I returned 3 mos later for another. She wasn't as enthusiastic as last time and left me with nothing short of loss for words. Two other stylists picked up that I was not happy with the cut and made me feel better immediately. Without a doubt the laziest and worst haircut of my life. Had to ask my hairdresser to go over the front and top again and felt like I was being rushed out. I'm by no means high maintenance and when I wanted a professional cut I was given something that had grown out to require another cut within the month. Front was left unfinished and top has clear spots where it was rushed and is uneven. This Supercuts definitely lives up to its reputation and I should have known better. The only reason there are two stars was because they were at least nice. Her name started with an N, I don't remember it exactly. Don't come here unless you diligently watch what they're doing and insist on not leaving until you get what cut you want. read more

Checked in online and requested Kylie for my hair cut and showed up on time. Another stylist just walked in for her shift as I arrived Bonnie. She asked me if I was just in for a cut and I let her know that I had made a and online. She looked confused looking at the machine and then just told me to come back with her. I sit down and show her a picture and tell her the difference that I want my hair cut. She then just kept mubbling falling over the floor and chair. She would start brushing my hair closing her eye as if she was drunk or high or something almost falling over most of the time. She didn't make sense and she was telling me how much I am not going to like it even as she is cutting my hair. I asked her to stop cutting my hair and to have Kylie take over because I was scared of how she was cutting my hair. She had me move over to her station and then as I was trying to tell Kylie what I wanted Bonnie came over shouting that I didn't want that and kept ranting on. She finally went to the back and I was able to tell Kylie what I wanted. All why we can hear her very loudly in the back just talking about me very loudly and very rude comments. I asked Kylie that I didn't know any customer service job that you could have that this treatment was ok. She apologized and said that she would let her manager know for me. This continued with the harassment from Bonnie until I left. Even with her coming out talking about me while I was trying to pay so that she could harass me some more. I wasn't able to finish getting the hair cut I wanted by Kylie because of Bonnies abuse I just wanted out of that place fast I can't imagine what would have happened if I started saying stuff back to her because I just ignored her the whole time. She made me feel that she could get worse and she was trying to provoke me to make the situation worse. I was able to fix at least what Bonnie had done with Kylie. I wish I was able to finish the rest of the cut with Kylie because I am sure she would have done exactly what I wanted if we were not in the situation we were in. Kylie is a great stylist and very professional if you need someone good to go to. But never use Bonnie. She should be fired for the harassment that I was putting up with from her. Plus she was on something. Weed or alcohol I am not sure. But definitely stay away from her!!!!!! This happened on Friday afternoon and it's Monday late afternoon and still no management call back. Sadly this seems to be the case most places these days you end up having the haircut they think looks best based off your "input." She did a phenomenal job and just knows what to do in regards to mixing the colors (I showed her a photo for reference) and trimming where it needed to be, which was 8 inches, so glad that I did! ok, i'm done. done i tell you. i cannot get a consistent haircut from these folks. my hair is simple. Number 3 on the sides, trimmed on the top, kinda "boxy" style, and not a uniform buzz cut. I only have one cowlick at the crown of my noggin. these past 3 times, i tell the lady my simple hair cut. i have had to return later in the day or the next day to get all the straggler hairs, the uneveness, and basically my whole head re-cut. and they don't even get that right. they just run the clippers over it to even it out and i leave with a standard buzz cut. but this last chance was the last straw. the same lady, whom i dreaded seeing when i walked in and she said "come on back" was free and thus was going to cut my hair. she spent an inordinate amount of time cutting my hair, using all types of fancy scissors and giant plastic pitchfork looking things, but mostly spent the 45 minutes talking and really....not focusing on cutting my hair. when she was finished, i immediately noticed again, how she did not even bother to trim my cowlick. when i pointed it out to her, she says "i'm not finished, i just wanted you to see how it looks so far"...Malarky! she then got out the clippers and basically gave me a very, very, very uneven buzz cut. and....the past 3 cuts from her, i still have all the scraggly hairs above and behind my ears that i just trim when i get home! since i left with it so short, i would have been pointless to get it corrected....that would just entail me shaving my head myself. so i'm going to listen to my wife and go to a barber or pay a little more at a salon or just go shaggy. i know it's only 15 bucks, but my hair is not that complicated and i guess i just expected a decent haircut every once in a while. but 3 in a row....the fool is me. read more

The results turned out to be amazing. I decided to get a haircut as well. Joshua helped me tame my voluminous, thick hair by giving me the right amount of layers, while still maintaining the length of it. It was a very good first experience for me.
