I purchased my first Superdry jacket while working overseas in Brussels, Belgium back in 2019. That jacket has traveled a lot of places and finally due for retirement. I'm so excited that the outlets stores her in Livermore have a Superdry store! I stopped by in search of a new jacket that can keep me both dry and warm from the weather and I found the perfect jacket. It was hard to choose because of the great selection of jacket in stock. I love that this Jack is hooded and has a nylon shell for wet weather protection. My trusted new jacket will accompany me on my next trip to Albuquerque. Great service too. No issue coming back the next day to exchange the jacket for one size larger. read more

Always love coming to a SuperDry. Their clothing is of good quality. The prices are not too bad. Their jackets are really nice and heavy depending on the one you pick. I don't have an armoire. But if you looked in my walk-in closet, you would find nothing but SuperDry memorabilia. That's right. A walk-in closet, baby. Living the High Life B-) Anyway, something happened at this store that I'm actually not really at liberty to tell you, but I love the manager here and he's probably one of the greatest people that I've ever come in contact with. This Superdry location in the San Francisco Premium Outlets is one of the busiest locations they have. The store is always with so many customers inside all the time! Many many choices of clothes and accessories by Superdry. The price is very reasonable, and you will always found special marks down in the store. The workers in this location are helpful and attentive. The cashiers are fast even they have a line in front of the cashier counter most of the time. read more

I look forward each time I visit this SuperDry location at the outlets in Livermore. This time was no different. The store is well-stocked, organized and staffed with very friendly employees. I was shopping for my son but he wasn't with me so I needed the staff's opinion for sizing. This was important since I knew that I wouldn't be able to return to the store before the end of the return policy window. The staff took the time to explain the sizing, made suggestions and even asked to see a picture of my son so they could get an idea of the best sizing for him. At no time did I feel rushed which I really appreciated. The store associates offered to help look in the back for other sizes if needed. The store has their budget-priced items so it works great for those that love the SuperDry brand but don't have the means to spend a lot. Never heard of Superdry until we saw their store at San Francisco Premium Outlets in Livermore, CA. I thought they must have waterproof products. Since we were searching for a waterproof backpack, we stepped into their store. Well, it turns out that they are a clothing store. We did not find a waterproof backpack, but we did find some good bargains on clothing. Quality of clothing seems fine. Will find out. Depending on the result, we will either be back or not. 3 stars for now. read more

Good news everybody! Superdry now has an outlet store!...however, it might be best to bring a flash light. This store is VERY dimly lit, which is unfortunate because you most likely need light to see how you look in potential new clothes. Their prices are quite good, but there isn't any savings passport or student discounts (so you won't be able to go lower than that). If you're a lady looking for a signature superdry jacket, you may want to look online. I could not find nearly the variety of jackets for women as I found jackets for men. Their lack of women's jackets is made up for in other warm clothes. read more

Never really heard of such brand until I went inside their store. I thought it was a bit pricey but feeling the materials on their clothing was actually worth it. Great style in men's clothing don't know about women's, but I've bought a jacket, 3 shirts, and a hoodie. I am satisfied with every item and will be back to buy more of their stuff. First trip I bought a sports bra the tag was labeled a small but the actual bra was and extra small. So I had to make second trip to exchange the bra and I bought some other stuff. When I got home the sweat pants I bought were labeled a small but the tag states a large. On top of the that the guy that checked me out said he was checking all of the sizes to make sure things were correct. Clearly he did not do that. I called the store and was offered 10% off the pants. Really? That wouldn't even cover my gas to go back there. And I was told that it wasn't their fault but the factory- that's the last thing a customer wants to hear!! Great stuff but watch the store and the sizing tags!! Frustrating read more

I never shopped before at Superdry but only heard of good things from the store. So why not start on Black Friday to go and explore. The line was long as expected go enter the store but once you entered.. it was a great experience. The staff was super kind, the store was organized with amazing service. The staff was always putting clothes out so there would be plenty of choice and easy to locate your size. If you started to search for your size, there was someone there to try to help you. I had the opportunity to even hand shake with a wonderful lady, Sara, who was bright and cheery even after long hours of work. By far for the staff at Superdry to work all evening through the late afternoon the following day I couldn't be more amazed. And please know I stopped at many stores and half the staff always looked as though they're trying to sleep while folding clothes ; but this staff at Superdry were on their toes. Ready to help with the smile on their faces from the person at the door, to Sara, the staff running the go backs, and the wonderful cashier staff_ everyone was with a smile. I will definitely return to this store for the great products, great pricing, and great customer service. read more

I am very disappointed about this store and particularly I am very disappointed about the staff working there. The costumer service is mediocre. I went for the first time to buy a cool jacket for my husband. The jacket was priced for $179.99, outlet price. When I was paying, the cashier asked me if I want a bag, I replied yes, the cashier continued and told me that there was a charge of .10 cents for the bag, I said is okay. The cashier continued, I will give you this small bag, (he was showing me a ridiculous small bag for a 2x jacket size), and the cashier continued, because we are giving the large bags for customers that are buying more than one piece. I said to him, listen this is a $200 jacket and is a big size, how do you think is going to fit in that small bag? And he said, I don't know. I insisted, why I cannot have a large bag instead? And I explained to him that it was a large jacket size and it would not fit in it. But no, it didn't matter at all my efforts of expecting a smarter response to a conflict that the cashier himself created and he didn't even care how he made me feel as a customer.
