Single pattie or double spicy or regular chicken sandwich chicken nuggets only regular size fries few options for soft drinks Milkshakes- vanilla, coffee, strawberry etc Real Fruit Fizzy water - Marionberry, passion fruit etc Coffee / Iced Coffee or OJ Everything is reasonable priced. I ordered their Double Deluxe, hold the pickles and onions and fries (extra crispy) Both of our meals came to less than $20. They offer dipping sauce; we tried their ranch and super deluxe sauce (i believe, is the name) The fries were so crunchy and who doesn't like crinkle cut fries. I gotta say; I enjoyed their burger more than In&Out and its closer to home. We pulled into the parking lot to eat and the line never ended, yet it continued to move quickly. Such a great find! It's a what appears to be a independent fast food but quality food restaurant. There is certainly a lot of hype around this place. It appears to be a love hate relationship for people that try this place or are loyalist beyond comprehension. Multiple attempts to get a good burger have been met with disappointment. First stop was a cold burger and burnt crisp fries that were hard to eat. Second attempt was a hot burger double unfortunately loaded with onions to the point they over powered the burger and had to at least 3/4 removed. Fries were better this time. This time I explored the drink selection. Smoothies seem to be their sweet spot. 3rd trip Double is the way to go. Burgers are hot if you say easy in the onions you seem to get thicker tomato slices and more lettuce. The smoothies are definitely the best most consistent thing so far. Burgers are medium to small size. Even when cooked correctly it just leaves a little something. I would say they have the chance to be great so far coming up well short. read more

I like their burgers well enough, the caramelised onions make it a bit too sweet so I always ask for them to be removed. Fries are pretty good, albiet often a little too salty. Sauce shouldn't cost extra for a tiny cup. I absolutely hate the whole ipad system of pay where they say 'It's gonna ask a few questions' -basically asking you to confirm a tip before purchase. Like, you stood at a window and handed me a burger. I tip for service in a restaurant, not someone doing the basic requirements of their job. Makes me feel extremely awkward when I select 'no tip'. Those fries though!!!! It's a fast food joint, so expect that when you go. I expected a knockoff McD's, but it's really not that, design aside. Super Deluxe offers a VERY limited menu. I think there were like 4 entre's. But hey, what are the choices at burger joints anyway? Chicken or Beed, same theme here. The food was super fresh, which also meant the drive-thru was a little slow. The food tasted like ... food. The burger at least. It was meat ya'll. The fries OMG they were delicious!!! DEE LISH US! We had Super Delux at our daughters a few weeks ago delivered from the L.O location. The burgers and fries were good so I ordered through Grubhub from the Sherwood location today. The order arrived in time but was missing a hamburger and 2 dipping sauces. I called Sherwood super delux and was told that I had to go through Grubhub for a refund even though the order was packed by SD. I also didn't see that I had tipped SD on the Grubhub App during the order process which was clearly undeserved. This will be the last time I order from them. read more

Had a bit of an order mishap and the fries were not warm upon receipt, which is why we are down one star. The burger is honestly pretty delicious and has a perfect ratio of sauce to bun to cheesy burger patty. The spicy chicken was a big chunk of meat and fried perfectly- not soggy or cold anywhere, which is especially impressive coming from a fast food drive-thru. I do wish it came with more sauce though! Considering price points and what you get for them, my recommendation is to come for the sandwiches but pick up fries and a drink elsewhere! read more

I was excited to give this place a try seeing it was somewhere close to home and there were raving reviews. Coincidentally I was given the special opportunity to try their food as a yelp elite perk on Monday. Per COVID safety and guidelines, they are currently operating as drive-thru only. No indoor dining available. I arrived at around 7:30pm and unlike previous reviews, the line was actually quite short. I ordered their Super Deluxe Burger, Super Spicy Chicken Deluxe Burger, chicken nuggets, crinkle-cut fries, a chocolate smoothie, and their central city coffee smoothie. Everything was fine until I arrived at the drive-thru window. There seemed to be some miscommunication in terms of what the elite perk entailed, and I had to show my phone/email notification to the cashier multiple times. She was young and seemed a bit confused, but was patient and helped me the best she could. In the end, the manager swung by, subtracted a random amount from my order and left. It felt like he was in a hurry to shoo me away and ultimately overcharged me on my order. Food was okay. It is definitely better quality than your typical fast food place. Burger was juicy, crinkle cut-fries were crunchy. Chicken nuggets are more like seasoned popcorn chicken than your regular chicken nuggets. I would say the breaded chicken used in the patty and chicken nuggets are actually the same. My favorite was their smoothie, which was rich and creamy. My brother tried the Super Deluxe Burger and unfortunately, one of the patty was actually undercooked/raw.... Luckily, we noticed this right away and microwaved it at home in order for the burger to be safe to eat... Perhaps the confusion may have been that it was Monday and we were the first group to go but overall, quite a disappointing visit. Don't think I will be back any time soon. I used to love this place but I cannot recommend anymore. I just had breakfast on a Saturday morning. The tater tots were a big portion and extra crispy unfortunately they tasted funny. The breakfast sausage sandwich was a far distant McMuffin imposter. For the price I would've expected real cheese not processed American cheese. The sausage wasn't memorable and had no taste. This place has some stellar chicken *nuggets* I put asterisks around that because to me they are huuuuge pieces more like tenders if I had to describe it in terms of size. But the food is great, it's too bad there is only 1 location currently. This place deserves all the business it gets, the server is friendly and attentive. The marinade and flavor of the chicken is a definitely unique recipe. I wish this was in Washington, so I could get it more often, this would be such a great guilty pleasure....the fries came out hot as well, which is always a plus...food done right...if more fast food followed this model it would be amazing. Yep, it's better than In N Out. There I said it. We went during the Yelp event, and ordered a burger for myself, chicken sando for the hubs, and nuggets and fries for the kiddo. The burger was juicy/ cheesy, and all around delicious. My husband exclaimed "it's real chicken!" while biting into a nugget. Indeed it was in fact real chicken. Also, while we're on the topic crinkle cut fries beat regular fries any day. I did not get a shake, but obviously I just need to go back, for research of course. Service was friendly but there was a looong line. I would probably suggest they have someone with a tablet like In N Out and Dutch Bros do for when times get really busy. We arrived at 5:15 and were through the drive through by 5:45pm. I'm also crossing my fingers for some order ahead/ or delivery service in their future! We will most definitely be back. Tried this place for the first time, apparently the line was very long (i didn't pick up the food, somebody else did) but that's understandable given the current covid situation and the fact that they just opened. We got a mix of food and here's what I found, the chicken nuggets were excellent! I don't ususally eat them and I would never use that word to describe a chicken nugget but they were so different from the usual fast food nuggets, they tasted fresh and had a very nice and very different coating on them. The burgers were fine, pretty comparable to an in-and-our burger, decent enough. We got 3 different shakes and they were all a little gross in my opinion, they had a weird consistency with lots of ice in them and a little watery hence why I'm taking away a star. I had never heard of Super Deluxe before trying this place today. We waited nearly an hour, (which we knew would happen as it was their second day being open). We got a burger, chicken nuggets, fries, a chocolate Super Tasty, and a Strawberry Fizzy drink. The food was just okay. Nothing special about the burger, the nuggets were a bit rubbery, and the chocolate Super Tasty, which is more like a chocolate slushie, was disappointing. My sister loved the fizzy drink and the fries were decent. I appreciate that the food was hot when we got it, but I probably won't return. The only reason I am not able to give five stars is that we went through the drive thru after dark and the menu reader board was not lit up. For those of us who are visual people it helps to have something that can be seen. That aside, I had a double burger, french fries, cut to a truly unique crinkle and what is called a Big Tasty, which is a drink much like a frappe with an ice base mixed with half and half that makes a truly pleasure to drink, drink. I had a pumpkin flavored Big Tasty and my friend had an orange cream Big Tasty. My friend also had a double burger and fries as well. Every burger at Super Deluxe gets cheese! My only other concern is that the burgers were served warm which was good they were not cold, but they weren't hot either, that would make a person like to believe that the desired result would want to be that a burger should have that just hot off the grill taste. read more

My first visit and experience was a HUGE disappointment. Long drive thru line but moved along fairly fast. I was extra hungry and visually I was not impressed with how my hamburger looked. First bite was flavorless. I tried to open my mind and senses but it didn't improve. My husband and kids were also not impressed. The cost is also quite high for the type of burger you get. I was able to try out SuperDeluxe for the first time through a Yelp Elite event and was pretty impressed! I'd probably never drive out to this particular location again as it was over a 30 minute drive for me but it was fun being able to check the area. The wait was super long but we had prepared ourselves for it - we arrived around 6:55pm on Thursday night and received our order around 7:40pm. Tbh, I didn't really have any expectations for the food but it ended up being tasty and satisfied our constant craving for In-N-Out. I will say that to say this is comparable to In-N-Out is a stretch but there's a few things that SuperDeluxe does right so they deserve a little recognition. It honestly reminds me of a better version of a McDonald's cheeseburger because of the ketchup/mustard combo and heavy hand of diced onions. The burgers we ordered did taste really fresh though and we LOVED the crinkle fries. They were perfectly fried and had the perfect crispness to them. I ordered the Marion Berry fizzy water after seeing raving reviews about it but I thought it was just okay. Definitely a fun and healthy alternative to soda! Also, I can appreciate their simple menu. I ordered the Chicken Deluxe and I would say it was comparable to the Popeyes Chicken sandwich, but came with more pickles which I greatly appreciated! Fries were not as fresh as I hoped but it was still yummy! I tried their Marionberry Fizzy Water and I'd say it was pretty good but not sure if I'd get it again. I'm just very particular about my sparkling waters though. My husband ate his Single Deluxe meal with bacon added and said it was his highlight of the day. Just had Grub Hub delivered an order from SuperDeluxe in Sherwood or. Half the order was missing so we called SuperDeluxe. They told us it was Grub Hubs problem that it had missing items even though the bag was taped to seal the bag for our safety. Then they hung up,no care about the missing items.
