Like other Yelp reviews, they were very professional, had the best rate in town for the R-38 batt installation, took before and after photos that showed the big difference in insulation quality. Our insulation was probably 20 years old and I am confident that the new insulation will last a long time. The team arrived on time, wore masks the entire time, and were focused on cleaning, sanitizing, rodent proofing attic, and then laying down the R-38 batts. We had a couple of minor issues but I greatly appreciated Guy's professionalism in sending folk to make the minor repairs. We asked Ron from SuperGreen to remove our old attic insulation (1850 square feet) and replace it with R38 Insulation and Air Duct replacement. We haven't changed our insulation or air ducts from when we first purchased the house in 2002, and the attic was filled with over 20 years of accumulated dust. In addition to the insulation removal and replacement, they also did rodent proofing, air sealing of ceiling fixtures, sanitizing and fan installation. Estimate was very competitive and Ron was very attentive with us during his visit. Guys came in today (a little behind schedule, but that was probably due to the rain) and did the whole job in 5 hours! They also left everything exactly as they found it, which means that cleanup was very good! They showed us their work and I was definitely impressed with the speed and efficiency of the service. We are definitely feeling the difference several hours later as the air in our house feels cleaner and less dusty. Pretty bummed that I had ro take a day off work to stay home for our appointment that pulled a no-show on. I lost $400+ having to take the day off but really needed this work done. It's Sunday, and 10-11am has passed, and no sign of you. I took the day off work today to be home for this. Can I get an update? Extremely pleased with Simple Green Insulation service and customer care. We set an appointment with Guy to come out and give a free estimate. He arrived right on time, which I value tremendously. After he surveyed our attic, he provided us with a clear break down of what his crew would do and provided us with a quote. Our attic was a mess: we knew we had a rodent problem, old insulation was basically non-existent, we didn't have an attic fan (causing our a/c to work overly hard, etc. I was looking for a company to come in, clean everything out, seal off any entry or exit places fir critters, and put in new insulation. Just called this company to get a quote for attic insulation and cleaning. The guy was very rude to me because I didn't know my grandmas square footage of her home. He rudely said "oh you don't know your square footage?" Before I could tell him I was gifting my gram with attic cleaning, he continued to talk over me. I told him to "have a good day" and hung up.
