This place is a piece of shit. There's no signs on the back were you drive in, and apparently I stopped on the wrong side, and I over heard the manager taking to her staff using racial slurs against me in Spanish thinking I don't fucking speak Spanish too. Washing the car is very poor, I paid for a luxury wash which is 40 dollars, and they're supposed to treat your leather, vacuum the inside as well. I still found stains on the leather that can be easily removed, but that's what I paid for! I was in a beach over the weekend, so there was sand in the mats which they did a very poor job cleaning. The trim on the outside of the car was still dirty, and they were giving me the car back like that? I asked them to clean it off course. read more

Took the car for wash and they left it half ass. I pointed out a few spots and they were obviously annoyed. One employee told me the owner DOESN'T want them spending too much time on a car because the line has to keep moving. This isn't the first time its happened but it's definitely the last. Wow. Paid $25 for a SUV supreme plus on a Porsche Macan and the outside is fine but they never lifted the tail gate to clean the inside or side of it. Mats were also soaked and wet . I been going to this wash since 2010, and I would say for the past two years they have got so bad, I have paid 27$ , 21$ , 17$. For the last three washes in the past month and every single wash was done 40% tires and still black from the brake, window smudges always there. It's like they use water only. First time using this car wash. Busy Saturday morning, but got through fairly quickly. I ordered the Super Wash (Regular Wash + undercarriage). Overall, it's an average quality of car wash. I'm picky for how I think my car should be cleaned, but for the price paid and ease of getting it done, I would use them again. It was clean inside, but there was lint left on the dash and console and there was some particles and bits of stuff left on the seat mounting hardware on the floorboard. Some small places on the exterior were also missed. Again, it's what I've come to expect from the car wash places I've used so far in greater Chicago. It's not the best nor the worst quality car wash I've paid for. It's average. I will say the price is a little LESS than others. Won't come back here...2 hour wait for their Platinum wash. They lost 3 of my 4 floor mats some how. Left everything shiny but greasy and slimy from inside detail. Didn't thoroughly dry off exterior of car so when I drove off I had soapy water dripping down my back tailgate and side mirrors. To save money but receive the same quality wash you could spray your car down with your garden hose or... just wait for it to rain. I spent $40 because I decided to treat my car to the luxury wash now that the weathers finally looking up. I guess my little SUV is an OVERSIZE VEHICLE now so there was a $10 up charge from the 29.99 listed. After the 30 minute wait, I got in my car and it hadn't even been vacuumed. I had spilled some coffee in the cup holder and they couldn't be bothered to toss a rag in there and dry it. And the right side of my car has just as much mud on it as it did before the wash (you can see it on the door handle in the pic). These guys are the best hands down!!! It's so cheap to get a hand car wash, and they do the best job in town. They don't leave any streaks, they never leave any cheap strands of towel from wiping, they clean so many nooks and crannies. I've been to other washes in the area and they always behind some kind of streak. It's so annoying and some of them are more expensive. I went on ladies day and I think this was by far the BEST car wash for the price WE LADIES DESERVE a DAY to get our car clean and with affordable price!!!!!!!!!!! I have used Superior car wash many times before, in fact it was my go to place to get my car hand washed. However today was a different experience. Because I drive a bigger vehicle, I pay more for a "Super" car wash, that's ok it's common practice but the wash was anything but "Super". I had to ask to have windows wiped again, when I exited into the sunshine they were filthy. The car panel was never wiped, I want to say dirtier than when I came in. The dash and console never wiped. The back area never wiped, the weather tech mat dirty. The step on the outside dirty. The back tail lights dirty, the back window dirty. I had to stop at jewels on my way home and by all purpose wipes and winded to clean myself. You might say maybe it's old wear and tear on vehicle, the mileage is at 48$, I have the vehicle 3 weeks. I paid $34.95 plus a $5 tip to only have to redo the majority of wiping down and windows again. I am sorry to write this review but such a disappointment. Poor quality all around! Should have just opened up my moon roof and let the dollars fly out. This place is usually very busy but not today, I am thinking others have had the same experience and staying away. It was my first time going to this place to wash my truck and last. I waited 45 minutes to get into the car wash. I ask for a super wash the sign said $17.95. I go to pay and the cashier tells me it's $30.00. I told the manager or whatever he is that the sign said 17.95. He was very rude and told me whattttt you want me to wash it for $5.00. I never would've thought that I would leave a review for a car wash, but this was a must. I've been coming here for over 5 years. I live less than half a mile away and it's the closest car wash and also a great car wash. Occasionally, I'd have a bad experience with an employee in regards to their attitude but I'm pretty good at filtering that stuff out and ignoring it. Also the owner (bald guy), kinda heavy set always welcomes me nicely. However, today, I stopped by for a car wash at 7:04 pm thinking they close at 8 (according to Google) A blue van turns towards the car wash and I'm right behind it. They had the orange cones out with a sign hanging, and it said 'sorry we are closed'. The blue van squeezes in between the cones and honks and an ugly short dude comes out and says were closed and they exchange some words but he let him in for a car wash. I pull up and he says 'sorry bud we're closed'. I tell him hey you let him in and I was right there. Also, online it says you close at 8. He said yeah but it's kinda slow today so we're closing early. Well yeah business does get slow when you refuse customers before closing time. Honestly I only come here because it is close to where I live. To me the prices are a little high for the quality of work they provide. Almost always I have to check the inside to make sure everything cleaned the right way. For example there was spilled soda spots on the door and when They finished and I drove off the spots were still there and door was dusty as if it hadn't been touched. To pay $25 plus tip for that is not worth it. I most likely will start driving a little farther for better service. Also if you arrive and there is a line outside the lot, expect to be there for at least an hour. read more

Wow please fellow car people beware. If u have a clean noce scratcjfree car, dont take it here. They use brushes that they have laying arund to washcsrs.. Garbage. They use some dort of microfiber brush that is just like a brrooom but with soft bristles. They leave this brush lying around on the floo picking up little rocks and dirt that then goes on the car and scratches the paint. I have a bunch of awirl marks which they refuse to own up to. I got a brand new glazurit paint , paint job. This is.messed up. Also scratched my rim on the corner. I hve a black inginiti . And i cannot even begin to explain how mad i am. Do yourself a favor and do not go here not even if the wash was free. If I was able to rate zero stars I would. First of all they scrub some mud of my doors and windows which looked liked they used their fingers and ended up scratching my paint and my soft top window on my jeep. When I brought it to their attention they said it was already there. It definitely was not. Finally they waxed the scratches off on my door but it was still slightly noticeable. My soft top window is unrepairable, I would have to buy a new top if I don't want to look at the scratches... And top of that the checks wasn't even dried thoroughly. I have an Audi S5 convertible black and after the wash I noticed a smear on the truck. so the guy sprays it with something. I asked him what he was using he says Windex. I says your spraying Windex on my waxed car he says yes. I told him no wonder the smear is getting worse. Don't touch my car anymore and I lefted. He had sprayed the whole car with windex I had smears every where. I had to wax the car when I got home. I will never go there again read more
