All of our pets are very well taken care of, healthy and shots up to date. Of course the report was u founded but if you believe that there is an issue in someone's home, talk to the homeowner. You don't report them. I suspect maybe race played a role in this too but unsure why someone would have the audacity to violate your trust and not communicate their concerns directly to the home owner.

We first hired Nick Washburn Lanscaping design and signed contract and during Nicks evaluation of our desperate mess of the pool pavers, pool liner Nick highly recommended Jay, owner of Jay Jay's Pool Service to come out and give us a perspective of what was going to be involved with getting our pool back to what it once was, knowing it was going to be a major project we felt after Metting w/ Jay and Jay explaining all that was going to be involved we knew it was going to be expensive, but also knew we had the best in the pool Business and knew we were not going to be screwed. The entire inground pool had to be complete excavated and all new lines put in new set of steel stairs the highest quality pool liner and a loop lock cover which we decided to upgrade for the extra cost that was involved but was well worth the peace of mind. What one needs to know is when the process begins it looks like a war zone, and what's that saying, it gets worse before it gets better that's true. Steve came up with an inexpensive solution to get our clamp and gasket working when I really could have been taken for a ride based on what I don't know about pools. Bestick clearly gets that the best way to do business is to do right by folks, so far I'm really impressed. I like that they're proactive about pool care without being pests, too. I had my pool fully renovated in 2021. for shore pools started servicing it after. I have no work with any other company since i open my pool. In 2023, I started having problems with the equipment. salt generator was connected wrong last year And burned down, the pool was no close properly on winter 2024 and when heater was turned this year water started to coming out from the inside and all pipes were cracked and leaking. I called the guaranty company last year. I was told the company was using unsafe amounts of chemicals, and they were distroying my pool system. To change them. I was busy I to change them. I didn't change them, and now i regret it. Today, I face over $10k in broken equipment . I called them last year to question them about the closing of the pool, equipment left on the floor, and the patio. When i called them Lady was rud and advised not to blamed them for something they didn't do. I pointed out to her that The shore pool has served my poolmsince i open. 7/2021. Guaranty company emailed me with my claim findings and declined to cover my pool. Because signs of long time leakage , and corrections couse by high PH and chemicals. Unfortunately, as the business has grown, customer service seems to have gone downhill significantly. Last fall, we had our pool liner replaced, which was certainly not a small expense. When the liner crew finished, they left numerous sandbags in the pool all winter. When the opening crew arrived this spring, they piled the sandbags on our lawn and deck. When I asked them to remove them, I was told they couldn't because the liner department had to handle it. At the same time, we had been promised that all of the pool fixtures would be swapped out for gray fixtures as part of the liner replacement. This was never done. I called multiple times regarding both the sandbags and the fixture replacement. I spoke with employees in the store, the repair technician who worked on our filter, and staff at the South Easton location when purchasing chemicals. Each time I was told someone would contact the liner department or follow up. No one ever did. After at least five phone calls, someone finally came and removed the sandbags. When I asked about the fixture replacement, I was told they knew nothing about it. I then emailed both Dave, the owner, and Alex, the liner manager. To date, I still have not received a response regarding whether they intend to complete the work they promised. My experience has been that when you're buying a pool or paying for a new liner, they're very attentive. However, when you need customer service afterward, getting a response is extremely difficult.
