He nor New England Spas could / would me the price nor when they would be available. This Wednesday, the tech showed up with the parts. He replace the controller and the 2 Moto Message jets. He did not test either one and left. I received an invoice for over $1400 and the 2 Moto Message jests do not work!!!!! It's impossible to talk to a real person. They do not provide and estimate on the cost or time during the day. Not even morning or afternoon. They are happy to sell you a new spa, but be very careful, they have the worst service I have ever seen.

New England Spas and Hot Tubs…read more NE Spas had an incredibly knowledgeable service department that went over and above to support a buyer who didn't acquire the highest end tub AND lives on a island! This issue arose because I chose to plug in my tub (how hard could it be) because hiring an electrician to come to an island by boat is difficult. Turns out, an electrician would have known to clamp the main power cord. Pulling on it over time ended up shorting out the circuit board. That's when the fun began. NESpas made sure to order the right replacement board, put me on a group chat and walked me through the installation. I clamped the power cord and it's operated flawlessly ever since. Don't go anywhere else!

Took my materials that I paid for over 17,000 to so call buy what was needed to remodel my cement pool. Broke into my shed, didn't wait to have me open it with a key, and left his so called laborers on my property, which most of the time were on their phones ... never communicated with me ... I went outside numerous times during the couple of hours they were there, and Jon never returned or touched base with me before taking all of the materials that were mine and paid for and became quite verbal and unprofessional through texts messages, instead of being a true businessman by responding by phone not texts. I've filed a complaint with the BBB and the AG s office for fraud and theft of deception which is a criminal offense. Don't be taken advantage of, Jon stole a lot of my retirement money and life insurance money I received due to the unexpected death of my husband ... disgraceful.... hopefully Karma bites you in the ass pal.

Talk to the owner he transferred over to gregg which i have dealt with in the past. 4 hours later after work gregg is at my house and fixed my problem at no cost. No cost that just doesnt happen anymore but with this family owned company it still does. 5 star in my opinion is not high enough. So here ill give them 6 stars. For several Months last year, we were starting our process of doing several major renovations to…read moreour home for 2022 and found 3 highly rated contractors. We first hired Nick Washburn Lanscaping design and signed contract and during Nicks evaluation of our desperate mess of the pool pavers, pool liner Nick highly recommended Jay, owner of Jay Jay's Pool Service to come out and give us a perspective of what was going to be involved with getting our pool back to what it once was, knowing it was going to be a major project we felt after Metting w/ Jay and Jay explaining all that was going to be involved we knew it was going to be expensive, but also knew we had the best in the pool Business and knew we were not going to be screwed. The entire inground pool had to be complete excavated and all new lines put in new set of steel stairs the highest quality pool liner and a loop lock cover which we decided to upgrade for the extra cost that was involved but was well worth the peace of mind. What one needs to know is when the process begins it looks like a war zone, and what's that saying, it gets worse before it gets better that's true.
