Worst car wash ever!! I went to clean my new Lexus that I bought just 2 months ago, and after cleaning I noticed TWO DEEP SCRATCHES on the front window the length of my hand. I showed them right away about that and talked with the manager, but the manager said that they don't have any responsibilities and I need to talk with the owner. I came the next day to see the owner, but he already left. I have been coming all week and couldn't catch him. Finally, when I did see him and showed that scratches he just laughed at me and said that how do I know that they did it. He said that they couldn't do that scratches, I explained that they are using dirty towels to clean the whole car and he refused to agree. I ask him to see the cameras that they have inside the car wash, and he said that he "DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO OPERATE IT" and the guy who do it is already gone( it was only 12:30 pm) what's a stupid answer. I have never written a review before, and I've had some bad experiences before as everyone has. So I went to this car was because it is close by and who I believe might be the owner, (bald guy) was not professional at all, I had my 9 year old son with me and he was cussing like if he was at home or something. No respect for his business or people around him. My son had been looking at some toy cars for sale and grabbed them to show me, like any kid would do and he tell my son to put them back! I looked at him with a face like what's your problem. After that my son had told me that the same man had pushed him to get by to the back to move. By that time we were finishing up and of course I told my son that he should of said something to me. Any ways I get to my car and walk my son to his side to help and I noticed car was still dirty by the door. Needless to say I will never go back there, and rather drive 20 miles out my way to were I have always gone because they are great. I will never come back to this car wash place again. Absolutely terrible. Wasn't even busy at all! Went in on a Tuesday for the women's special and still got charged 22$. I could understand a few extra bucks for a wrangler but cmon. Don't go here when they are busy. You'll wait in line for an hour, pay $18 for an SUV, and they will rush the washing of your car. So basically left with a bunch of water streaks and didn't clean the whole interior like I know they do when they're not that busy. This Carwash is not only expensive!! They do a very bad job!! Sometimes I come here and get a full wash but most of the times I come here and just get exterior washed for $12 on my SUV. So I went into this place yesterday and seeing that the owner was working so I told him that I just wanted the exterior washed and he charged me $16. I told him that I normally pay $12 for the exterior wash there and he said not today!! I will never go to this carwash ever again!!! There are more appreciative business owners in the area besides this guy. he's just a big jerk! I go to this place on Northwest Highway now which is a little bit further out-of-the-way but is well worth the drive.its called Perfect Carwah. Car wash was great, but many of the workers work very slow. I honestly wouldn't recommend it. There was still dirt under my door, water was dripping from my Windows and interior wasn't fully cleaned. I got received a reward from Belly for $16 car wash for $1 so I decide to check it out. Naturally it was crowded as it was the last day to use the reward. Since it was so crowded and you are waiting along Harlem Ave, I ended up blocking the driveway. Yes, my fault... But as I was waiting there this woman came out and yelled at me with a snarky attitude "Don't block the driveway!!!". Of course I got upset because it wasn't my intention to do that and I was afraid of blocking street traffic. So I told her that I'm leaving, she rolled her eyes and said "Go then!" Wow! Really?!?' Is this how you treat your customers???? If it was me, I'd walk up to the car and politely ask, excuse me....mind moving your car? We can't have the driveway blocked." I would have gladly found a way to move my car. I'm never going back there again nor would I recommend going there. Instead I went to another location nearby and gave them my service. I paid another car wash along Addison near Austin Ave my $16 and I got great service. Superior is not at all what it's name implies and totally not even worth the $1 I wold have paid. Got my car cleaned today and it was still very dirty. Seats had dirt on them, crumbs on floor, dashboard dirty. Very disappointed.

This car wash is horrible! I have came here multiple times and every time they did a horrible job! Specially for the price, I paid for the super wash $30 and got the worst wash ever. At first I thought it was just the worker who washed my car bad that day. But after going there a few times and it just gets worse and worse. All of the reviews that are 5 stars or even close are fake reviews there is no way possible that they can get a 5 star review when there are so many negative reviews. Just think about it. I still can not believe this place is still open and has so many customers when they do such a bad job. I rather drive a dirty car then to be pissed off that I wasted 1.5 hrs of my time. The worst part is that every time I have been there the owner was there and for him to allow this kind of service is disappointing. I have to say I'm so glad I decided to take my car to this wonderful establishment a few days ago for an interior shampoo job. Let me first say that my seats were really dirty to begin with and needed much needed attention. So anyways I drop off my car and went over with one of the guys as too the areas that needed extra attention to detail. So he tells me between 4-6 hours it should be done. Well they keep there word and finish with in that time frame. When I walked up to the car I noticed how, clean and shinny the car look from the outside and when I took a look from the inside it looked as if this was a New car just shipped from a car dealership. I was stunned to say the least as to how great of a job they did. The car look like it was never sat in ever. That's how clean they got it the first interior shampoo it got in three years. I highly recommend this Hand carwash and detail center to anyone and everyone period. they pay attention to detail hear and there prices are reasonable for the level of service you get. There is specials during the week, designated ladies day on Tuesday etc etc. Give them a try you won't be disappointed. Remember this is a hand carwash so you will wait longer than automatic car wash have patience but the outcome will be great. read more

I just like washing my own car... I also have a BMW, and need a place to clean the brake dust build up (that BMWs are notorious for) off on a regular basis. My sister told me about this place - I think this must be the only self-serve car wash in town. So glad it's close to my home! The property is under full surveillance with signs posted everywhere which makes me feel safe. The vacuums and wash bays are in great condition and everything works... Keep up the good work owners! Stopped by here this morning... i was in need of a car wash!! I could have done better myself. I paid 12 for an interior and exterior wash. The MAIN reason i came is because of spilt coffee on the right side of my center counsel. They told ne my car was ready u decided to check how the coffee cleaned up. To my surprise it was still there!! I asked a guy to clean it, he did. Upon driving home i noitced other beverage splatter marks that were not cleaned as well. Definitely not coming back!!! For starters, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS (Manager). The guy generating car wash tix has no people skills (manager). Very very dry and rude. Unless your a gorgeous lady! Then he'll be all smiles , hugging you, and won't even charge u. Saw him doing this (looked a little harassing to me- lawsuit). He should be MORE concerned with making sure vehicles are up to par and making sure customers leave happy and Not putting posts on YELP complaining about how they're Not clean. Not to mention the lady at register also very rude. She follows you through the waiting area as if you will steal something. This place made me feel beyond uncomfortable!!! ...not impressed at all! service is way too slow! there is really no system in place. it seems as if there is basically one person working on your particular car at a time. so, if u are the second or third car in and the person that is working on your car in finished, you basically have to wait until the other two guys that are cleaning the cars in front of you are finished. ....although, your car has been cleaned and done for over 10-15 minutes! there should be a system in place that would allow the cars to be done in the order in which they entered the car wash. 1 star. i guess i'll stick to my old hand car wash although it is farther away. read more

Love, love, love this car wash. I have been coming to this car wash for 5 years, and always leave happy. Everything is done completely by hand, so it takes a bit of time, but they do an outstanding job. Worst car wash EVER!! Went there today in the morning for the $7.95 early bird and they charged me $10. I heard other customers complaining about the price. It seemed to me that the guy in charge wants to squeeze every dollar he can out of everyone. When I came in he right away tried to get me to buy the super wash. Now the car wash, very very disappointed. I've been to a lot of car washed. And by far the worst one. It looked like they just sprayed water and dried it. It looked like they didn't use soap or even scrubbed it. When the car fully dried the both sides were full of dirt. Smeared dirt everywhere! The windows were horrible. Smudges everywhere. They were super stingy with the armor all on the tires. No shine at all. And dirt all over the tires. Don't waste your money or time coming here. Not one good thing about this place.
