Elad was very punctual and arrived at exactly 12:30pm. He took a look at our garage door and assessed the situation. The bolts on our garage door needed to be tightened. Many had become loose over time. He increased the tension of the spring coils because our garage door off balance and he replaced all the metal rollers within the metal track. He said it would take him about 45 minutes to fix. Everything worked out great. He did exactly as he had promised and with great efficiency. He made sure to show us, before he left, what got replaced. The garage door opens and closes so much smoother and better than before. It's much quieter too. Elad, was very professional and kind.
