Ibrahim was VERY HELPFUL! I am new to MacBooks and he was very patient in guiding me through the setup and explained how each application worked and the tricks to use on the launch pad. My laptop wouldn't boot up when powering on. It's an 'out of warranty' Lenovo Thinkpad that I use for my business.
