Clean environment, friendly staff with really delicious burgers and fries. Would eat this the next time I'm in Sherwood.

Just tried this place based on the reviews. Last time I'll trust that. These burgers had absolutely no flavor and the fries are those funky ones with the coating to make them crisper. Not a fan. First off, the drive thru angles are insane. Who ever designed it must have thought everyone drives a Mini Cooper. Do not attempt to drive thru with an extended cab or trailer. You will not make it. Customer behind me in a truck with a trailer got stuck in an ugly situation with the hungry people behind him getting upset. It wasn't his fault as the sign warning against trailers and large cars was posted after you order and the hairpin curve is between the order board and pick up window. Drive thru service only now (no walk in) and the line moves quickly as long as no one is stuck. Hamburgers were good - were they better than In & Out? Not in my opinion - but they were delicious. Crinkle cut fries are not my thing- they're a bit thick for me- I just prefer McDonalds style fries. We'll be back as long as there aren't any oversized vehicles in line ahead of us. read more

I really wanted to try this place for a long time. I had heard great things and finally I decided to give it a try. Sadly, sadly....for me, it was overrated. All the raves, all the Yelp reviews about how it's better than In and Out was just not the case. I ordered a single burger and chicken nuggets. Well, the chicken nuggets were bland and soggy. I gave them to my dog to eat. The burger had a funny taste. I realized they put grilled onions. I like raw onions in my burger but not a fan of grilled onions. I wish I had known prior to ordering and I would have ordered without. They gave the burger a funny taste and I could not finish my burger. I see a lot of people like place and maybe I'm just a weirdo for not finding it all it was raved to be. read more

I thought I'd try the new place here in Sherwood. I heard nothing but good things like it's better than In-N-Out and equivalent to Sonic. Well......prepare to be disappointed. The burger was just ok. But the fries....they tasted like bland frozen fries like you can buy in a bag in the freezer section of the grocery store. They were not good. The shakes though! Those are supposed to be their bread and butter. I had a chocolate shake. It was nasty. It tasted like frozen chocolate water with extra freezer burn. Disgusting. I couldn't eat all of it because it was not appetizing. And then about 20 minutes after I ate my stomach hurt. Very disappointed that this is what we get here in Sherwood. I recommend driving to Sonic in Tigard or heck, go to Keizer for In-N-Out. Shoot, Go to Killer Burger, Red Robin, or even McDonald's. All better than this place. read more

Super disappointed. A friend had recommended this place and we were excited to try. We got a double deluxe, fries, chicken sandwich and two shakes. The chicken sandwich was small and meh. The burger was basically two flat hockey pucks between a McDonalds quality bun. Fries tasted like crispy versions of school lunch fries. The shakes were acceptable but nothing to write home about. Overall it tasted like food that you convince yourself you like because it is cheap. But at $28 plus tip it was WAAAAY too expensive for that. We won't be giving it a second try. read more

I decided to try their chicken sandwich and coffee milkshake. The best part of the sandwich was the pickles, which were amazing, but weren't enough to make up for how dry the sandwich was. Fries are phenomenal, probably some of my favorite fries. The milkshake can only be described as someone doing an affagato on a vanilla milkshake--the milkshake didn't appear to have even been blended and had a surprising amount of ice. It's been awhile since I've posted a review, like everyone I've been dealing with restrictions, anxiety, etc.. Then came this awesome Yelp-Elite event. Review follows : I came here as part of a R YEE, and it was just what the doctor ordered. The drive out there was a perfect opportunity to clear my head, and salivate over my impending burger. The space of this SuperDeluxe was much bigger than the SD in inner SE Powell, but cozier then the one in the NW PDX. The drive-thru was a lot easier to navigate as well. Carrying the same plant based products as the other two, we quickly ordered the vegan burger, fries, and a coke. I don't remember the last time I had a coke! The young lady who helped us, as well as her manger, went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We wore our mask while conversing with the staff, but noticed a few cars ahead of us that didn't. Echuta! We parked in the existing lot and devoured our meal in private. This is a fantastic location for us, along with being able to grab a PBB (safely) while touring other areas of Oregon. Mehhhhhhhhhhh. I went to the Yelp Elite event for this SuperDeluxe location and it was very good in the beginning. However is is very, very much overrated and absolutely not worth any wait or the extra cost. What also lowers my rating is the fact that they refused to sell a simple hamburger patty for my dog. Well...I could buy it, at full price. Are you kidding me? Even McDonald's sells just the patties if you ask, at a lower price since you're not getting the other junk. Same with McMenamin's, which prides itself on having a dog friendly menu. What's the deal, SuperDeluxe? Also, I don't appreciate the pretension with the menu; what's the point of having locally sourced and high quality ingredients if it's all a greasy mess anyway? Get over yourselves. I'm going to Killer Burger next time, or even Burgerville. read more

I've had the burgers, which I really enjoy, the Shakes, which are a little spendy imo, but on par with most other shake prices for this type of place, and the chicken nuggets, which are meaty and filling. The employees are friendly, the service is quick, and the honey mustard is tangy. When I'm in the area, I'll definitely be back! read more

Burgers were ok, but fries were undercooked and nobody wearing gloves on grill while handling buns. Cooks looked sloppy. I realize it is hard to find workers right now, but please someone in charge take some pride in your staff's appearance and get your team to wash their hands and use gloves. I wouldn't normally write a review for a fast-food joint, but I feel compelled to tell you a little bit about my experience at Super Deluxe today. I have been driving by the Super Deluxe building for months, wondering when it would open up. Last week, I saw a post on the NextDoor app from someone saying that they had finally opened and that they had the best burger there. Today, I found myself across the street shopping at Target around 10am and saw Super Deluxe as I was leaving. I decided to look up their hours and saw that they had just opened a few minutes earlier, and decided to hop in line to try it for myself. The menu was unexpected- very short. Only about 5 different burgers (they also have a vegan burger!!), french fries, and chicken nuggets. I was a little surprised by the price- around $6 for their regular deluxe burger. I'm more familiar with the $1-$3 price of other fast-food spots. I decided to get the regular burger and the small chicken nuggets. My total was $11. The girl who helped me over the intercom was SO friendly. I got up to the window and was met by the same person who'd helped me when I ordered. She was equally as friendly at the window. I would not normally feel compelled to tip at this type of restaurant, but her kindness meant a lot to me so I decided to leave a generous tip on my card (I like that they give you the option to tip here- other fast-food places don't have this feature). Let me tell you about the burger... it was AMAZING. Probably one of the best burgers I've ever had. Not what you'd expect from a fast-food joint. SO, so good. The chicken nuggets were also fantastic. I got the ranch and the BBQ sauce and they were delicious. I can't wait to go back. The food was great, but more than anything, I appreciate the customer service. The world is a really scary, difficult place right now and the kindness of the woman who helped me meant a lot. I look forward to continuing to support Super Deluxe. read more

I have tried SuperDeluxe four times now. I have come up with the following observations. 1) they are best when they are busy (food temp, burger build, quality overall); 2) nobody in line is when my food was just barely warm, dry meat, hard edged buns, greasy fries - reheats). SuperDeluxe is delicious!! We live in Lake Oswego, but it was still a good 15-20 minute drive from our place. We got there and there was a line but it wasn't as bad as we thought it would be for opening week! We ordered the single deluxe, the super spicy chicken deluxe, fries, a marionberry fizzy water, and a strawberry shake. Both sandwiches were delicious and the spicy chicken deluxe had a nice kick to it! The chicken isn't a patty but a good sized chicken breast and it was juicy and perfectly crispy. The single deluxe was saucy, simple, and good. The fries were crispy and fresh and my mom said that they're the best fries she's had. A lot of people had complaints of their shakes, saying they're not creamy at all and felt like just crushed up ice. I loved them. They're definitely not the type of milkshakes you'd get at an ice cream shop, but they're refreshing and not sweet at all which is exactly up my ally. The fizzy water is basically sparking water with a hint of flavor, but also not sweet and super refreshing. The employees were super friendly and kindly explained their entire menu. Two burgers in the order, one was completely wrong (obviously someone else's order). Since it's drive-thru only and no phone # on the receipt, no way to contest/correct the order. The correct burger was OK, nothing special - the wrong burger was a pretty much inedible mess. Don't understand the love for the fries...typical diner crinkle cuts, barely warm and hardly salted. So...$17 for two burgers, one order of meh fries and a small drink (with a side order of WRONG ITEM)? No thanks, and not again. read more

Horrible service!! Health hazards!! Our food sat in the back on the counter for 8 minutes until we told the worker at the window to go check on our food. Floor cleaning supply's on cooking space. This place is poorly ran and has health concerns. I do not normally leave these types of reviews however I believe people should hear about this unsanitary experience. read more

This place is horrible! I have no idea what's wrong with the employees there. Every single time the 4 or us go there they screw up one or two of the orders. Every single time! It's usually the kids. We ask for plane hamburgers, no cheese because the kids can't eat cheese. What happens every single time??? They put cheese on them! The final and last time I went, they screwed up my order 4 times! I asked for a single cheeseburger with bacon and no onions. The first time I got a double with everything. Thought they gave me the wrong order, had to go back through the drive thru because the inside was closed. Got another one and it had nothing on it! Went through the line again and they gave me one with onions, I can't eat onions because of health issues. Went through and got a 4th one and this time the manager came out. He asked what it was that I was trying to order... I'm like dude... "All I want is a single cheeseburger with bacon and no onions!" They gave me my 4th burger, no onions but they forgot the bacon... Giving them 2 stars because the food was good but they forgot the 8 piece chicken nuggets that were for my young kids. Frustrating and when I tried to look up the number there isn't one listed so I wasn't able to call to have them fix the problem. I paid $40 and even left a tip. Have been there now 3 times over the last couple of months, so I'm going to average out my review. I opted to go inside and eat this time as the doors were actually open and not chained shut with a huge padlock this time ( assuming staffing shortage?) . Unfortunately the floor plan gives a wide open view of the kitchen and grill from the register. I was pretty skeptical about eating there after watching the 3 teens in the kitchen cook food. Honestly, as other reviewers have pointed out, the staff is really disengaged at providing a basic level of service. This is the same for drive-thru, so don't expect anything better than McDonalds on a bad day. The burger tonight was bad, really bad. I was starving so I ate it, but was praying I wouldn't get sick later. I ordered a shake and it was like icy chocolate milk, so bad I threw it away. I'm done with Super Deluxe, it is all hype and not worth the 12$ I paid. In-and-out in Keizer is the best by far and will always get my business. read more

We've had super deluxe a handful of times after they moved in across the street. When it's good it's GOOD. But it's about a half and half chance that it will be good or mediocre. I'm not entirely sure why that is, maybe not as fresh ingredients certain times of the day? The chicken nuggets are amazing, great fries. Super tasty is meh. Always ask for fry sauce! We went to Super Deluxe for lunch today (Oct 8). There was about 8 cars ahead of us in line, so there was about a 10 minute wait. Not too bad. We ordered 2 double cheese burgers and 2 fries. Cost : $20. Once we got to the window, food was provided by a friendly young women. The fries are crinkle cut and thicker than many. My partner liked the crispiness of them. I thought they were dry and in strong need of ketchup. The burgers were a lot to eat. Again, my partner liked hers. I though the taste was off. The meat patties were ample, the bun seemed smallish. There might have been tomato, but if it was there it was very thin and tasteless. All in all, I was not greatly impressed. Was it better than other burgers available in the area? Not really and not for the price. Will I return? Yes, but only because I hope they will improve with time. read more

SCAM ARTISTS: Customers beware and check your account after eating here! Super Deluxe double charged us for lunch last week on a meal for two that came to $24, we opted to leave a $3 tip and rather than charging us $27 to include the tip, we were charged $27 and the original amount of $24 for a total of $51 without our knowledge and we only realized it after seeing the double charge in our bank transactions. When we notified the manager the very same day, rather than refund our money we were told that he needed to speak to his district manager, who would call us to resolve the issue. The following week, he never called and when we called back, we were told that he was on vacation and would be back Tuesday. After not hearing from him on Tuesday, we called back and were told he was still on vacation. It's now Friday, over a week since we were double charged and this business has YET to refund our money for their error. It should not take an act of Congress to have a business correct their error. Stay away from this business and if you have the misfortune of going there, double check their charges and dispute any overpayments directly with your bank. NEVER AGAIN! read more
